Ok guys, DONT kill me... lol.. but I caught CI filming again after work today! Since I got my pic with VDO on thursday and my roomie didnt, she got her pic with him this time. We were hanging around on the set near Union Square, watching VDO & Dean Winters during takes. (WOW VDO smokes ALOT lol)





anyways after they were wrapping up, I was talking to one of the crew members finding out if Kathryn Erbe was going to be around. She said YEP at the next location, to which she whipped out her handy dandy call sheet and told me where. So we chatted for a bit and then VDO came over....

So we take the treck the couple blocks over to the next location.. watch them set up for a 'day' scene at night =)



and I got a pic of the NO parking sign =)



So I started talking to someone from the crew, a guy in a cowboy hat... a VERY nice guy.. he told me KE was around, and to stand over on this spot to see her coming and he gave me his call sheet (which has ALOT Of spoilers for Purgetory!) for her to sign for me as well as a pen! He was SO freakin nice.. about 1/2 hour later... My lil fangirl heart squealed with delight as she came walking down the street...she smiled when she saw me, and i met her in the street and asked for a pic with her, she was SO freakin sweet, said of course! we chatted while we were walking acrossed the street, she thanked me for watching the show and how it was so nice to meet me, and then she took a pic with me



(why do i always look so stupid in pics?) oh man, was i a BUNCH of nerves or what..she put her arm on my back and i was like, OH man oh man.... then she signed my call sheet!!



Ugh.. i coulda died right there, i was so nervous, and thanked her for everything shes like oh its no big deal. As she was signing, her body guard, who happends to be Vincents body guard, said, hey... didnt I see you the other day getting pics with Vincent? ...i dropped my head, and i was like, uh ....yeh...i SWEAR i am not stalking you guys! ... much.. and Kathryn laughed her ass off, and she said OH you met Vincent how cool! .. yeh.. sad when security recognizes you. *cough* She touched my arm and thanked me for coming out and she had to get on set...


yes.. i think my life is complete...


poor eames.. her name on her trailor is in TAPE lol!


so while chatting it up, I asked if they got picked up for another season.. AND THEY DID!!! .. they are in negotiations on whether its 16 eps (USA wants) or what Dick Wolf wants, 22 eps. **EDIT** Kathryn did NOT say it, it was someone who works directly with the show =)

there ya go.. my night.. .I love living in NYC =)

you really are the luckiest girl in the world!!! seeing him twice in less than a week! JEZZZZZZ !...i dont think my heart could take it ! . was h as friendly this time or did he act scared like you night be stalking him hahahahahah! .. thanks for shareing the pics....... next time tell him tasha fallen wants a quit smokeing buddy if he ever needs one im pretty sure when i meet him i wont be able to get that out of my mouth ... man he is hot ! haha

KATHRYN looks absolutely fantastic in that picture....HOTTER and more beautiful than ever!! Oh to dream....to be that close to the incredibly beautiful and HOT KATHRYN ERBE!!!! She is...without a doubt...the HOTTEST woman on TV! I have an autographed picture of her I got from E-BAY but to meet her.......that would be....there isn't a word for it..........plus 16 or 22 more episodes (chockful of NOSHIPPYNESS for sure)......THIS IS GREAT!!!!

(I'm taking tomorrow off as a holiday as I have to digest all this great news.....and to get over that HOT picture of KATHRYN!!)

I used to smoke, years & years ago. It's hard to quit for some people. I hope Vincent is healthy in other areas, like eating right & exercising.

Shauna, I asked you this on your live journal comments, but I'll ask you again. Is it at all possible for you to reveal some of those "Spoilers" you read on the call sheet? You know we've been debating a few issues.

Anything you could reveal would be appreciated.

VDO and Kathryn always seemed to be extremely nice in the few interviews I have seen of them and it's nice to get that confirmed. It's also cool that Kathryn was excited that you got to meet Vincent. That speaks well of their relationship. It's nice to see that they seem to still like each other after working together for so long.

Shauna, those are terrific pictures. And the ones with you and Kristen with Vincent and Kathryn are wonderful. You all look great. The man in the background with you and Kathryn, who is he? The bodyguard? I love the smiles. And envy you.

I can understand why you love living in NYC. I think it's a good thing I live farrrr away from there. I would likely become the most pitiful of creatures - a middle-aged groupie prowling the streets looking for LOCI location sets!!!

