liv walked into her apartment. she turned on the lights and put her stuff on the counter. she went to her fridge to get something to eat. she was starving. her belly was growling, she opened the fridge door. the buzzer rang. "damn" she went to the intercom and pressed the button. "who is it?" she asked with a questioned look.
"its me, elliot"
she let him up. he knocked on her door while she was snacking on a chocolate bar. she opened the door to him smiling at her. she returned a smile. "hey"
"stopped by to see if you wanted to come to fins house for a movie."
she opened the door wider and he stepped inside. she closed the door behide them.
"fin has movie nights now"
"yeah. you in?"
"sure"
she walked over and picked up her coat.
"hold this?"
he held her chocolate for her while she put on her coat. when she wasnt looking, he took a bite. she got her keys and her purse. elliot handed her the chocolate bar.
"elliot.!"
"what?"
"you ate my chocolate.!"
"did not.!"
he wiped his mouth with the back of his hand. they laughed and headed for fins house. half an hour later they pulled into fins driveway and parked the car. they got out. liv laughed.
"whats so funny?"
"i can tell munch is here"
she pointed to munchs car parked next to theirs and fins.
"how can you tell?"
"look at the plate"
elliot looked at the lisence plate. it read: CNSPRAC THRES "conspiracy theories. well, thats him alright"
they laughed again and walked up to fins door. elliot knocked. fin opened up. "hey guys. come in, chill out."
they walked in seeing how nice his crib was. going into the living room they passed a flat screen tv with surround sound. they sat down with munch on the new looking couch. fin sat next to liv on her right side. elliot on her left. and munch next to fin. she glanced around herself a second time. "nice crib"
F: "yeah, i like to spend my money on stuff i need. unlike mr. junkman over here"
he nodded over towards munch, who looked up from the remote he was inspecting.
M: "i am not a junk man. i just happen to have a lot of fun things to do in my spare time"
E: "by the way munch, i really liked your lisence plate you got out there"
M: "yeah, i about to sue the guy cause he wouldnt let me spell out the whole words. told him if he had a problem with the government, then see me"
O: "youd be the last person id trust with the government"
she smiled. everyone laughed, including munch.
M: "your sympathy is overwhelming" he said, and streched out his legs and rested them on top of fin and livs lap. giving elliot, and the rest of the crew, a wiff of his feet.
E: "oh, man. when was the last time you cleaned these babies?"
M: "why just last night"
munch laughed. olivia couldnt handle the smell so she moved over to the love sofa diagonal to them. elliot was in no means to stay there either. he moved and sat with her.
F: "man, you takin up my couch"
fin moved to the other end of the couch. placing a pillow in between his feet and munchs.
F: "alright guys, lets get this movie goin"
they got threw half of the movie. munch was getting hungry.
M: "hey boy, im starving like a horse over here, you got any food in this joint?"
F: "yeah, its called my kitchen, let me show you where its at"
they got up off the couch. fin looked over and went to open his mouth to ask if elliot and liv wanted anything, but he turned to munch with a smile. "yo john, take a look at this." munch turned and stopped streching. he looked at where fin was pointing. at elliot and liv on the love sofa...

elliot and olivia were cuddled up on the couch. elliot laying on the arm of it and liv laying on him, covered up in a blanket with his arm around her shoulder. munch busted into laughter.
F: "yo, hand me my camera"
munch turned around and picked up the camera and placed it in fins hand.
M: "wait, i wanna be in it"
munch quickly stepped over to them and leaned in. making it look like he had a hunch in his back.
F: "man, i wanna be in this shot too. oh, wait.!"
he jogged into his kitchen and got a little table, then jogged back out with it. he rested the camera on it and set the timer. he got on the other side of the couch, near elliots head, and leaned in like munch was, down by olivias feet. the camera snapped a picture with flash. fin reached over and looked at it. munch fallowed his footsteps.
F: "alright, man. we look nice.!"
M: "not to mention our good pals here, who cant even stay awake for half a movie."
F: "well ya got to admit, that first part was borin."
munch looked at livs face. she didnt even relize it, but munch did. she smiled while she was sleeping. munch took the camera out of fins hands.
F: "hey, thats a new camera man, dont break it"
M: "dont worry Mr. Sensative, i wont."
munch went to the end where he stood before and snapped a picture of her smiling. he looked at fin.
M: "did i hear someone say, black mail.!?!"
fin looked at the picture munch pointed at.
