- WWE Champion Randy Orton suffered a stinger to his neck during his match with William Regal at the RAW show. Some fans may have noticed the referee throw the X up. Orton later returned to do a run-in on the main event, so he appears to be well. Many people backstage in the locker room were impressed with Orton's dedication and his insisting on finishing his part of the show.

Shockingly one of the better RAW's in the last month or so was this past week, when surprise sleeper matches, one between Umaga & Y2J, and the other between William Regal & Randy Orton, turned out to steal the show.

However, while getting back in the groove of things, Regal who came out of the gate firery, overdid a slam (I don't know the exact move) and 'caused Orton to land on his neck.

I immediately gasped, having flashbacks of Owen Hart & Stone Cold from about a decade ago.

Thankfully Orton was not hurt near as bad.

I agree, it could have been a lot worse.
