Lysa,

Welcome. So glad you could join us.

First , I would like to say that I sincerely hope Tim would not be offended by the thread I started. My goal was to boost his ego and let him know about the people who appreciate
him. He seems to be a very sweet man from what I can gather. He is immensely talented and holds down a job! smile.gif That is very hard to find in a man nowadays. It is refreshing to see such a hard working man come into such success. He certainly does deserve it.

By the way, if you would like to see it, there are pictures from the 20th anniversary IHS reunion on http://www.flickr.com/ Everyone seems so comfortable and relaxed. Hope you enjoy the pictures.

Oh, that was a sweet sentiment about General Hospital. I think it's cute you all were so young watching such a grown up show!

Please join us anytime.

Sincerely,

Angela

Thanks for the welcome. I've got the reunion photo link of course but thanks for thinking of it!

PsychBabe if you're going to do a superimposition, please find us someone with the right look, LDP is very handsome and very buff, and has absolutely no warm furry sternum bush whatsoever. Okay? I like my Lassiter looking like Lassiter (which perforce, means looking like the utterly marvelous Tim O.)

Oh no problem whatsoever. The suit, the GUN, the handcuffs, the crisp shirts (particularly the blue ones that make his eyes shine), the ties. Absolutely AWESOME. Not one thing wrong whatsoever about Lassiter in a suit. He's beautiful in a suit. I adore him in the suit...I would love to muss up that suit (would drive Lassiter INSANE, mussing the suit). It would be fun to drive Lassiter insane.

There's just something about us having gotten LDP and NOT gotten the Lassmeister...

Oh, Lassiter in jeans would be nice too (anyone who doesn't believe this head over to the Jericho boards and see his look-alike the absolutely incredibly gorgeous Phil Constantino.)

Actually my version is more of the music video to 'NSync's "Bye, Bye, Bye" where he's in the red sportscar trying to get away from the one evil girl... could totally picture Tim in that car...

Mesmer, m'dear, I'm going to be 52 this year, I understand older women/younger men.

Root beer is good for hangovers, ginger ale a little better on your tummy, NO two bottles of wine, not so good. Cue a chorus of "Don't tell Mama," from Cabaret, if it was MORE than two bottles. {{{{{mesmer}}}}}

I have only seen so far 5 eps of Psych, when did cutie-pie have this utterly perfect revelation revealed to him? He's right, Lassiter has "drown in me" eyes. Well I used to be a Lifeguard way back when in my summer camp days, I think I can still pull a bunch of us out if we start going under.

PS Edited to fix a misplaced quotation mark. First I lose my parenthesis, now I'm goofing my quotes. Lassiter does that to a woman.

Cold and cynical, oh, totally sexy. Stuffy, suited, guy thing, le YUM. I really hope they don't try and change him and make him softer over time. Glad you liked my response to monkeyface, mussing the suit is the must do for any female they think is capable of being with our Lassmeister.

As for the poster child for HOT, he's one of them. He has this problem however, he looks like this guy named Tim Omundson, and this guy Tim Omundson looks like these other guys, to wit, Phil Constantino (and if you like em younger), Joshua Levin, or this cool fellow Eli. This makes our Lassiface only ONE of a huge bunch of HOT guys. And while I adore Lassiter, I get screamingly swoonish over Constantino.

I cannot wait to see my 6th episode of Psych.

If you want to swoon a little more, check out some on the interviews with Tim O (I found them through Yahoo!TV under the Psych category). It's so fun just watching him...talk. While I wasn't a huge fan of Tim with the long hair via SeaQuest, I thought he was pretty cute when he premiered on Seinfeld.

Glad to know I'm not the only one who loves the suit wink.gif

The Levin hair wasn't as nice as the Eli hair, but yeh I prefer the shorter hair myself, but NOT quite as show your ears feeb wannabe as Lassiter. I actually prefer (do I really have to SAY this again? Check the nickname and the avatar...) wait for it.... PHIL. That ever so slightly, scruffier look is just killer.

Jericho completely hacked me off though. They did a flashback scene to one of the Jericho boys' wedding. A wedding they clearly stated in the script that darling Phil had been a guest at. And there was NO Phil in the flashback, or if he was it was so short, I could not find him. I was just sitting there on the edge of my seat waiting for all that lovely in a decent suit, after having seen him in all his post-apocalyptic glory, I so wanted to see him a little bit cleaned up.

If anyone has the Jericho DVD's and this is on the cutting floor in the deleted scenes portions, lemme know, cause I will buy that puppy so fast it'll lose its tail in the spin.

