olivia benson was making breakfast it was 7:00 a.m. monday morning a tad foggy. she placed 2 pan cakes on each plate.

crissy:"i dont wanna go to school today moma." she had on that pouty face olivia disliked. it made her crystal blue eyes more visable.

olivia:"why not sweety? you look adorable, pretty pigtails, i thought you liked your butterfly overalls and the pink long sleeve?"

crissy:"i do its not the out fit me no, no nobody moma."

olivia:"sweety its kinder garden your gunna love it."

crissy:"i wanna go back home to detoit."

olivia:"this is home now manhattan is home."

olivia had lived in detroit it would have been six years yesterday, they flew in last week.

olivia:"finish your breakfest and i will be right back." she walked by and kissed her daughter on the head. five minutes later she returned and her daughted was by the door holding her hannah montana backpack had her shoes on and ready to go. olivia threw on her jacket and nelt down and put on her daughter light blue blazer, straightening it she said.

olivia:"okay sweetie, see this man." she showed crissy the picture she went to her room to get.

crissy shook her head up and down and bit her lower lip, a habbit she earned from her mother. "uh-huh" she replied.

olivia:"you see him run and hide, okay?"

crissy:"why mommy?"

olivia:" because mommy will be in big trouble."

crissy:"otay." she smiled her huge grin she also got from her father, but olivia didnt know where she got the blonde hair.

olivia:"oh, and if anybody asks. mommys name is suzie."

crissy:"but your names olivia." as if her mother didnt know.

olivia:"i know just say it."

crissy gave her mother an odd look."otay." she shugged her shoulders happily and skipped out the door holding her mothers hand, off to her first day of kinder garden.

crisanthomum <-- sp benson stood at the junglejym. she stood there and kicked some dirt. a cloud of dust, another cloud of dust, alone. she saw a shadow in front of her and immediatly looked up. a boy 4 or 5 in. taller than her brown hair, crystal blue eyes exactly like hers, his face was chizzled almost blunt but not to much. she thought he looked a tad formilur, but could not remember from where. he smiled charmingly, she turned her head halfway and gave him a narrow glance. he seemed almost to giddy. he extended his hand with one hand still behind his back. she looked him up and down, he looked like some sort of midget attorney. she wasnt rude but she also wasnt naive. she slowly put her hand out to shake his, instead he took it and kissed she wanted to slap him but settled on jerking her hand back. she had seen plenty of men do that to her mother her mother found it cute she on the other hand found it highly disturbing. he did not see dicuraged, instead he bowed to her. "ick", she thought.

boy:"i am elliot stabler jr." he said proadly still with that goofy grin on his face. she wanted to slap it off. "and who may you be, pretty lady?" she glared at him if looks could kill, he'd be on his back, she figured he'd still be smiling.

crissy:"crisanthomum benson."

boy:"its been a pleasure meeting you crisanthumum benson. i believe that is a type of flower, just as butiful as you, my dear." he grinned she glared, he was cocky and stubborn she could tell. "may i escourt you to the swings?" he asked politly, as he turned toward the swings and stuck out his elbow and signalling for her to hook hers with his. she pondered this idea, he was arrogant, charming. as much as she disliked him, the idea of standing there kicking dirt. his idea sounded better. so she hooked arms with him and agreed. then the two silently walked to the swings arm in arm. "perhaps this isnt to bad" she thought to herself, "cant wait to tell mom."

Olivia benson was over bored. She sat on her couch staring at their living room she was thinking about crissy, what she was doing, if she made any friends? She thought of how crissy looked this morning her crystal blue eyes a tad foggy like the day because she was nervous about today. Olivia thought about how her eyes turned stormy midnight gray when she was angry, her thoughts slowly shifted to her father, because of him crissy and her had to be very discreet on their information as they told people about themselves. Olivia could barely go outside onless she had her hood up glasses on and a scarf that halfway hid her face. Olivia couldn't bare the thought of leaving out his name in crissy's name. It was to cold hearted. After all it was their daughter. Crissy could only say her name was crisanthumum benson, when her full name was crisanthumum stabler benson. It was to risky. She told crissy to run and hide if she saw him because he would see her eyes and know it was his daughter olivia couldn't believe how somone could go on and not know you had another child. Wasn't that supposed to be a 6th sense or somthing could you not sense that a part of you, your blood, skin, saliva was on or in another living human being? Walking talking could you not feel that. This broke olivia's heart knowing elliot didn't know. She told her to run cause she knew elliot would be pissed, to top it off it would ruin his marriage. Her and elliot had slept together el stayed the night they were talking and out of no where he hugged her and started crying he kept mumbling that he was so happy she was okay, he said she was the first thing that had popped into his head when fin said there had bee ana accident. He slowly pulled away and tilted her chin up to look at him straight in the eyes and olivia saw the fire the desire and the love in his eyes and he slowly leaned in she was powerless she melted from the touch of his lips to hers, they were rough and soft, his kiss was demanding yet gentle, he tasted sweet but sour. She felt his love and she knew he felt hers too. For the first time in her life she had made love, she hadn't f*cked him, she didn't just have sex with him like she did with so many others. She had made love to elliot stabler her partner her best friend, the love of her life. Who was married and just had his fifth child with his wife his first. She was his second. They were so caught up in the moment, they forgot to use protection. When she found out she was pregnant she freaked, but first she thought about calling him super sperm but that tought disappated quickly. And olivia benson ran. For six years, and had finally returned. Soon she would have to tell him. Soon, but soon was not now so she would think about it then when the time came. Now she would think about somthing to keep her from losing her mind, she decided to take a shower. It would keep her occupied now.

