Hey guys, listen to this:
For weeks we've been hearing that Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff are on the verge of launching a new celebriy pro wrestling TV project. We can now confirm that the series has been picked up by cable TV channel CMT and has a name - "Hulk Hogan's Celebrity Wrestling."
The first season will be 8 episodes and then a live 2-hour finale. Filming will begin for the series around June or July in the Los Angeles area. The casting search has begun for "adventurous celebrities" that will train for pro wrestling and can settle their scores in the ring.
No word yet on when the series will debut, but based on the filming schedule, it seems like a fall debut makes sense. Hulk Hogan and Bischoff-Hervey Productions are listed as producers for the series.

Apparently their plans changed, or they were lying. The original premise was that it'd be a new brand, like WWE or TNA, and now it's just gonna be some lame ass celebreality show.
You can already predict the cast. One former rapper, One former rocker, One former 'hot' actress, one former child star, one former actual wrestler.... you can see that coming a mile away.

There goes my hopes that they would go with good Indy wrestlers in hopes of using good talent like TNA, except do some real booking with Bischoff there. O well, Rosie vs Donald part II.
