I just was wondering if anyone can help me find the last couple of monk ep. with Sharona right before she left. I was in and out of the hospital during most of that. I did get to see the ep. that brought in Natalie. Any hepl would be very much greatful :rolleyes:

You know I was just thinking how great it would be if Sharona could make an apperance for the 100th. Or maybe even Dr. Krogers funeral. Just my thoughts..

"Mr Monk and Natalie meet Sharona". What an idea!  But I think Adrian would be quite confused about this reunion with Sharona - remember how hard it was for him to let her go.

If there ever is a Sharona reunion then I think we'll be very lucky. It took Shelly Long forever to get a guest shot on Cheers after she left the series. And they were actually very friendly about it. Most times it never happens.

It happended in the book Mr. Monk and the Two Assistants. Maybe Sharona would tell her about The Monk--though the book Natilie already knows.

That was great where the play she was producing was a love story to herself written from the POV of the cast of Cheers. That was perfectly insane. That's for sure. In fact, that should be my happy thought. No matter how screwed up I ever was... I was never Diane Chambers.

On another note: A sharona spin off could happen - fan wise. She has the support. I cant say for the studio. But some sort of family dramedy with some Soppranoesque overtones from her hubby's side of the family... I think it could work.

And they's be set to call on the greatest guest appearance ever - Adrian Monk. Maybe Sharona likes it when he visits because all the creeps in her life know he catches criminals and so they lay low and hide. Too cute or what?

My husband mentioned the same thing the other day; that Sharona should return at least briefly in honor of Dr. Kroger. Frankly, I just don't see it happening, but it would be nice to see Bitty again.

But - why did Sharona leave? Was it because of a romance in New Jersey (I just saw that posted in this forum once, but didn't know if it was true or not).

And how did Natalie come to work for Mr. Monk?

Sharona went back to Jersey to remarry Trevor. (Knowing how he is, I don't think it was a good move, personally.)

Natalie started working for Adrian because while he was working on a case for her, she got to know him, got fired from the bar she was working at, &, after talking to Julie, decided to call Adrian to work for him.

Did I just sum up a whole episode w/ 1 LOONG sentence??

I have the book but haven`t read it yet. I would love for Sharona to come back at least one more time.

You know, I understand that new fans are out of the loop on the whole Sharona/Natalie thing... Which isn't thier fault and isn't something you can hold against them...

But wouldnt it be funny if we all agreed that the next time someone asked the question "What happened to Sharona?"

If we all just said "Snipers." And left it at that?

Off the tips of my fingers because the top of my head cant type:

1) Snipers
2) Alien Abduction (She's with Saul from Soap)
3) Her accent/attitude puilled some vital muscles and they couldnt hide how funny she was walking.
4) She got 3 freckles on her cheek and Monk had to let her go on an issue of Symmetry
5) Sharona? Natalie is Sharona. Oh, you missed BOTH sex/name changes? Wow.
6) That was sad. They shot on location one time and someone forgot to pack her up for the ride home. No one's seen her since.
7) Alien Abduction (She's off rounding up Mexicans- no one knows why)
8) Late in life Elephant Trainer. Just up and went. Freakish. Benji's learning to juggle. Gifted boy.
9) Biderbeck ate her.

and lastly,

10) As of 4:15 pm... Sharona Flemming's helicopter spiraled out of control in to the sea of Japan. There were no survivors. (Henry Blake/MASH? Anyone?)

In Mr. Monk goes to Mexico, Sharona got very drunk. She didn`t know how she got the beads. At the end someone tells her. She was horrified. I think it means, the number of times you expose your chest.

I think you are correct...or it could be guys she made out with and gave her the beads!

At any rate, I think one day she might remember...I know I did something when I was toasted and I got a strange image and had to verify if I did it or not. My husband said I did do what I thought I did and couldn't believe it. I stopped drinking vodka after that!

I read that Bitty left because of creative differences. HaHa She returned to New Jersey to remarry her ex. I believe had it been an affable exit they would have sent her to Hawaii with a hunk who had a job. LOL