Elliot stabler walked out of the 1-6 precinct, he knew it was about time to go pick up his son from school. He slid into his sadan, and his thoughts shifted to his ex-wife. They couldn't fix things he was a wreck when olivia left especialy after that pasionite night they shared he thought about how soft her skin was how her skinned peeked when he kissed her belly and up her breast, up her neck then her jaw line to her lips. The steady rythem he kept between them. How she moaned his name when they came together. Kathy let him have custody of elliot jr. His son why he had no idea but he loved it. It kept his mind from wandering to the forbidden olivia benson but latley she was all he could think about they had had this unspoken bond communicate with there eyes read eachothers minds complete each others sentences, sense each others presence. Latley that was happening a lot and he was begining to wonder if she came back to manhattan. He knew she left the state where he didn't know but he just knew she did. He pulled up at the kinder garden parked the car and climbed out he reached the gate and stared in searching for his son he saw him talking to a little girl his age all her could make out was the fact that she had blonde pig tails. His son must have said somthing funny because a huge smile appeared on the girls face and she threw her head back and laughed. That laugh. The thought. He froze in his tracks, olivia's laugh. The teacher approuched which snapped him out of his trance. She let him in and he walked toward his son and the little girl. Between giggles, he noticed the little girl saw him and her smile faded her eyes got as big as saucers, her crystal blue eyes. His eyes. She froze, terrified. She jerked from his son and ran as fast as she could he could tell. His son looked back, to see what she saw and was stuck between the two. Elliot saw the girl lose her balance and tumbled to the ground he ran to her why he didn't know cop instinked or just the fact he was so curious. She became pale and red, she cried and sniffled, and cried and sniffled. And elliot could tell it wasn't from pain. He nelt down beside her and ahe kept mumbling 'I'm sowy mommy,im sowy I fell. I would have ran I tried to I fell I'm sowy I wet u down mommy I'm sowy, I'm sowy pwease don't be mawd.'

Elliot:"sweetie what do you mean?"

Crissy:"who are you first? And why will my mommy be in twouble if you fwind me?" she said.

Elliot:"what's your name sweetie?"

Crissy:" crisanthumum stabler benson." She said between sobs. Elliot froze he could swear. He looked as if he had seen a ghost. But even worse he had just met and seen his daughter and she didn't know him. Even worse she was scared of him. God damn you olivia benson!

olivia benson pulled up in front of crissy's kinder garden,there she saw it. the dark sadan, her and elliot's sadan her and elliot's "squad car." she check the license plate, 'yup' she thought. god damn you elliot stabler. olivia benson turned around in the mirrior to make sure she looked good.she walked through the gates. and his head snapped in her direction as if she called his name. they could allways sense the others presence. elliot stabler stood, and cleared his way to her in 3 quick strides. to olivia they were to slow. as much as she was affraid of him as much as she hated him right about now. she hadnt known how long she wanted to be in his arms, to melt and meld together as if they were welded. before he cleared his 3d stride she took a step, a move that shocked him and herself. all of a sudden tears stinged her eyes and she felt several fall. her voice failed her, but the scariest thing wasnt him, it was his eyes they looked like the night they made love. she knew hers did too. she felt somthing catch in her throut and she knew now was the time to speak.

olivia:"elliot." her eyes locked with his and she stared she saw the tears threating to fall in his eys, and for the first time in her life he didnt see him try to blink them back. he let them fall,a strand of hair had fell in her face and slowly elliot stabler lifted his hand and brushed it behind her ear. the slight touch caused fire to blaze across her cheek and his fingers.

