I think Jason does a great job as Randy Disher and was glad to see there were a couple of times he got to "take charge" as in the episode when Stot got shot and Randy was nervous having to take over but did a good job. He is great as the kind of goofball Lt. Disher, but is also good to see this other side of him.

Yeah, Randy is a kind of a goofball and drives Stott nuts most of the time, but when he is put on the spot to do his job, he does it fantastically.

He also saved the day in "Goes to the Bank" episode when the four are trapped in the vault and Randy gets the attention of the "statue," who calls for help.

I love the Randy character, he's so funny, doofy and quirky, but when the time comes for action, he's on it. I love the fact that he's not all silly-stupid. He's smart, maybe a little niave, but like in Election, when Natalie needs a body guard, he's caring and considerate. (okay, maybe just a little annoying! )

Give it up for the future Captain Randall Disher!

i love when randy makes funny comments but i have to agree i like when he is incharge he does a good job! i would like to see some more episodes when he is incharge.

Randy was great in "Captain's Marriage" when Leland was unable to work because of the Anger Management thing!

I like how Randy doesn't hesitate to tackle the bad guy. I'd like to see more of that. Randy's brave!