I'm thinking that the smiling might be a nervous thing. Or maybe the scenes that they were shooting were really intense, so he needed to smoke a lot to calm down.

I wonder if he smokes all the time, because smokers don't usually not smell like smoke (terrible grammar, forgive me).

Every smoker I've ever been around has always smelled like cigarette smoke. I'm very allergic to it and can instantly smell it.....

My guess is that Vincent smokes while filming alot, especially outdoor scenes. He's such a perfectionist, I'm sure he's always a bit tense. Hopefully he smokes the ultra light brands.

I can't see him smoking in the house with the kids, especially the new baby. Everyone knows how dangerous second hand smoke is.

I bet the cigarette smoke smell on VDO makes him smell rugged!

On the smoking thing...I hope Vincent would maybe cut back on it if he can...I wouldn't want him to get unhealthy from it. if you've ever been to Spain, they smoke everywhere! There's a lot of pollution in Madrid. Your nose stings and your throat feels very dry...I hope it isn't as bad in the city.

I was supposed to go to Manhattan on Sat (I wanted to see Vincent, everyone else wanted to do something else...)
But at the last minute (the night before), the plans were changed. Or so I was told. I went to work, then got home to find out that everyone did go to manhattan
It's okay. Because I will be seeing him sometime in my life (I hope )
It really does suck being in the same state, but a different part.

I hate to be the killjoy but I received a reply email from the writers late yesterday saying that Season 8 has not yet been picked up...they are still in talks up at the top and have been for a couple of weeks. This is the rumor that is going all around the CI set and has been for 2 or 3 weeks now. And I only got around to posting this now because I am busy with preparations to go out of town (discussion of that is in the off topic thread)...otherwise I would have posted sooner.

However let's take no news for the moment as good news...that and the fact that there are still talks going on. And as soon as I hear something official, I will let you all know...the anticipation is crazy-making I know and I will do whatever I can to end the suspense sooner rather than later (which would make me a lousy entertainer )

At least we got our whole Season 7 (all 22 episodes)...many shows were not so lucky.

Thank you for posting this. I'd rather know the truth myself. As you say, it isn't bad news. We've been saying that it's too early for the networks to make the decision for Season 8, anyway.

Wonder how this rumor started? Especially the qualifying part about Dick Wolf fighting for 22 episodes? That sure makes it sound true. I also am convinced that "cowboy hat" believes it to be true. He would never have told a fan otherwise.

I think I know where you are heading

The few times I've been to NYC, (all after 2001) it seemed like there wasn't that much smoking on the streets. What are cigs there now, like $7-$8 a pack?

That's good. Pollution is controlled better here in America I think. What's New York like? Do a lot of the people have an accent? I suppose anyone who has been there has seen a celebrity or two.

Actually, we would think YOU have the accent, being from the South, LOL!

It's much harder to run into celebrities in New York City than you think. I worked in Manhattan for years & visit often, and the only celeb I ever saw was Spike Lee, at the ESPN Zone with his kids.

The best place to run into celebrities actually seems to be California. I had one friend in college who worked at Magic Mountain and saw celebs there all the time. (She actually revealed that Dustin Diamond was a jerk long before Celebrity Fit Club proved it.) Then I had another friend who went to college about 1/2 outside LA and saw several celebs. He worked out at the same gym the guys from Power Ranges worked out at (this was back when they were extremely popular) and saw Pam Anderson at Starbucks, among several others around town.

Haha actually, no one in Virginia (at least where I am) has an accent at all. I have a slight, slight New York accent for some reason. I never had it before, but I think it's the way my mouth is formed, and I like it a lot so I do it unconsiously.

I figured people wouldn't see celebrities easily, But one time, my family and I were driving to the airport to pick up my dad, and my mom gasped because she saw Laura Ingram standing at the pickup area! She was wearing a nice pink shirt and beige pants. When we were driving away, my mom waved and she waved back, haha. And yesterday I saw the Pope, lol.

haha every time my band tours up north i have people constantly asking me to talk because they think my accent is cute .. thing is here in ky i dont really have as bad of an accent as most people do because ive worked on loseing it ..people dont take southern girls seriously in punk bands soo i have had to try and loose it over the past few years