F: "i know i did" he said, cracking a smile.
an hour later, liv woke up. she batted her eyes a couple times and yawned. streching her arms out with the blanket. she put her hand on elliots stomache and pushed herself halfway up. her legs still laying on the couch. she looked over and relized that, there was elliot. "what the hell?" she asked herself, scrunching her eyebrows inword. she exchanged her look with a big grin, as she watched elliot open his eyes. she playfully slapped him on the chest. "morning sunshine" she said, keeping her hand where it was. elliots eyes shifted down to her face without moving his head at all. "morning" he replied, with a smile. he lifted himself halfway up exactly how she was. her legs crossing over top of his and the blanket still covering her left arm. she yawned again and flopped over onto elliots shoulder. resting her head there, he found out yawns are contagious.
O: "lets go back to sleep...yawn...they wont even notice we woke up."
E: "or how bout we get up and get them to make us breakfast?"
O: "oo, good idea"
liv started dozing off and her head slumped forward. elliot noticed and lifted it back up.
E: "hey, no falling alseep on me" he said jokingly, tapping her lightly on the cheek with his fingers. she blinked a couple times again. elliot had let go of her chin, that he let sit on his palm. she moaned and grumbled in drowziness at him, but kept her head standing strong.
O: "fine, lets go get something to eat"
she slowly got up off the couch and let the blanket fall to the floor. elliot did the same as they shuffled through the living room together. in unison, they walked through the open archway that led into the kitchen. they sat at the table where they met munch reading the newspaper and fin whipping up some eggs and toast with a side of bacon.
F: "rise and shine sleepy heads. hope your hungry" he said as he passed out the food.
liv and elliot wasted no time on eating, they dug in. munch ate his normaly with fin. he took a sip of his coffee and put the cup down on the table. he looked at olivia, then elliot. "what, no morning hello? not even a hi or a smile?"
elliot smiled. "morning" liv said with a mouthful of A.B.C eggs. munch chuckled and sipped from his coffee again. setting his cup down, liv reached over the table and grabbed a piece of bacon off elliots plate and ate it. elliot did the same thing to her but he took a piece of bread. after the moment of silent breakfast, fin got up and took the plates and was now washing the dishes. munch was in the bathroom taking a shower. they could hear him singing, and they laughed at his cracking voice on the solos. liv got up and grabbed his arm, dragging him into the living room.

she dragged him into the living room. shoving him onto the couch, she sat down next to him. she picked up the blanket from the floor and covered herself.
E: "ah, i see"
she laughed at him. "yeah" she said. he smiled and layed back on the arm again. she put her head on his chest and relaxed. "goodnight" he said in a whisper as he put his arm around her shoulder. "goodnight" she replied whispering back, dozing off. she slept a good twenty minutes before hearing a smuggled ringing of elliots phone in his pocket. she exhaled in exaustion, and slid her arm down and poked him in the belly button. "el" ...poke, poke, poke. "el, answer your phone or i will" ...poke, poke. she put her hand flat on his stomach, shifting her weight onto her elbow. glancing up at him she quickly smiled. "fine, you sleep. ill get it" she said, taking her hand off and pushing the blanket down. the ringing still went on, while she franticly searched his pockets for his phone. she found it and flipped it open, pressing her ear against the top. "benson"
"olivia?"
"captain?! whats up?" liv said, her eyebrows scrunched in again. she put her hand on the coushion and pushed herself up. tossing her fingers through her shoulder length brunette hair, she listened as cragen explained.
C: "we got a case last night of a raped and beaten 6 year old little girl named sophia thomas"
O: "is she in the hospital?"
C: "medics found her this morning, barely breathing, and stuffed in a taped up box" he said as liv grabbed elliots note pad and pen from the pocket on his shirt.
O: "alright, we'll be there captain" she replied as she closed the phone. she put it back in his pants pocket along with the notepad and the pen in his shirt pocket. leaning on him, she put her hands on either side of his face. she tapped his cheek with her fingers just like he did to her. "el, come on, wake up" ...she tapped again but he didnt move. she panicked. removing her hands, she got up from the couch and stood next to his head. she put her hands where they were before and tapped again, harder this time. "elliot, wake up" she took one of her hands and forced open his eye. it was bloodshot, like he hadnt slept in days. she reached over him and grabbed his phone, calling cragen.
C: "cragen, special victims unit"
O: "cap, meet me at the hospital. theres something wrong with elliot"
she hung up and ran into the kitchen, grabbing her walkie talkie off the counter. "this is detective olivia benson, i have a detective down who is not waking up" she yelled into it. she read them her badge number and fins adress. they got there close to fourty five minutes afterwards. she rode with him to the hospital, holding his hand on the way down.

