Season 6 is available for pre-sale on Amazon and it's called the Final Season, so I'd say it's not coming back unless another network like Sci Fi picks it up. That's assuming the actors want to continue with the series...
Sometimes they do a direct to DVD movie to finish off the series, hopefully they will do that with dead zone.
It's funny, there are a few rip-offs on major networks such as Medium and another show about a lawyer, but neither are as good as the Dead Zone imho.
