and out of curiosity, mainly for my own benefit, if a cop is out of his/her jurisdiction (ie different county or city) are they allowed to pull you over or arrest you? i heard you can't but i don't know if thats true.
not that i plan on doing anything illegal, ive just always wondered.

and i'll keep the tim pics coming if i can! james pics are my priority but if im in a good mood/awake at 2am after a friday airing, i'll get some for you guys.

That term isn't exclusive to the Tim thread, I heard that back in the police academy from my fellow cadets while watching a slow-mo "cut away" computer graphic of a semi-auto pistol firing during firearms training. It's a widespread joke apparently.

It depends on the offense you witness and the state's laws. In Texas, any off-duty licensed peace officer may make an arrest when witnessing any felony or breach of the peace at any time anywhere in the state. I myself detained a suspected drunk driver before shift while on my way to work one evening. I didn't arrest him, I simply legally detained him until an on-duty unit could arrive as per my department's policy. If I'm off duty in plain clothes and I witness some guy haul off and punch someone in the face (a breach of the peace), or pull a knife and try to stab someone (felony, aggravated assault), I can arrest him. Regarding traffic stops: Now I'm not sure about other states, but in Texas you're not allowed to make traffic stops unless you are in uniform in a marked unit equipped with emergency lights, so you are clearly identifiable as a police officer.

ok I was about to get pissed. Charter changed our channels and I couldn't find USA. I did. but I would be very very pissed if I couldn't look at James's beautiful face every Friday night. But it's all good, I found it. Now I'm gonna have to write all the channels down. Augh!

I have Charter too, and on our tvs USA is channel 28. My favorite channel.

Well, all my favorite channels used to be in order. FX, ABC Fam., TNT, TBS, and USA were 33, 34, 35, 36, and 37 respectively. But in the living room we have USA HD so I can watch James in HD now.

If you look at the promo photos from Devil... you can see the holes in his ears. He might still wear them, or the holes just haven't closed up yet.

in a lot of episodes you can see his holes. and in the flashback to when he was arrested by his dad when he was 18, in Ghosts, young shawn has earrings in.
dunno if the holes are still open, they couldve been a clip on but it explains the holes for shawn.

Eh, I don't really like the beads. They look good outside of his baseball shirt, but not tucked inside a button up. Maybe I'm just use to James' chain

not weird. when i first got my phone, i was reading the 1st psych book. i took a pic of the cover, or at least: james's face and the 8ball, and made it my cover. that was in may and its been my background until yesterday when i switched it to my dog.