still holding his hand, the nurse tried to pull them apart.
N: "ma'am you need to let go. he has to go to the emergency room."
she pulled there hands apart. liv placed her hands on her head and cried as a bunch of nurses and a doctor ran down the hallway with elliot. the captain came jogging up behind her.
C: "olivia, what happened?"
he put his arms out like he was goona hug her but he didnt. instead she turned around and ran into his belly. she buried her head in his chest and cried. he felt bad so he patted her back.
C: "i'll call wuang. you can talk to him about this. meanwhile, sit down and relax. i'll get you some coffee."
she shook her head in agreement even though it wasnt a question. she sat down in the chair behind her, resting her elbows on her knees and covering her face with her hands, staring down at the floor. cragen went down to the caf. and called wuang while he bought her some coffee. he came back to her and gave her the coffee. she took a sip as she listen to him talk. trying to understand the words he was saying.
C: "when wuang gets here i want you to talk to him, and you let me know if you here anything about elliot."
she nodded again without even looking up at him. he walked to the door but stopped to talk to wuang that he met just comming in.
W: "where is she?"
C: "right there."
he pointed to her. wuang watched her in the corner of his eye as cragen kept talking to him.
C: "go easy on her doc. i need her back on the streets in less than twenty-four hours. but you let me know if shes feeling better or if anything happens with elliot.
W: "ok" he said nodding. cragen hit him lightly on the arm twice then left. wuang walked over to olivia and put his hand on her shoulder, which startled her. she flinched, but didnt look up.
W: "its just me. i can tell your devistated" he said while he pulled up a chair and sat in front of her. she held her hands tightly together, fingers binded and hanging in the air between her knees.
W: "tell me what other feelings you have"
O: "sad, proud, depressed, smart, lonely, lost"
W: "why do you feel proud, or smart?"
O: "because it could have been worse if it wasnt for me"
W: "and why do you feel lonely, lost, sad?"
O: "because hes not here, sitting next to me, talking like we always do."
the doctor came out of the elivator and stood in front of everyone. fliping through papers on his clipboard he held.
D: "olivia benson?"
liv looked at him and stood up. she put her hand in the air as if she were in school.
O: "thats me"
the dotcor started over to her. meanwhile, wuang touched her arm.
W: "we'll talk later"
"ok" she said as he left. the doctor came up next to her, still reading his papers.
D: "elliot stabler is awake and wants to talk to you. he mentioned you through the whole exam."
she smiled at that thought.
O: "what was wrong with him?"
D: "i figured he wanted to tell you. my nurse will show you the way."
he smiled and called over his nurse and told her where to take olivia. liv smiled at the doctor before he walked away.
O: "thanks."
D: "no problem."
the doctor was out of her sight. the nurse took her into the elivator and down two hallways till they finally reached elliots room. liv waisted no time on going in. she walked in on elliot laying on his bed with tubed connected to his arms and up his nose. she ran to him and hugged him.
O: "oh my god el, im sorry. what happened?"
E: "its not your fault liv. they said i was poisoned."

she pulled away after hearing this and it confused her. she put her hand on the bed, just slightly touching his. she stared him square in the eyes.
O: "but how? i was with you the whole t..."
E: "it was food poisoning, theres nothing you can do"
O: "when can you work again?"
E: "doc said in a couple days"
liv smiled at the thought it was only a couple days but she still felt lonely. just then, the door opened and in walked casey carrying her brief case with her. she closed the door and walked over.
C: "hey, heard you were poisoned"
E: "word gets around fast"
C: "john told me"
E: "of course"
liv laughed with them. she pointed to the chair behind her.
O: "take a seat, make yourself at home"
C: "oh i cant, have court in half an hour. protrovskys mad when i interupted her poker game yesterday, now i have to handle her in front of the jury."
O: "sounds like fun" she said with a smile. casey held her brief case handle with both hands, making it hang down past her knees.
C: "should be. let me know how this turns out."
O: "ok" she replied almost in a whisper. casey turned and left, shutting the door behind her. they heard her heals clip-clop down the hallway till it was gone. liv looked at him in the eyes again, giving him a quick smile. she tapped him on the hand and stood up.
O: "im goona go call the captain, he needs to know your awake"
liv went to walk away but he grabbed her hand.
E: "stay"
liv smiled and pulled up the chair next to the bed. she layed back and waited till he fell asleep, which led to her sleeping too. she woke up to the captains voice and the squad squeezed in the room around her and elliot.
F: "mornin.!"
O: "whats everyone doing here?"