olivia:"elliot." she repeated more tears fell, and his name sounded almost like a moan coming from her lips. he closed the space between them quicky it shocked her. and she heard him start crying he was mumbling her name over and over again he started shaking and she closed her eyes and clung to him. her tears were falling freely now as if they wernt allready she thought. he ran his shaky hand through her hair and mumbled a question she didnt know if she should answer especialy now knowing it was going to cause more water works for the both of them. 'is she mine, olivia?' olivia started shaking more tears slid down her face. she could barely bring herself to say this she had never said this out load not even to crissy. she bit her bottom lip, words left her all she could do was shake her head up and down.
'yes, yes, yes.' she mumbled when she caught her breath, elliot allmost collapsed his tears wernt silent anymore he looked up at the sky with olivia in his arms. she heard him mumble somthing that made her smile 'thank you, lord.' and they stood there and cried and olivia knew that for the first time in manhattan, the sun really shined.

olivia benson sat in the sadan waiting for the light to change ej (el jr.) and crissy sat in the back chit chatting, olivia sat in the front seat olivia agreed that they had much to catch up on and she wasnt really looking forward to it but she loved his reaction. he had told her after they recovered from their ordeal elliot said maybe we should go to your house and talk they could watch tv in crissy's room or somthing we could drop them off at the precinct, munch and fin could watch them lake or cragan? myhouse is fine she replied. i mean if kathy doesnt mind. she said sarcastically. elliot chuckled and a huge smile appeared on his face. wow he said we have alot of catching up to do. she was hoping he meant him and kathy or she died or somthing. 'olivia!' she meantally slapped herself that was mean. she just wanted him to hold her threw the day and on threw the night. she just wanted to lay her head on his chest and listen to his heart beat melt into his touch his kiss. she was rubbing her hand circles on her thigh elliot could tell she didnt notice but he knew it was probly rubbing a raw spot on her thigh. he reached across and sought out her hand, he placed his hand above hers he felt her stiffen. he linked his fingers with hers and she gave his hand a squeze but continued to look out the window he knew this was a start.

they just pulled up to her building and she got out and went to the back and undid crissy's car seat elliot went and undid ej's as well. ej walked next to liv and crissy was begging olivia to pick her up.

olivia:"baby, your to heavy."

elliot:"ill do it." olivia looked at him and smiled.

olivia:"be my guest."

elliot lifted crissy and rested her on his hip. they finally reached olivia's apartment and walked in. elliot put crissy down and she immediatly went off to show ej her room.

olivia:"you guys go watch tv!" she turned to elliot and he cut to the chase.

elliot:"me and kathy split."

olivia:"why?"

elliot:"i didnt work no matter how hard we tried."

olivia:"im sorry."

elliot:"dont be, why didnt you tell me liv?"

olivia:"i didnt wanna break up your marrige."

elliot:"so you ran, liv you told her to run from me."

olivia:"i couldnt face you, it was to hard. i hated myself for what i did to you. and i knew once you saw her you would know."

elliots eyes opened as he heard whispers and felt tugging, ooops he thought he dozed off he looked down and saw that liv was still asleep. he open his eys and saw crissy and ej giggling and tugging on his shirt. elliot removed his arms from olivia, he knew they wanted to be tucked in and he didnt wanna leave liv. he slowly moved and placed a finger to his lips to tell them to be quiet. he slid his arm under olivia and picked her up. he walk to her bedroom and pushed the door open, it was plain and he saw a bunch of pictures turned over. he layed her down and kissed her slightly with his lips parted to her lips . he stood and pulled the blanket up to right under her breasts and whispered he loved her. 'i love you too,el.' he knew she was half asleep but it made his heart swell and he walked to one of the over turned pictures and picked it up they were all of him and her and behind the glass were tear stains. he recovered quickly and was walking out to tuck the kids in when the door creeked and olivia awoke. still half asleep she mumbled, 'el, where you goin? dont leave me.'

elliot whispered:"i wont im gunna tuck the kids in and come right back, livia.' she was already asleep.

he walked out to the two kids who were antiously awaiting his arrival.

he told crissy to put on her pjs and he and ej would be in a minute, he walked in to the laundry room and was looking for one of his sweat shirts or shirts olivia had then he thought she probly threw them out. he pulled off his shirt and told his son to put it on. and he would meet them in crissys room 10 min. later he returned from tucking the kids in and turning off all the lights. he slid into bed next to olivia he felt uncomfortable but he knew live didnt want him sleeping on the couch. olivia stirred and kept tugging on her jeans. elliot knew she didnt wanna sleep in her jeans and he knew she was still asleep so she couldnt take them off.elliot stood and lookked through her closet and found a a long t-shirt, ha it was his! he straddled olivia's lap and undid her pants and slid them off she stirred slighty but didnt wake up. elliot looked down and almost died, 'she doesnt have panties on!' breathe elliot breathe you've seen her naked before 'but not in so long' he thought. he lifted her shirt over her head, red lace bra. 'see through!' breath after breath good he slid the shirt on, and layed down 'i miss that.' he heard her mumble. 'i miss all of you, every inch.' 'me too' he thought 'me too.'

