i founded the MSPCA club at my highschool, and got ZTA (zeta tau alpha) to put in a bunch of philanthropy hours at a local shelter. animals are my passion, but i of course love taking care of kids too.

I'll say 10 points for the game face because it's coupled with an insatiable desire to win at all costs.

I got distracted looking at dogs at the local humane society (ironically before the adopt-a-pet discussion...) but I'm not really sure as a grad student I'd be a proper pet owner ::sigh:: I miss my family's dogs (who are at home, with my family... in another state)

Me too, Pet! My mom thinks I like animals more than people...which can often be true. However, children are my biggest calling. Always have been, always will be. I can't get enough of either!

When/if (Seriously, I cannot leave my kids. It's probably not very healthy, but eh...) I ever move out, I may get a cat. Self-sufficient enough to not be all over me for affection like a dog, but is still there and needs caring for. Because really, I don't know what to do with myself when there's no one around for me to take care of. It throws me way off!
