Elliot walked into the precinct and looked around and still there was no sight of his partner.
"Cap'n has anyone seen or heard from Liv?" he asked from the door way of Cragen office.
"What missed me?" Olivia asked from behind him. Turning around he saw her, she smiled at him and his heart melted.
"No it's just that we have someplace to be" he said. She gave him a quizzical and went to her desk. "Yea I missed you" he finally said sitting infron of her. But she didn't even acknowledge him she just continued to look through the case file.
"Good morning" Cragen said and standing in the middle of the squad-room "We got a case" they all turned their attention to him. "Do you remember this picture?" he asked holding up a photograph of a little girl.
"Yea, she was on the news" Elliot said while drumming his pen on the desk.
"Yes, her name is Kayandra Murray, and we got a call from a good hearted citizen that she saw her wondering in Central Park" Cragen said.
"But that girl has gone missing for what a week or two, by the way why are we getting this case?" Olivia asked.
"Well from the tip I heard that she was with a man, and she was beaten, so it falls on us 'abuse', now Munch and Fin I want you guys to check Central park for anything that could lead us to the girl, Stabler, Benson visit the parents" he said and walked back to his office.

On the way to the house Elliot noticed that she cracked a smile. Her brown hair was alive as the wind blew theough it, but she didn't seem to mind. Stretching her hand she turned on the radio and as if magic her favorite song was on. She rocked her head and tapped her leg. Elliot could not help but laugh it was a while since he'd seen her like that. And he just enjoyed staring at her. "El, quit staring at me" she said when she finally caught his gaze.
"I'm sorry, but can you make me?" he asked, she laughed her laughter filled the car and he felt his heart expand as it entered his soul. She playfully smacked him on the shoulder and she started to sing.
"Oh Liv stop my ears are bleeding" he said laughing, as he turned in the driveway of Murray's residence. As he turned the engine off she slapped him topside the head.
"Oh El, bite me" she said and opened the door and got out.
"Where do you want..." Elliot didn't finish his sentence he was cut off but a loud screeh. A woman's scream!

The scream rang loud and instinctivly Olivia placed her hand on the holser. Elliot gave her the signal that her was going out back and she went to the front. Pounding on the wooden door she informed her who ever was in side who she was. "Mrs. This the police open the door or I will break it down!" no answer came just the sound of some one moving kicking in the door it flew open but left a searing pain in her leg, causing her to limp a little. Blood was splattered on the wall and as she looked up she saw a gun and a masked standing over the woman who was barely breathing. "Hey put the gun down" she commanded. His hands were shaking violently and he dropped the gun.
"I'm sorry I didn't mean to shoot her, but I had to" the voice of a young boy rang out from beneath the mask.
"it's okay. Elliot in here!" she yelled while she bent down and applied pressure to the woman who was bleeding prefusly. Elliot entered the room in seconds and cuffed the person then took off his mask.

The ambulance arriaved ten minutes later, and brought her to hospital. "So what do have here?" Olivia asked as they escorted the kid to the car.
"A kid who says that he didn't mean to shoot lady" he said while the engine roared to life.
"Oh really" she said saccastically and looked over to the boy, but even though she didn't know the story, she believed him. Elliot noticed she was silent as she gazed out the window. Allowing her to think her thoughts, he turned the radio on hoping it would soothe her.

Olivia tried to study the teenager that sat across from her, but still nothing he kept looking at Elliot like he was scared.
"Elliot give me a minute please" she said. Looking at her he wanted to ask why by quickly obeyed.
"Hey it's just me and you now please tell me what happened s that I can help you" she said. He looked her square in the eyes and swallowed hard.
"I didn't want to hurt her," he said as the water sprung to his eyes. "... she told me to, do it but I didn't want to"
"Did what?" Olivia asked. Looking at her like she was dumb he replied.
"Do it you know... what you do late at night" Olivia brows frowned. What did she do late at night.
"He Jeremy, just come out and say it no one going to hurt you" she said. His eyes went wide as she said no-one would hurt him and in his green eyes she saw fear.
"She's my step-mom and when I used to wet the bed, she used help me out that before I had the surgery, and when I got better she started sneeking in my room and touching me and then we started having sex, I begged her to stop but she wouldn't. but today was the worse she dressed me up and told me to rape, when I refused she held dad's gun to my head. We were fighting and the gun went off and shot her" he was crying so hard Olivia placed a hand on his shoulder.
"So why were you wearing a mask?" Olivia asked not quite understanding that part.
"She... she told me to" he said. Olivia heard the door open and turned around to see Elliot.

