Yeah, Graboid's nice. I've also been discovering lots of hidden gems on YouTube. I've been up to my eyeballs in space shuttle/NASA documentaries.

Dunno if I told you, but after some soul searching, I changed my major program. I want to study something I truly have a passion for and where there's lots of room for original research and future policy/operations work to be had. So, starting Monday, I'm a space studies major.

Oh, and starting now, I'm a winner.

I only have a semester left of school, then another year of externship/clinical fellowship before I finally am finished with school. Something I am much looking forward to. I love my field; not so in love with school anymore.

MWA HA HA HA!! That's the nice thing about a clinical doctorate... all the doctorate, much less of the research, no dissertation (though I do have my Capstone research project still to complete and defend), oh... and best of all? 4 year solid time-line. Ph.Ds can take *forever*.

Yeah, I have to decide which way to go with my Ph.D., too. A science, or perhaps aerospace history. Pffft. You might finish school before I do, but at least I can hold on to the joy of winning for a bit. Why?

I'm all for that pairing, most of all because it is NOT Shawn and Juliet (gag)... good way to ruin a show: hooking up main characters.

Tough, honestly, I think Gus and Jules are much better suited to each other--geeky in their own ways, love of comic books, etc.

If you look at the interveiws for season 3, a lot ask about Shawn and Juliet, and James and Maggie say they won't hook up. (Well, until season 7). I think it will mostly just stay in fanfiction.

You know, I'd never thought of that. I really like that idea...Gus and Juliet. It seems all too cliche for me for Shawn and Jules to come together in a passionate, magical relationship. I prefer the whole "thrill of the chase" idea....that's the most thrilling part, after all! 'Cuz honestly, I don't know...if they WERE to hook up...I really just don't see the chemistry there totally between their characters.

And, speaking of thrills of the chase....I'm thrilled to currently be possessing the win.
