chocolate zucchini cake must be one of those PA Dutch things, like chicken corn soup. anyway, it's a very good cake IMO, plus you don't taste the zucchini at all. If you're interested in the recipe, PM me, and I'll send it to you.

We have a lot of Amish around here, tons of them. i just haven't tried chocolate zucchini cake...the bread i have tried and I like it. Also had it in muffin form. I LOVE chicken corn chowder!