The blush quickly rose to olivia's cheeks and she saw that he had undressed her because she was uncomfortable. She quickly got dressed and she could tell elliot looked the other way but he kinda made it obvious because he faced the mirror. They walked out and olivia suggested they should stop by the precinct so she could talk to the cap. She took one car and elliot said he would take the kids to breakfest and meet her there.

Stabler looked speachless. Crissy looked overwhelmed, she turned to elliot and he picked her up and hugged her. And was whispering it was okay. Then he put her down and olivia walked out of captains office to see a teary eyed crissy.

Crissy:"momma!" and ran to olivia. Olivia picked her up.

Crissy was hystarical:"is he really my daddy!?!, you told me i didn't have a daddy you said I was special, that I was magic!" olivia benson for once didn't know what to say to her daughter. She just stared at elliot and he looked like he didn't know either. So she turned to the guys and they stared at her and elliot as if they couldn't belive their ears. Even ej looked at the brink of tears. And for once she didn't have a single idea and for the first time in all her years her brain stopped functioning olivia benson was offically screwed on all a counts.

tears welled up in olivia's eyes and she started shaking she bounced crissy on her hip and put her head in between her neck.

olivia:"yea baby, he is." she looked elliot right in the eyes and then the tears slipped out of their eyes.

crissy:"he loves me right momma, you both do he wont leave me right?" olivia's eyes were still locked to elliot's but she broke the connection and looked at her daughter, so innocent so terrified.

olivia:"no baby, he loves you and and i love him he wont leave us and i wont leave him." she looked at elliot. "not again." she said. crissy smiled and olivia put her down elliot took that as his cue and cleared the space between them. he had one hand on the back of her head and the other around her waist he was crying and shaking as was she.

elliot:"i wont leave you, and i love you olivia more than you know. both of you."

olivia:"i think i know." he pulled slightly away from her their eyes locked. he tilted his head and placed his lips slightly on hers. he was just gunna give her a quick kiss but olivia had other plans, she pulled his head back to her for a heated kiss. the guys were rooting in the backround and they kids were going "Ewwwww." elliot didnt care the only thing that exsisted now was him and her. out of no where elliot picked her up and swung her around.

fin:"go stabler!!!"

munch:"stabler didnt think you had it in you."

lake:"are you two french!!! sure looks like it."

this was olivia's twisted notebook kiss she's wanted since she was young but it was better.it was with elliot.

olivia benson layed on the couch watching tv she heard the door open and jumped up and rushed to the door tripping in the process. she stuck out her arms to break her fall. crack!!!

elliot:"huh?" crissy pointed to ther two arm bones.

elliot:"what are they teaching you kids now a days?"

crissy:"i looked at the x ay." olivia smiled.

doc.:"oh yes you have some rules, the medication might cause hormonal changes and sexual desire. make sure you do not engage in any sexual activity while on the medication." olivia looked dumb founded. she had a daughter with him they made out in the precinct, he undressed her the other night speaking of which she had no panties on. and all this time she didnt even think of sex? how was that possible. the doctor pulled her out of her revein.

doc.:"that is okay, isnt it miss.benson? mr.stabler?" they both nodded in agreement. 'wow, i bet you he hasnt stopped thinking about it.' thought olivia.

elliot:"i love you, this isnt a mistake. of all the time to break your arm you choose now. or i would show you." he said kissing her lightly. his eyes held truth, her held fear.

when elliot and olivia had went into the station, she asked for her job, captain frankley gave it to her. it was her first day back together with her squad. she smiled thinking about how her and elliot were going to be partners again. they had dropped the kids off in day care and were holding hands in the elevator waiting to get to their floor, olivia turned to him and he kissed her she smiled into the kiss and in return he smiled as well he loved the feeling of her in his arms. she pulled away.

olivia:"last kiss for the day, remember 'we have to act professional." she said using her favorite thing, finger quotations. he smiled.

elliot:"thats gunna be difficult." olivia smiled and layed her head on his shoulder and closed her eyes the elevator doors opened.there stood their old security guard.

earl:"detective. benson! its wonderful to see you again." he looked at the couple suspiciously. she opened her eys and said drousily.

olivia:"hey earl." she didnt move her head from elliots shoulder she snuggled closer to him her arm linked through his.

earl:"you two a couple now?" elliot grinned and chuckled.

elliot:"we have a daughter, earl. your a little late on that information." earls eyes got big.

earl:"oh." he walked passed them in the elevator, and olivia and elliot got out olivia still snuggled close to him. she was walking in sync with him and closed her eyes, she knew he would guide her. and that thought made her think. that everything was gunna be okay, as long as she had him.....