M: "you mean, you dont know?"
liv shook her head in denial.
W: "its elliots birthday"
C: "thought we'd celebrate it"
O: "case i thought you had court?"
C: "nope. went out and bought him a present"
O: "so warner, what was your job?"
Doc W: "decorations"
liv chuckled. she stood up and walked to stand inbetween fin and munch.
O: "anyone got a camera?"
F: "yeah, here" he answered, handing her the camera from his coat pocket. "what are ya goona do?"
O: "take a picture when he sees everyone standing by him like hes god."
M: "ah, a kodak moment, my friends.! enjoy."
everyone laughed. elliot woke up and rubbed his eyes till he could see out of them.
M,O,F,C,W,Cap,Doc W, in unison: "suprise.!" they screamed with big smiles.
liv snapped a picture. she looked at it, everyone looking over her shoulders.
O: "alright, nice picture"
M: "told you it was one of those special moments"
F: "happy birthday, man."
he went to him and gave him a gansta handshake.
Doc W: "are you fifty yet?" she asked, walking to him and giving him a hug. casey fallowed and repeated, as did the captain. wuang gave him a handshake and a nod. munch walked over and gave him a hug, slapping his back a couple times.
M: "cant celebrate without the party man"
they laughed again. live hugged him too, but longer than the others did.
O: "happy birthday el. dont worry, they suprised me as much as they did to you." she smiled with everyone else. fin walked over to the corner of the room and turned on the stereo, playing all kinds of songs that elliot liked.
F: "lets get this party started"

Morning.! would you like something? well i will give you some anyways, just in case.

fin started break dancing to Low. elliots only favorite rap song, so he sung along with it. by the time it got to the lows liv was dancing with casey. cragen tapped his foot and wuang tapped his hand against the side of his leg. munch made everyone crack up when he tried to sing with it. elliot could keep up and sounded good but munchs voice squeaked or he ran out of breath. warner started getting 'low' with the rest of them. finally the song ended and went to a slow song. it was Ill Be, and everyone paired with one another. fin with warner, casey with wuang, munch and cragen but didnt hold hands, and liv with elliot. feeling great and excited he got up and grabbed livs hand.
E: "dance with me?"
O: "sure" she said with a big grin. taking his hand they copied the others dance steps, swaying back and forth slowly making there way around the room. his hand on her waist, her hand on his waist and their other hands tangled together in the air. they danced while having a little chat. not taking their eyes off eachother.
O: "wow, didnt think you could dance this good"
E: "well i do have an amazing partner so i cant have all the credit"
they smiled at the same time. munch took casey from wuang and danced with her. wuang replaced munch in the dance with cragen. liv started up a conversation.
O: "cant believe they did this without telling me. i almost had a heart attack when i woke up."
E: "you took a picture of my heart attack so you cant be feeling that bad about it."
O: "yeah well i wish i would have got you something. i didnt even remember."
E: "nah you didnt have to get me anything, this dance is fine."
there was a moment of silence between them. liv looked over at munch, who had fins camera again. he took pitcures of everyone dancing, including himself. he toke a picture of his feet, which he actually tried to take of his face. this made liv laugh, and elliot stared at her smile. munch finally got over to them, holding the camera out infront of him.
M: "alright love birds, smile.!"
he snapped the picture. it was beautiful, so munch wanted to take another one.
M: "wait, pose this time."
O: "what?"
M: "pose. make it look like your dancing"
E: "john, we are dancing"
M: "then go insane"
liv looked at elliot with a confused look. they both broke out into laughter. elliot moved his hand up to the center of her back and pushed her. she leaned back with her leg in the air, her hand moved to his chest. she was still laughing with him when munch took the picture.
M: "dip.!" he yelled, laughing afterwards. fin came over and took his camera out of munchs hands, which he wasnt expecting.
M: "hey, i was using that"
F: "yeah, your shoes are gorgeous, man. dad has the same ones."
this caused munch to look down at his shoes then over at cragens.
M: "damn, now i have to go get new pair"
fin laughed and shook his head. they walked away and took pictures of the others together. livs feet where back on the ground and she was still in his arms. closer this time, like they were hugging. her hands were around his neck and both his hands were on her waist, bodys smashed against eachother. the song changed to another slow slong, Your Body Is A Wonderland. elliot spun liv around, putting his arms criss-cross over her stomach. she put her hands on his. he stepped back and her hand grabbed onto his thigh for support, not expecting that. she gripped tight on his other hand. she tried to move her hand off his leg but he put his hand on top, forcing it to stay there. she didnt mind it and neither did he. they stayed like this for the rest of the song. when it was over fin turned off the stereo, causing everyone to look at him.
