Yes, that scene is one of the cutest things I've ever seen before in my life. Well played Steve Franks well played lol. Although Berman wrote that episode, but Steve makes sure they keep pushing and pulling those characters.

I read on Wikipedia (not the most reliable, I know) that James says that he thinks "Shawn" was written with Matthew Perry as a prototype. Watching some episodes, I can totally see that. So, if James wasn't Shawn, I think Matthew might have worked. Nobody could be as perfect as James, though.

Oh I know! I love that picture!! Right you are, it's from Tuesday the 17th. I respect the heck out of James because he's such a talented guy, but seeing him in that picture "directing" just made me love and adore him even more.

Same here. His acting blows me away, but considering the awesomeness of Tuesday the 17th (his directorial debut, I believe), I can't help but bow down to the man. He can act, he can direct, and he can write. All of which he does brilliantly... He's one talented, triple threat; that's for sure.
