Jim Ross has posted a new batch of "Q&A" answers on his website. You can read the entire feature here. Some highlights:

On who JR sees "leading the charge" for WWE in the next five years: Orton, Edge, Burke, MVP, Kennedy, Hardy’s, Punk, to name a few guys I think are good now and should be really good in "5 years". The developmental area has some studs and they will be stars if they aren’t "picked too green".

The idea of WWE having a drug counselor on the road: The company offers all sorts of counseling opportunities but it takes two to tango more often than not. Education in the developmental area is a key to reducing issues when talents get called up.

Squash matches on television: I think that the occasional squash match is fine. I also think that there should be longer matches on TV so better stories could be told.

Mickie James being pushed less due to the focus on Maria: Mickie is still getting plenty of work and seems to be happy. Mickie has already lasted longer than some predicted because her "look" is not that of a stereotypical WWE Diva. I think Mickie is very attractive/sexy and she damn sure can wrestle.

The possibility of Chris Jericho getting a major title run: Yes, I think Jericho has the ability to be WWE or World’s Champion and will likely get there if he stays long enough in the WWE.

Signing autographs: I have no problem signing autographs except when I am in the middle of a meal or in the men’s room. I don’t like signing the same item several times like the same 8X10’s several times.

Hi Bubba here, I would like to see Mickie get a push again soon.

Burke and Punk are good now, why wait 5 years. Punk is getting his push now, but what is Burke doing? He's done nothing wrong to be considered part of the "future" rather than the present.

Punk should've gotten a push last year, before his abilities eroded. Now he sucks, and is getting this major push.

I disagree with J.R. (like I should, seeing how he's a BOOKER), but i'm just gonna say this. MVP will be a new Cena. The absolute worst guy, getting a push. The Hardy's... no. Jeff might not even be with the company by the end of the year, and seeing how he's the more talented between him and Matt, I don't see Matt ever getting a long-term main title run. He might have a 6 month push, but the WWE doesn't have the balls to push him as a superstar.

Burke BADLY needs a push. Benjamin & Morrison also badly need pushes.

Yeah but the WWE seems to be off on the time of when they give people pushes. Burke, Morrison, and Benjamin all need a push. Benjamin needs one bad. At least give him a IC push, get him back on RAW then push him main event.

I couldn't agree more with JR, and I look foward to watching these guys careers grow.
