Johnny gets a lap dance from an exotic dancer named Tyler in episode "Shadows" S3.

Relevant to saving the Dead Zone? Not really.

I do not think the Dead Zone can be saved, or that we will get a proper conclusion. I think a lot of people remain in denial about this...similar to the denial about Walt being alive going into the last episode of S6.

But, there is a forum and everyone seems to have the DVD's.

One suggestion for getting the ultimate Dead Zone experience, as well as bringing closure to this issue, is for fans to have an extended viewing of the entire series without hiatus at some designated point of time or "begin date". This way people may collectively watch each episode, focusing exclusively on said episode (without comparison to past or future episodes already seen), and discuss that particular episodes content and/or "likes" and "dislikes" in the forum.

This thought came to me as I realized that I was watching several shows that did not contain the Armageddon theme directly and felt that they were pretty good episodes nonetheless. I was not thinking about the past or future shows which I had already viewed so I was able to catch and appreciate details that had previously gone unnoticed or details that I may have merely forgotten because there were so many episodes. I do not know if this is a good or dumb notion or idea I conjured up. Made sense in the moment so I thought I would put up a post to allow others to weigh in on whether this thought had any merit whatsoever. Please give me your thoughts. Good idea, bad idea, dumb as sh*t, waste of time, etc. It is all good.

I think it's a pretty good idea, for me the stand-alone episodes were always better then the entire armageddon thing anyway. Never was much interested in the entire Armageddon storyline, those eps are among my least fave except for collission.

I hope I'm wrong, but, I think USA has moved on and The Dead Zone and The 4400 isn't coming back.

Sounds like a good idea. I was a big fan of LFN on USA. That is what we did with our DVD's of that show after it was cancelled. You're right you do miss a lot of details about a show the first go around.

I think USA has moved on as well. Thank you for the input.