I just wanna know, why is it that he produced an episode of CSI but never guest starred in one? Psych and CSI are my two favorite things in the world. If I had any combination of the two, my head might explode from the happy-happy-joy-joy overload! BUT I WOULDNT CARE! LOL.

(P.S. Just to toot Tim's horn a little more, that happened to be a favorite eppy of mine long before i realized Tim had hands in it. Mostly because of how hillarious it is to watch Hodges ham it up for the reality show camera crew. Hehehe.)

Absolutely. I love him best as Constantino because they don't make him look SOOOOO young. He really occasionally still looks too young as Lassiter. Although Lassiter is plenty gorgeous. Why can't they have them go undercover at a beach? They set the thing in Sta. Barbara
allisonsis
I just learned about this group from my sister, Allison Omundson-- be assured my bro Timmy appreciates his fans and is kind of astonished by so much adoration.
And heck yeah, he IS hot! And sweet and the most generous, loyal friend a person could have. He's a prince. And he gives the best long sincere hugs. I got to visit and hang out on the Psych set last September and the cast members are awesome. Dulé is an especially sweet natured guy.
For you fans, I think Tim is much handsomer in person than on TV, frankly-- he's so tall and his eyes are an amazing shade of blue. And he has better hair than any guy deserves to have. When I first met him he was doing SeaQuest or Medicine Ball and had hair below his shoulders, then he was doing Eli with extensions, and I loved his total buzz cut after "Amy." I adore him and want to see him in another Western or swashbuckling type role--a pirate, a Heathcliff type role-- that's what he was born to do. I'm ashamed to say I miss half the stuff he's in on TV, but I think he may be on Boston Legal again. I turned on the tube last night and he was on a repeat of CSI. Anyway, thanks for your support and keep letting USA Network know. Lassie is great but the real Tim is much smarter, cuter, and totally genuine! --I'm the lucky sis-in-law and I know! smile.gif

Ohmigosh!! That is so totally amazing! And he should TOTALLY be a pirate!!!! That would be SOOO awesome!!!
NewBernGirl
OH totally. He'd be such an awesome Pirate, or in any period piece.

And yes he's completely amazing in person (having met him), those eyes are to DIE for. To utterly die. Absolutely swoonworthy and getting better every single year. And you're right, it shouldn't be allowed for a GUY to have such amazing hair.

Tell him his fans adore him.

Thanks Tana, Sarcasm Love and Psychout89-- I WILL pass the love along. I'm lucky enough to be going back to Vancouver to visit again while they're shooting in July. It's kind of fun being on set as a visitor but pretty tense too-- everyone is on such a tight timetable and you have to be absolutely SILENT. Lots of talented people there.
And for those who agree that Tim is perfect for period pieces, he was in another short-lived Western series (besides Tombstone) that filmed here in Virginia. And I can't remember the name!
But best of all, he was Valmont on stage in "Dangerous Liaisions"--perfect casting! He was born for 18th century flowing linen shirts and hunting boots. Oh well, maybe sometime.....! sis-in-law

OMYGOODNESS SWOON VALMONT? oh wow.

That western, by the way, was Deadwood, first four eps, as Brom Garrett, or as a friend of mine who is ON THIS BOARD, where she will certainly chime in soonish, calls "How the West was Sexy."

Oh god don't worry, T.Oms is at least 20 yrs older than me, I think?
I remember being like, 10 when "Luck of the Irish" came out, and looking back on that, he has DEFINITELY improved with age. He's much sexier with salt and pepper hair. The role of Lassy/Lassie is also a hotter one, being the cop and all.
"Lassie Did A Bad, Bad Thing" is my new favorite episode. I like seeing the vulnerable side of him, it's adorable.

Also, I realized the other day that "Psych" is the perfect show to fishbowl to. (For those non-New Englanders, thats when you close all the doors in a small room, light up, and watch a TV show or movie through a haze of dank herb smoke.)

Have i mentioned I would willingly sacrifice every pair of Jimmy Choos I own to knock boots with Omundson? Granted, if all my footwear is gone, it would be knocking socks...but that's alright.

I usually post on the James Roday is a Super Hottie thread because, well, he *IS!*

That being said, after watching Tim's performance in the latest episode I wished that someone was there to give him a hug. He made me feel Lassiter's pain. Tim's face says a lot without a word being uttered. As further proof, I offer this screencap from Cold Case. For fans of all things Tim, you may consider this a Valentine's Day present. smile.gif