"Okay son, your story is really touching but did she tell you to rape and kidnap you little sister?" Elliot asked. Olivia shot him a look and he handed her the sketch. "He's big on stories, but I have witness who say they saw you with that little girl"
Olivia was unprepared when the kid shot up out of the chair and went around to Elliot.
"I was protecting her, Dad raped her! I hid her after she told me what happened!" There was a knocking on the door and they turned around to see a legal aide standing there with her hands onher hips.

Olivia and Elliot looked at the legal aide as if they had been caught with their pants down. She still and continued her intimidation tactic, but little did she know that the detectives weren't buying it.
"Counsellor, what can we do for?" Elliot asked standing up ready to face her fury.
"Detective Stabler, were you just questioning my client with out me?" she asked though it was the obvious. Olivia was still by the boys side who seemed scared and terrified as she walked into the room. "Are you aware that he is a minor therefore even if you wanted to prosecute him after what he just told you, you just fried Novak's case?" she laughed at them as she sat next to the boy with a devilish look on her face.
"Actually they didn't, the boy isn't on trail he's just a material witness."

They all turned to look at Casey, who had that look in her eyes. "Detectives a minute please?" she asked walking out the door while Olivia and Elliot followed. "Ok Liv, Elliot I'm not going to prosecute him but I will his parents. They are the ones to blame not the kid, get the statement and have it all I'm taking his parents for arraignment today" Casey said. She was so happy and so sure of herself that they wondered if she was okay. Nodding they returned to the interview room. The boy ran to Olivia throwing his hands around her. Olivia was momentarily stunned. They all turned to look at her as she wrapped her arms around him. Elliot was caught off guard by the jeolousy that crept up on him.

They all sat around the interview table and Casey sat close to the boy.
"I'm Casey Novak what's your name?" she asked. But the young scooted closer to Olivia and tears started flowing from his eyes. Tugging the shirt of her shirt he cried "Mommy, Mommy please help" he pleaded looking up at Olivia.
Huang continued to watch the seen play out. And smiled as he saw Casey's look go from happy to fraustrated in one minute. Knocking on the door he waited for permission to enter. "Come in" Elliot said making room for him at the table. "Hey Doc" Elliot said. As Huang sat between him and Olivia.
"Hi, could all excuse for a minute Captain has asked me to speak with him" Huang said placing his notepad on the desk.

Olivia and Elliot sat at their desk drinking coffee. Elliot watched her she had been extremly quite and he was worried about her, he wanted to hear her sing again she had a lovely voice. The clicking of heels on the tiles brought each detective to the present. Dr. Warner the Medical Examiner was walking in their direction. "Olivia, I need to see you" she said before getting to the desk. Olivia got up and walked over to where Melinda was standing. "Olivia please sit down..." the pause caused Olivia pulse to accelerate she hated suspense "...do you have any brothers or sisters?" she asked. Olivia eyes suddenly went wide and all types of emotions were in their depths. Olivia shook her head to answer the question.
"Melinda what's going on?" she asked
"Remember the time I drew your blood and did the test?" Melinda asked.
"Yes" Olivia replied.
"Well since I had place you under an alias name name, when I was testing the boy, you came up as a match, I did it over and over again, he's your nephew..."