F: "alright, time to open up those presents"
everyone smiled when they turned and look at elliot and liv. his head resting on top of hers. their eyes were closed and they were still moving.

liv opened her eyes to see everyone watching them. she hit elliot in the chest and woke him up.
E: "hey guys"
Cragen: "hey" ...clears throat... "you know the music stopped awhile ago?"
E: "so?"
Warner: "so, your still dancing"
O: "yeah, and? dancings fun"
they closed their eyes again. fin took a picture when liv relized that they shouldnt be rude. she broke out of his hold and looked him in the face.
O: "el, why dont we open those presents. we can dance later, ok?"
E: "ok"
everyone pulled up chairs and made a circle with them. there wasnt enough so casey sat on wuangs lap. liv smiled at this and casey smiled back as if to say 'i know.!'. liv moved her chair next to elliot and sat down, holding the gifts he already opened. he laughed when he opened up the present warner gave him. it was a magnet for him to stick in the middle of his desk and livs. it read: Hard Ass Detectives -Yeah, You Want Your Lawer Present. elliot showed it to liv and she laughed as much as he did.
M: "hey, we should get one that says, New Yorks Finest Cops" he said elbowing fin, who was sitting next to him. fin cracked a smile.
F: "tsss yeah, and i should get one that says, Conspiracy Theories, and stick it on your ass."
Cragen: "i should get one that says, Shut Up, and tape your mouths to it"
everyone laughed. casey thought about getting one for cragen that read: Get In My Office Now.! she laughed to herself. everyone looked at her wierd.
C: "what? just thinking.!"
olivia chuckled and turned her attention back to elliot who started on his gift from munch. he knew this was goona be good so he was ready to laugh. he got it out of the wrapping papper and box. it was frame divided into two sections, one with a picture of him and liv sleeping on the couch and the other a picture of him and liv laughing and hugging. elliot didnt laugh, but he felt like giving him a hug. munch relized this.
M: "i know, its something sweet. i got the pictures developed this morning when you's were sleeping. betcha you wernt expecting that.!" he said with a grin and his hands in his pockets, shifting his weight to his toes and bouncing a little in place. elliot handed it to liv, he started to get choked up. liv looked at it and got the same way.
O: "awww, john.! i love it." she said getting up and giving him a hug, still holding it.
E: "thanks man" he said looking up at him.
M: "no problem" giving him a handshake. liv handed it to casey who reached out to see it.
C: "you guys are adorable" she said smiling and passing it to warner.
Warner: "if i wouldnt have known better i'd say you guys look like a cute c..."
her voice trailed off when she noticed what she was about to say. cragen looked at her then at them.
Cragen: "couple"
liv and elliot looked at eachother with shocked expressions.
O: "did he just say that we ..."
E: "...yeah"
liv smiled and chuckled to herself. she liked that idea of them as a couple but she knew it would never happen. silence filled the room until munch broke it.
M: "well dont get all beside yourself, we still have to eat the cake"
wuang and casey laughed. liv put the presents under the table with the cake on it. fin came over and lit the candles while he walked and help carry it with liv. he let go and ran over to turn off the lights. liv sat down and put the cake on one of her legs and one of his. he looked at it and the candle light made his face glow in the dark room. wuang started off the song.
Everyone: "happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday dear elliot, happy birthday to you.!" they sang in unison. liv patted his back twice and smiled. he blew out the candles, quickly turned, and gave liv a kiss before fin could get across the room to turn the lights back on. when he did, elliot took a piece of cake and shoved it in livs face. she laughed and shoved some in his face. munch was right there to take the picture. crowding behind them, they all got in a group and smiled while he set the timer and jogged over to get in. he knelt next to liv and smiled. the camera took a picture. munch got up and flailed his arms in the air as he ran to the camera sitting on the table.
M: "wait.! another one.!"
everyone got ready. liv put the cake back on the table and stood with elliot in the front. elliot put his arm around her, she liked it and wrapped her arms around his waist. making her stomach mash against his hip and causing her foot to rise in the air behind her. fin did this to warner, who was standing next to him, behind liv and elliot. on the other side of fin, was casey and wuang. wuang did the same after seeing fin do it. behind them, was cragen and munch. cragen stood with his arms crossed and a blank face. munch set the timer. he ran next to cragen, resting his arm on his shoulder and taking his leg over the other one, blancing it on his toes. everyone smiled except for the captain, who kept his tough guy look. elliot sneaked in a tickle on liv.
