In regards to the Character Arcade: I can not sem to log in since the switch over from logging in with character name to email address. I know my password becuase I had logged in the night before the switch. There doesn't seem to be a help button or forgot password assistance(just in case). Anyone else having this issue with the Character arcade?

I'm having trouble getting into the character arcade also. Can someone tell me how to reset my password. I really hate the switch that was made from the character ID.

I did finally get logged in. Everytime I tried to log in with it sent me to a failed log in page. There was a link that took you back to a log in page, but it would never load. Once that paged finally did load a few weeks later, I was able to reset my password. I'm not sure if that is the beta page that was referred to, but I'm sure that would work too.

i too can't get in i did put my new password and nothing something is wrong here.
