Okay, so y'all should know by now that I'm the sort of Psych fan that watches old commercials just because James is in them. I was watching the Psych promo with the fake Gus and one of the screencaps I grabbed made my jaw drop. James is blurred slightly because he was in motion, so in this pic he looks impossibly gorgeous, but honestly, I've posted this screencap 'as is.' even though it looks almost like a painting ...

You looking at these pictures and that James always seems to be wearing a vest, I guess he just always needs something on his chest and not his arms. Maybe his chest gets cold but his arms don't.

James Roday is soooo gorgeous and funny - I mean, when you listen to the DVD episode commentaries, his true comedy comes out - it's like the Shawn character is just a twinge off his real personality. he is hilarious and does awesome voices!

LOL His voice at the start of the "Gus Walks Into A Bank" commentary is LMAO funny.

So yes James is a hottie tot tottie and hopefully he will be in many comedies and dramas in the future!!

Not many guys wear vests, and that's a shame, because some (like James

I suspect that James wears a vest for the same reason that I do: to stay warm.
Here in Michigan, when the temperatures hover just above freezing, I find that wearing my down vest is a great way to stay warm without getting too hot.

I feel sorry for James, who grew up in San Antonio, Texas.
Even in the coldest months of the year the LOWEST temperatures in San Antonio are usually @40 degrees F. It's a lot colder in Vancouver, B.C. What the heck, here's a comparison of the average monthly HIGH temperatures:

BTW, for those of you who have the idea of Texas as dusty and dry, San Antonio gets more rain than Vancouver from April through October.

That must be tough on him. I just moved up about 1,500 feet in altitude and its a big difference to me. I can't imagine going from hot and dry to cold and wet.

Maybe it's 'cuz he shaves his chest (like he admitted in the psych-outs on his and Dulé Hill's "Current Take-over"). Now it's just weird seeing him without a vest.