O: "el.!" she said, throwing her head back in laughter while he looked at the camera with an ear-to-ear smile. the camera snapped a picture. everyone sat back down and rested and made small talk with eachother while fin sat and flipped through his photos. then, a gun went off. elliot covered liv and everyone ducked and did the same while the captain stood up, whipping out his gun.

Cragen stood still until he saw a shadow on the wall outside the door. one-by-one, he stepped towards the shadow, holding his gun in front of his face. he grabbed the door handle, slowly opening it as quietly as he could. he stepped into the hallway with one foot and proped his other one against the door to hold it open. pointing his gun at the floor, he motioned for someone to come out with him. fin staggered up off the floor, getting his gun out while making his way to the captain. he stood behind him with his gun out in the air, ready for action. fin looked down the hallway on his left, shifting his body with him. it was a dead end so he didnt have to worry about anyone sneaking up behind him. Cragen did the same thing to his right. the hallway was clear so they crept up to the corner, letting the door slam closed. he quickly poked his head around, there was nothing except for another dead end. he turned and looked at fin pressed against the same wall and very close behind him.
Cragen: "were clear. straight across."
F: "got your back cap'n." they whispered running across. they smacked against the wall in the same order. nothing but a big long hallway was left. they sprinted to the other end. pitstopping at the corner, fin got there first and poked his head around.
F: "aw no." he said as cragen caught up to him. they lowered there weapons.
Cragen: "aw jeez" he said heartbroken by the sight of the receptionist bleeding from her chest and between her legs, laying on the floor in front of her desk. cragen went to her side, putting his two fingers against her neck.
Cragen: "shes dead" he said sadly. he looked up at fin who was looking back. fin left out a big breath as if to say, "thats terrible, man." cragen took his fingers away and got up.
F: "i'll call a bus" he said softly, getting out his walkie talkie. the captain nodded his head in agreement and looked back down at her. he searched her clothes with his eyes for any ID. a name tag, joyce.
Cragen: "well joyce, it looks like this just wasnt your lucky day" he said putting his gun in the holder on his suspenders and shoving his hands in his pockets. fin got off his walkie talkie and put it back in his pocket.
F: "there sendin a bus down, said they'd be here in a couple minutes. i told 'em they didnt have to rush."
cragen nodded again. he walked over to her desk as fin fallowed.
Cragen: "her names joyce. lets find out who shot and raped her"
F: "alright" he said as he rubbed his hands together and licked his bottom lip. he stepped over her and walked behind the desk while cragen looked at the sign sheet on top. he flipped through the papers on the clipboard but didnt notice anything unusual. fin searched through file cabinets and piles of paper. he looked on her computer and went through the files. he laughed as he read someones profile.
F: "this guys gotta tattoo on his right butt cheek" he said turning and looking at the captain, then back at the screen.
Captain: "how does that help us find her rapist?" he asked glancing up without moving his head. fin looked at him with a smile.
F: "i dont know, but you wouldnt believe who's got the tattoo"
Cragen: "well right now were looking for a guy who raped this woman, so atleast be productive and look through the rape files." he said loudly, pointing the clipboard at him. fin nodded at the computer screen and went digging through more files. he searched for rape cases but didnt find any at all.
F: "hey cap'n, theres nothin here about rapes"
Cragen: "you think are perp took it with him?" he asked putting down the clipboard and stepping over the women to stand next to fin. they both starred at the empty page on the computer. fin looked at him.
F: "he had to. theres only one floppy disk left" he said picking up the last floppy disk by the keyboard.
Cragen: "so? anyone could have used the other floppy disks"
F: "yeah, but there was only two sittin here when we signed in"
Cragen: "ok, so say our perp does take the floppy disk but how..." his voice trailed off when the bus showed up. fin put the disk down and they stood on the other side of the hallway while they watched them take the lady outside. fin streched an open hand out in front of the capains belly.
F: "hold on a second." he said as he put his arm down and walked to were the lady was just picked up. he reached down and grabbed a folded up piece of paper. opening it, a twenty dollar bill fell out and landed on his shoe. he bent down and picked it up, then looked up at the captain. cragen came over to him, reaching for the note.
Cragen: "what does the note say?"
F: "says, 1:00 - 20:00 switch." he read looking at cragen afterwards with a confused face.
Cragen: "it could be military time"
F: "or it could have somethin to do with this money" he said as held it up.
