I was cleaning out my files and came across something I have no idea where it's from or why I saved it.
I was going to post this in the actual size, which is twice as big, but when I previewed the pic it screamed 'Nerd!'
This pic probably shouldn't even be on this thread, because it's *so* NOT hot. Nevertheless, I thought I'd share.

I'm confused, too! I found the James and the Alien pic thanks to a random Google search. The pic had no explanation, other than the fact that James looked good with a bit of stubble. (I agree.)

My own personal theory, because of the expressions on their faces, is that this picture was taken after James and one of his writing partners read the reviews for 'Skinwalkers.'

I remember reading that article and coming across that picture a while back. I meant to post it here but school has been insane lol. Yeah, kind of a weird picture but James looks gorgeous in it as usual.

You guys seem to have this thread covered, but I thought I'd drop by just to show my appreciation to James, because, well, I love him just as much as you all do. So I hope I'm not intruding. As an offering of sorts, I'm going to post some screencaps I've taken just because (and I hope there's not too many......). You mean the one where he's giving the peace sign? If so, yeah, it is. It's from Lassiter's birthday, after everyone finds out that all his "friends" are really convicts; Shawn and Gus are, of course, splitting early as fast as they can. It's from "Poker? I Barely Know Her," one of my favorite episodes all in its own. I just loved that whole ending bit, James's peace sign in particular, of course!

In case you haven't read it, here's a bit of Psych news from a December 16th interview:

James Roday and Dulé Hill aren’t the type of guys, it seems, to hold a grudge—even against a TV show that some fans say has ripped off the premise of their clever cult favorite, “Psych.”Roday and Hill, who play fake psychic detective Shawn Spencer and his partner in crime-solving, Burton “Gus” Guster, on the USA Network show, told journalists during a conference call Tuesday that they are happy “The Mentalist” is a success.

“I’ve seen the show and I don’t see anything similar about it,” Hill said when asked about the new CBS hit, which stars Simon Baker as a former TV "psychic” who uses his keen powers of observation to solves crimes.

“I think it’s a completely innovative,” Hill said as he and his co-star busted out laughing. "It’s great. You know, he’s awesome."

“Mimicry is the most sincere form of flattery and I think the fact that ... someone saw something in our show that was worth reproducing on a much larger scale, I don’t know, I think it’s kind of cool," Roday said. "That’s sort of like a kudos."

Roday added that there's no point in fans of “The Mentalist”—which are many, considering it was the most watched program on network TV a week ago with a Nielsen rating of 18.7 million viewers—pretending the CBS drama wasn't influenced by the lighter comedy-drama “Psych.”

"So all you 'Mentalist' fans, it’s OK. It’s OK to like this show," he said. "Have fun watching your show but don’t be in denial."