'He your nephew' the word echoed in her ears and she felt herself go pale. "Melinda there must be some mistake," Olivia said desperate to keep her world steady this really couldn't be happening.
"Olivia, at first I thought that he was your son, but I check you files you never gave birth, you've never been pregnant, so I check the chromosomes you and his mother are IDENTICAL I separated his fathers, Liv you have a twin sister" Melinda said watching Olivia stand, she looked pale like she'd seen a ghost, as she stood her legs gave way, Melinda grabbed her and lowered her to the chair. "Are you alright?" Melinda asked. Olivia shook her head till it ached all this was wrong it was never right it couldn't be her stable world was being turned upside down in on freaking day.
"Melinda, are you sure, this has to be some mistake, I'm an only child" Olivia said while Melinda rubbed her arm. While Melinda rubbed her arm she fought as best as she could not to scream. Getting up once more she walked to the interview and opened it, Melinda followed her. Jeremy turned and ran to her shouting "Mommy Mommy!" he threw his hands around her. Hunag turned to face them.
"Olivia a minute please" he said motioning her outside. She followed after prying Jeremy hands from around her waist. "Olivia I haven't seen anything like this, it isn't regression but he really believes your his mom" Haung said

Huang noticed how Olivia look disorienated, and that tears were brimming her eye lids. "Olivia what's wrong, you look stressed." Haung said as they sat in the chair next to the interview room. Olivia wiped away the tear that ran down her cheeks, finally having enough she stood and stormed into the interview startling Jeremy.
"Mommy you didn't leave, you came back!" he shouted and once again he ran to Olivia, she blocked him, not wanting to get close. Her actions brought tears running from his eyes like a river over flowing. "Mommy don't you love me any more?" he asked. Something inside Olivia broke, wanting to hug to tell him it was gong to be okay but still she couldn't move she was numb, completely numb. "Fine, I don't love you anymore!" he screamed reaching into his pocket he with-drew an envelope and threw right in her face. "I hate you! You left me and my sister all alone I thought you loved us!" he yelled as he stood in the door way, with the tears streaming down his face. Turning his back he walked away and the down closed. Olivia sat on the floor and open the envelope. Her eyes widened as she saw a picture the spliting image of herself fell into her lap. Picking up with trembling finger a sob escaped her lips. Huang stood over her and Elliot knelt down infront of her and picked up the letter and read it a load.

Son, I'm sorry I have to do this, but I have no choice, I must leave, I will return by you are 16, keep this picture with you always, and I will always be in your heart. I'm not dead! Keep this somewhere safe, I love and remind Kamecha that I love her always.

Olivia was understandably upset as she sat at her desk and waited patiently for a response from the US Marshalls about her sister. Elliot watched her with concern as she threw the paper into the air from utter frustration. He wanted so badly to help her but couldn’t she needed to do this by herself. Getting up from his desk he walked over to the coffee maker and brought her back a cup of steaming black coffee the way she liked it when she was upset or simply confused.

Olivia smiled at him for a brief second and went back to reading the file she had gotten from the clerk about her sister, she was a great officer and she did her job well but how could they allow her to go undercover for that long? She had wondered while she read the file though she had never met her sister or heard she had developed a like for her and was dying to meet her. “Olivia for Pete’s sake drink the coffee, if you don’t by the time they find her, they won’t be able to find you.” Elliot said making gesture to how thin she had become in the last two weeks.

“Come on El, that’s not fair I eat, but I’m busy” she said diving back into the report. Elliot rolled his eyes and went back to typing up the report, he knew too well there was no point in arguing with her, so back to work he went.



Brisk footsteps and the loud knocking on their desk made the detectives look up. “Yes, may I help you?” Olivia asked sitting up in her chair, while using her hand to brush back her hair.

The two men that stood before her tall and wore glasses and fine cut suits. “Are you Olivia Benson?” the taller man asked, who seemed to be in his late thirties while lowering his shades.

“yes I am” she replied. As she replied they both moved and a woman the splitting image of Olivia looked up glaring at the too men.

“Duh!” she said removing the coat that covered her. Looking at Olivia whose mouth was wide open. “Hun close your mouth, I’m Olive I got your letter by where are my children?” she asked sparing the formalities.