Cragen: "well lets go back to the room, we can find out more when we get back to the precinct"
fin folded up the note and put the money in it. he grabbed and evidence bag out of his pocket and dropped it in, then sticking it back in his pocket again. they walked down the hallways and got back into the room. fin came in and saw the doctor talking elliot. everyone else was sitting in a circle chatting again. the door slammed behind cragen and hit him in the butt. cragen walked up and joined elliot.
Doctor: "your lungs are healed and your liver is looking healthy. id say you could be ready to go home by the next hour."
Cragen: "is he aloud to work?" he asked, his hands in his pockets.
Doctor: "yes, hes aloud to work and do anything that he was doing before to allow the body to get used to doing those things again. a tip to help you get situated is to drink alteast three cups of water a day."
E: "thanks." he said, giving him a handshake.
Doctor: "no problem"
the doctor left and cragen walked to the middle of the room.
Cragen: "alright, elliot and olivia you go to the mourg with warner. fin and munch you can come back to the precinct with me and search information on joyce"
olivia nodded and got on her coat, they left with warner afterwards. munch and fin left with the captain back to the precinct. the only people left in the room was casey and wuang. they waisted no time on locking the door, striping down, and going under the sheets. while they were busy doing that, elliot had forgotten something.
E: "warner, go back."
W: "why?"
E: "i forgot my coat"
O: "didnt you grab it on the way out?"
E: "no, its still sitting on my chair"
W: "alright, but hurry. i gotta dead body to get to" she said as she turned the car around and drove back to the hospital. elliot got into the hallway and tried to open the door. he knocked several times, then called liv.
O: "benson"
E: "hey."
O: "el, why are you calling me? something happen?"
E: "no, the doors locked"
O: "well, why dont you find someone to open it?"
E: "because theres no one here. the lights are dim in the room but i knocked and no one answered. figured someone just left them on."
O: "ok, hold on. i'll be up in a few"
E: "yup" he said, closing his phone. he waited for a couple minutes till he saw her walking down the hallway. she got to him and dangled a key from her hand.
O: "thought you might need this"
E: "were'd you get that?"
O: "maintenence guy downstairs"
E: "oh, ok" he said, as she put the key in the lock and opened the door. she walked in and he fallowed. it was dark and all you could see was the bed. liv walked towards it and tripped over wuangs shoes.
O: "ouch. el, find a light" ...he didnt answer... "el?"
he came up behind her and grabbed her waist, pulling her back against him. she let out a little yelp. he turned her around and kissed her.

olivia put her hand on his chest and pushed away. she stared at him, shifting her eyes back and forth between his. they breathed heavy in eachothers faces, waiting for movement. casey sat up in bed, breaking the moment and scaring liv, sending her into elliots arms.
O: "casey?"
C: "liv? what are you guys doing here?"
O: "i'd have to ask the same question" she said. wuang sat up and looked at casey, rubbing his eyes.
W: "casey, whats going on?" he asked her, rubbing her back with one hand. he stopped and looked up, jumping a little. "um, hey guys"
E: "wuang?"
W: "elliot?"
E: "yeah, what are you doing here?"
O: "i dont want to know"
W: "olivia?"
O: "morning.!" she said jokingly, with a smile. wuang leaned back and reached over, turning on a little lamp. seeing waung half naked bothered elliot and liv. they turned there heads in discust at the sight, so he covered up.
E: "ok, never mind. dont tell me." he said. liv chuckled, walking over to the chair and picking up his coat. she handed it to him as they started to walk out. before they reached the door, liv looked back at them, grabbing the doorknob.
O: "by the way wuang, keep your shoes under the bed next time" she said with a smile, closing the door afterwards. elliot already had his coat on as they walked down the hallway.
E: "next time?" he asked, looking at her.
O: "yup" she said, smiling at him. they got down to the car and to the mourg with silence. when they got in, warner put on a white doctors jacket and pulled her hair back into a low ponytail. putting on some gloves, she examined the body with her eyes. liv and elliot stood against the door frame, watching. warner picked up joyce's arm, searching around her shoulder.
W: "theres a needle mark" she said, putting the arm down. this got there attention, moving closer to joyce. she walked down to her feet and looked at them, liv and elliot joining her. nothing was there so they walked with her to the other side of the table, looking at her other arm. "none on the toes or on this arm" she said, putting the arm down after. she lifted up the shirt, exposing joyce's stomache. elliot cleared his throat and put his hands behind his back. liv looked up at him, then at warner."bullet mark indicates that the shooter was standing a couple feet in front of her" she stated as they squinted at her with confused looks. "but theres a circular mark on the back of her neck"
O: "so your saying there were two shooters?" she asked, looking up at elliot. he shrugged and they turned there attention back to warner.
