Does anyone here watch Army Wives? I love the show. It start back really soon for a new season. YAY I can't wait.

LOVED IT!!!! I missed the last three episodes of the season though I was pretty bummed about that because I know from the commercials that is when it started to get REALLY good, not that it wasnt good in the begining!! They would only play an encore once and it wasn't at a very good time for me to catch, so if I missed I was S.O.L! When does it start again??? I am so excited!!!

p.s. ASH if you have any details of the last few epis that you remember and you wouldn't mind do you think you could PM a short re-cap of them? I would be very grateful, I hate trying to figure out what happened when I come back into a series.....

I watched the entire season last summer & enjoyed it, but have forgotten so much of what happened at the end. Thanks for the info about Lifetime reruns, ASH, because I'll definitely watch the last ep to jog my memory. Am thinking the cliffhanger was the guy in the bar???

yes the cliffhanger was the guy in the bar. He walks in and so does Amanda with everyone there and it goes off.

I liked it. I hope Claudia Joy and Micheal can make it through the tough time. From the previews it looks like Amanda's death has put a strain on their relationship. I hope they work it out because they are like one of the best couples on the show.

I liked it, too...thought it was really well done. Am definitely sad about Amanda!!! I didn't expect that she would be the one to die. Claudia Joy & Michael are one of my favorite couples as well, and I hope their marriage will make it through the grief. Was happy to see Roland & Joan get back together!!

Me too! The whole episode I expected Betty to die. I didn't think it would be Amanda. Micheal's reaction was what made it so sad.

It was really good. But I thought it was a lot sadder. I cried more in this one than last week.

You're right...it was a lot sadder, but one of the best episodes ever, I thought. Thought Kim Delany absolutely rocked her role as Claudia Joy...she was so excellent on last night's show! Loved the part where Emmalin came back home, also where Roxy fought for Betty, and that Joan decided to keep the baby. Was also glad that Pamela's husband seems to be getting his act together some. BTW, do you know if he's played by a different actor than last year? He didn't look the way I remembered him.

I was very glad Joan decided to keep the baby. I figured she would until the part where she was at the doctor, then I thought she wouldn't keep it. I done a little searching and I can't find anything about a different actor.

Oh thank you for that, 8ElandLiv8! He must be the same guy, but for some reason looked way different. I saw Catherine Bell and Kim Delany interviewed on The View a day or so ago, and they said that this year the US Army is allowing the show to have an army consultant regarding the scenes with Roxy's husband in Iraq. They said the army did not give them support during the first season, but after seeing that the show wasn't attempting to take any controversial stance, they decided to lend assistance. I thought the Iraq scenes were well done and very poignant.

Yes, a day late, but thought it was pretty good. It looks like some interesting episodes with Trevor coming home and dealing with the effects of the war. Was really surprised to see the new doctor that Denise just met. That actor just got killed off on General Hospital as a murdering, drug-selling doctor. It may take a while to get used to him on AW!!! LOL How did you like this last ep?

I thought it was good. The future episodes about Trevor should be interesting.
