The working plan was for Chris Jericho to engage in a long program with Jeff Hardy, but due to Hardy's suspension, that's obviously off the cards. Also, the Jericho vs. JBL feud was originally programmed to go longer, but the feud wasn't clicking and stylistically, JBL works better with Finlay and Jericho works better with Hardy.

Jericho should and will get a wwe title push. He's to good to not be doing stuff.
A good option would be to just be patient, let Taker win at WM, loose the title back to Edge at the next PPV, and send Jericho over to SD to feud with Edge for the WHC.

Edge vs. Jericho would be a great feud imo. Two great workers, it would really give Smackdown a boost imo.

Jericho is to damn good to be stuck in a mid card feud. Edge vs. Jericho ftw.
Well mid-card or not, Jericho is the I-C Champ and Mr. Kennedy certain does need a push for the I-C Title on RAW!
I mean hey, when he was on SD! he became the U.S. Heavyweight Champion, why not give a shot @ the I-C Title?
The I-C Title Matches are better than the WWE Heavyweight Title Matches these days, the only time they were good was when Macho Man, Bret Hart, Stone Cold, Brock Lesnar and Kurt Angle have all held the Heavyweight Gold!
Now THOSE were some moments right there!