“Y-you are m-m-my sister?” Olivia smattered while standing to her shaky legs.

Olive rolled her eyes and gave her an impatient look and replied “Wow! And they told me your were a great detective it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that I am your other half” Olive looked over to Elliot who was helping Olivia into her seat.

Elliot held onto Olivia but he couldn’t help but smile at Olivia’s sister, finally Olivia met her match her thought as she sat but didn’t speak. “Oh sister dearest, you haven’t told me where my children are” Olive sitting into the chair across from Olivia.

“They are at school” Olivia finally said.

“Okay, boys I think it is safe to say I’m fine bring my stuff back to the hotel and let me catch up with er… er what should I call you?” she asked Olivia who was still in shock/

“Um Olivia my names Olivia Benson” she said extending an arm.

Olive looked at the out stretched arm but didn’t take it simply went back to talking to the men. “Olivia, oh and I will call you later” she said as the men disappear out the doors of the precinct. “Stand up” she said to Olivia who obeyed with hesitation “Olivia Benson, it’s nice to finally meet you,” she said reaching over the desk to hug her. Olivia was shocked and tears stung at her eyes as she pulled back from her twin “Thanks for taking care of my babies and sorry it took so long for me to return” she said.

Elliot watched two and a unbidden lump rose to his throat, and he smiled Olivia was happy

Olivia felt the air catch in her throat as she watched Elliot flex him muscles, while dealing with the perp. Olivia had to drag her eyes from him as she saw Casey opened the door and called "Detectives a minute" she said closing the door. Eliot mumble something pulled his sleeve down and opened the door for Olivia, they stared at each other for a couple seconds then went to Casey. "Cut him loose, he's not our guy, the DNA didn't match" Casey said.
"But that doesn't mean he didn't take part in it, this is dirty all over" Elliot said. His gut told him the Tedrick Malaman was involved in the and rape of the twelve year old girl who was found on east street naked.
"Elliot we can't hold, not because he has a couple cuts and bruises, we need evidence that he kidnapped her or else we have to let him go" Casey replied.
"I have something" Munch said entering the room. "These are the photos from the ATM" he said pointing to Tedrick and the victim.
"Look at that," Olivia said noticing the shadow. "Someone else was in the room" she concluded.
"I thought he never saw the victim" Elliot said with a smile to his lips. Re-entering the room he threw the pictures infront of Tedrick. "I thought you said you never saw the girl, but what I want to know is who is this?" Elliot asked pointing to the figure.
Tedrick eyes became fearful as he noticed he was caught. "Alright but you can't send me out there they are going to kill me," he said.
"Whose going to kill you?" Olivia asked sitting down in the chair opposite to Tedrick.
"Them!" he shouted pointing to the figure. "I was hired to take the girl, and that all I did, but when one the big mans' mistress died the cops came down and I had to keep her, but I didn't kill her I handed her over to the Big-Man's right man" Tedrick said out of breath.
Olivia and Elliot looked at each other confused. But there confussion soon died when Tedrick lawyer entered the room.
"Detectives," he paused looking at Olivia for what seemed to be a minute or two. "I'm Mr. Malaman lawyer." Three pairs of eyes met him.
"I don't want a lawyer I want to stay here, you can't protect me from them" Tedrick said to his lawyer.
"There he doesn't want you, now please" Elliot said opening the door. The lawyer walked out. And Olivia and Elliot on his heels. "He's all yours Case" Elliot said. "Liv want to grab a beer before you go to cabin?" Elliot asked with a smile on his lips. She smiled at him and they logged out and walked toward the car.
"So how your crazy sister?" Elliot asked as they sat on the stool in the.
"She fine, she like it down there at the cabin, I'm glad I found her" Olivia said and Elliot placed him arm around her shoulder. But as they touched she felt the need to embrace him and she did. Elliot lifted her face and stared into her brown eyes.
"Liv..." he said as he brushed his lips to hers, she shuddered but didn't pull back.
