The way I see it, House has the hots for Cuddy, but Cuddy doesn't have the hots for House. Cameron on the other hand, has the hots for House, but House doesn't have the hots for her. I guess in a weird round about way, each want what they can't have...or don't want to acknowledge
So in the long run, whoever hooks up with who...the other will be hurt. As much as house has feelings for cuddy, I think he'll eventually get with Cameron. He just had that "look" about him when he talks to her.
