Very true, but it'd take some incredible make-up just to make me look my age, much less old enough to keep everyone from thinking there was something wrong with him (because there isn't! at all!). I mean sure, the character could be older, but it wouldn't be remotely believable. I'll just adore from afar.

And it is definitely possible that a real-life Lassiter wouldn't be as wonderful, but I'd gladly give him a shot! Lassiter certainly holds a lot of appeal because of what Tim brings to him. (Eyes, much?!)

Regarding the kitchen scene in "Speak Now...". My favorite moment during Lassiter' struggle with Shawn is when Shawn crams the towel in Lasiter's face. I think Tim O. deserves 5 "hotness points" for not cracking up when Roday did that.

im not technically allowed to drink, and i got bageled last weekend because of it, but usually i get away with it.
my school also is like, 92% greek, so frat parties happen alot.

Don't get in trouble! I used to drink, but not much at all. Then I found out about some health issues I have and just stopped altogether. Life's just easier that way for me!

Come on, does no one remember that *I* am Lassiter's "dream date"? I'm even in the same age range. I can see it now, first the shooting range, then dinner and a movie. An evening of food, film, and burnt gunpowder. Gotta love it!

Actually, a write-in campaign for Tim Omundson to be on an upcoming DVD commentary is a good idea. We probably wouldn't see it happen until the season 4 DVD (if at all), but at least it would show the show's creators that there's a real fanbase for Tim Omundson.

Well I've been thinking a commentary would happen eventually, too. I fully expected it this season after seeing Bad Thing, and then it didn't happen, which is completely ridiculous to me!

Ok, I have a Tim Omundson topic for the night - let's discuss the evolution of Lassiter's hair throughout the series. May also be expanded to cover your favorite Tim Omundson hairstyle from other appearances (I know we've sort of covered that already, but not from the "Lassiter-centric" viewpoint). Not only does this afford the opportunity for discussion of Mr. Omundson, but it's the perfect excuse for folks to add more screen caps. So here goes...

I prefer Lassiter's "shorter" hairstyle in season 1. If you look at the screen caps of "From Earth To Starbucks", you see it's slightly sorter and "tighter" than it is by the end of season 3. I believe there's an interview with Tim Omundson somewhere where he mentions Lassiter's use of haircare products in relation to his rocky relationship with Victoria. Actually my favorite Lassiter hair is in the USA promotional photos from the website (with the green background). Any shorter is too short, and it's just long enough to be nicely sculpted.

Suddenly I'm thinking of chocolate cake moulds....

I'm the opposite. I like it longer! I think his hair in "The Luck of the Irish" is my fave. His hair is really close to that now. I just love it that way! Me-ow!

Ah! We're losing steam! Yeah, I loved his hair this season the best. I hope it stays that way, or at least very close. It reminds me of Elvis for some reason...

I like Lassiter's hair this past season! It's a little longer, it's still got the wonderful salt-and-pepper look we all love, and it just looks a little more relaxed. I love it!

I'm not sure about my favorite Tim hair-I haven't seen everything he's done yet! I am very partial to his most recent Lassiter look, and also his hair on the Cold Case episode. He's such a sweet family guy in that one (and there's chest hair)! I realize that has nothing to do with his hair, it's just note-worthy.


Unlike Texas, I'm really not a fan of the first season promo pics-that pale green? I think that color didn't do anyone any favors. And the lighting was bad. It made everyone look a little older than they are.

The word squibb never fails to crack me up! I always picture Tim yelling, "What the f*ck is a squibb?" lol! I love spelling it with 2 Bs as well.

I'm not techno-literate enough to upload it, but if you to get the Psych site and look at Tim/Lassiter's bio, the picture it shows there is from the set of promo pics they shot for season one, I believe. Even if those aren't from when I think they are, I still think they aren't very flattering to anyone.

And you're right, the chest hair definitely does count as hair. Given that fact, I have to vote for either "Lassie Did a Bad, Bad Thing," "Tuesday the 17th," "Six Feet Under the Sea," and I'll even throw in "Shawn (and Gus) of the Dead." They all have notable chest hair and aren't combined with the "cake mold" look of season 1.

yeah cause season 2 is on that DVD and season 3 will probs be on the DVD coming out, but i want to own season 1 psychouts!
you know what would also be good? a little blurb about each psychout and how it came about. like singing 'freak me' or 'private eyes'. how were those ever imagined?