W: "most deffinatly. the shooter must have forced her to do something"
E: "how can you tell?" he said, squinting.
W: "take a look at the mark." she said, walking over to the picture and pointing to the big purplish spot. they fallowed her and looked at it. "the ring around the bruise is indented into her skin. the shooter put the gun to her neck and pushed harder on it each time she didnt do what they asked, causing the ring to be permanent."
O: "can you find out what gun they used?" she asked, squinting at warner who put her hand down and looked at them.
W: "sure, i'll call you if find anything else" she said, walking back to joyce. they walked towards the door.
E: "alright, thanks." he said. she smiled as she watched them leave. awkward silence carried down the hallway with them, until liv felt like talking.
O: "so, about what happened earlier"
E: "you mean at the hospital?"
O: "yeah"
E: "about us, or wuang and casey?" he asked. she chuckled and looked at him.
O: "both." she said. he looked at her and she looked down at her feet, he copied.
E: "well, what about it?" he asked. they stopped at the elevator, he pushed the up button and they looked at eachother, waiting.
O: "why?"
E: "i dont know, mabey wuang just felt like getting some. who kn..."
O: "...no i mean us" she said, interupting him. he opened his mouth but didnt say anything. the elevator opened and they walked inside, leaning against the wall. while it took them up three floors to the 1-6, they chatted more.
E: "i thought about what happened"
O: "with kathy"
E: "yeah" he answered, even though it wasnt a question. "i relized i spend more time with you at work, then my own wife and kids" he said, looking at her. she looked at him, knew what he meant but wanted to know more.
O: "el..."
E: "...i know, i just...i just couldnt wait anymore." he said sadly. the doors opened and he walked out looking down at the floor. liv sighed and quickly walked to catch up to him, but didnt get next to him till he stopped at the precinct doors. liv looked at what he was looking at, laughing but also in shock. munch was standing on his desk with his hands on his hips and chin in the air. liv ran over to the edge of his desk while elliot walked to his own desk, put his jacket on his chair, and sat down.
O: "john, what the hell are you doing?"
M: "praising the doc"
O: "let me guess. you heard about him and casey." she said, putting the tips of her fingers in her front pant pockets. munch got off of his desk and looked at her.
M: "he finally got lucky" he said. liv smiled, then nodded while looking at the floor.
O: "yeah" she whispered. she walked back to her desk and sat down. munch smiled and sat down. just then, fin walked in. elliot leaned back in his chair and put his feet up on his desk. liv looked up and noticed fin, stoping what she was doing.
O: "hey" she said, smiling.
F: "hey" he said, smiling back and taking a seat at his desk.
O: "you look happy. you know something i dont?" she asked, still smiling at him.
F: "actually, yeah.!" he said.
O: "well share"
F: "alright.!" he said, getting up and jogging to her. "guess who has a tattoo on their butt" he whispered, in her ear with his hand around his mouth. she switched with him and whispered in his ear.
O: "um, john?" she asked. elliot watched them trade secrets while he tried to figure out what they were saying. fin traded with her again, whispering to her.
F: "nope, elliot" he whispered. they pulled away and looked at eachother.
O: "are you serious?" she asked out loud, but still quiet enough for only them to hear.
F: "yeah, baby" he said, loud enough for everyone to hear now. he smiled when she did. "you'll find out"
O: "what?"
F: "dont look at me, i just know stuff" he said, backing up and sitting down again. liv tried to go back to work but she kept glancing up at elliot with her eyes. it bugged her that she didnt know when. she turned and looked at fin.
O: "when?" she screamed, over at him. fin looked up at her.
F: "soon, trust me" he said, going back to work. she exhaled loudly, crossed her arms on her desk, and smacked her head down on them. elliot was worrying about this, but he didnt say anything to her.
M: "found something" munch said as he stoped typing on his computer.
O: "what is it?" she said as her and elliot got up and walked over to munchs desk. they stared at his screen while he talked.
M: "i ran joyce's prints through the system, turns out she used to be a drug dealer till narcotics caught her dealing to minors on the street"
E: "do they have the names of her customers?"
M: "couldnt find any. not even a list of phone numbers"
F: "dont worry, i still have friends in narcotics. they can give me the info"
E: "alright liv, lets go" he said, looking over at her.
F: "nah, let me and theories over here take this one. you guys catch some sleep" he said putting on his coat. elliot nodded while they started to walk out. fin looked back at liv, giving her a smile. she had a mad face on, quickly smiled, then went back to being mad. her and elliot headed up to the crib for some sleep as they left.
