I found a picture of the Apple Jacks T-shirt!
unfortunetly it apparantly only comes in children's sizes and Kate Beckinsale's daughter likes to wear them:

I can tell you something about at least one of the shirts that Shawn wears - because I have one of them myself. It's the shirt he's seen in at the end of "Rob-a-bye Baby". It's orange and green and it was purchased at the LUCKY BRAND store. Not sure how things are in your part of the country, but most malls where I am have a Lucky store.
But one thing - remember that episodes are shot months before they air, and retail clothing stores like Lucky swap out their merchandise each season, which means that by the time you see Shawn wearing it, you probably can't get it anymore.
