Chapter 1



She was in her apartment daydreaming about Elliot, when she heard some noises out in the hallway. She went to pick up her gun to see what it was. As she slowly opened the door it squeaked. The mysterious man turned around and hit her upside the face, which knocked her unconscious before she could do anything. She fell back into her door and slid to the ground. He picked her up and they left. They were headed for what Olivia didn’t know but an abandoned warehouse. About an hour after what happened in her apartment building they made it. Olivia still had not come to after that blow. He was not about to carry her again so he got out and pushed her out to the ground she hit the ground and stirred bit.



Perp: Get your ass up.

Liv: Where am I?

Perp: Oh you’ll find out soon enough, get your ass up and get inside.

Liv: But. . .

Perp: I don’t like to be held up, Now go!



He reached down and slapped her, she grabbed her face and tried to make her to the warehouse.

Chapter 2



Once in the warehouse he made Olivia sit over on the desk. She was looking around trying to make out what had happened. She saw her name on the desk and a small heart around it, she got very uncomfortable. He noticed her looking around.



Perp: You like what you see?

Liv: Well it’s not your bed of Roses, little trashy.

Perp: Sorry it’s not up to your liking Ms. Benson.

Liv: How do you know who I am?

Perp: Oh I’ve seen you all over the news, “Good Cop, Olivia Benson.”

Liv: What do you want with me?

Perp: FUN. . .

Liv: Well I’m not much of a partier, knowing what he wanted.

Perp: Well you will do as I say or else.

Perp: You need to get your rest “Sweetheart” you will need it for our fun-filled day ahead.



I know both chapters are rather short but the next one will be longer.

Chapter 3



She couldn’t’ sleep she didn’t know what he would do if she was to doze off. She finally laid down to get some what of rest when she heard him leave. Not long after she had dozed off her cell phone rang. Forgetting she had it she answered.



Liv: Benson.

Elliot: Liv where are you Captains mad you better get here quick.

Liv: Elliot I don’t know where I’m at.

Elliot: What do you mean you’re probably just getting out of bed, you sound groggy.

Liv: Nice try El, but really I don’t.

Hearing fear in her voice.

Elliot: What’s wrong then Liv?

Liv: I was daydreaming last night and I heard noises outside so I took my gun and went to check it out and there was a man out there he hit me in the face and knocked me unconscious.

Elliot: Are you okay, with worry in his voice?

Liv: Yeah I think so but my head is killing me.

Elliot: So you don’t know where you are?

Liv: No, I was unconscious until he pushed me out of the car all I know is that it is a warehouse.

Elliot: Well hold on let me get Cragen.

Liv: Elliot he is back I have to go.

Elliot: Well keep the phone on so we can hear, put it somewhere he won’t ever look.

Liv: K El.

Elliot: Don’t worry Liv we’ll get you.



Warehouse..

Perp: Well I see you’ve woken up sleepyhead.

Liv: Yea not a very good night’s sleep.

Perp: I’m sorry, but you’re going to need to get up and change for our big day.

Liv: But I don’t have any clothes but these.

Perp: I went to go get you some, see I care about you.

Liv: Umm. . Where’s your bathroom?

Perp: No need I will go right over here so I can see you.



Precinct..

This made Eliot fill with furry he barged into the captains office.

Elliot: Captain, Liv, he was cut off by Cragen.

Cragen: Where is she? You better tell your partner she better get down here NOW.

Elliot: That’s what I wanted to tell you.

Cragen: Well where is she then?

Elliot: She doesn’t know, she was knocked unconscious by a perp and took to some warehouse late last night.

Cragen: How do you know that?

Elliot: I called to see where she is, I got worried since she is usually the first one here.

Cragen: Well you called her right, try and find her location.

Elliot: I’ve got her on the phone right now; he’s making her change clothes in front of her.

Cragen: Well hurry Elliot, before he does more than that.

Elliot: Oh no! Captain listen here……..





Warehouse..

Liv: I don’t feel very comfortable changing in front of you.

Perp: Well I don’t care, remember what happened last night? Do what you’re told so we can get on with our day now.

Liv: Umm. . Ok, where are the clothes at?

Perp throws them at her. She feels so horrible she didn’t want to do this at all. She knew her phone was in her pants so she turned around to put them in the new clothes when he saw her.



Perp: Well. Well. Well. Are you trying to call someone Olivia?

Liv: No what are you talking about?

Perp: I’ll take this, well hello Detective Stabler, How are you today?



Precinct..

Elliot: What do you want with her?

Perp: Oh were just going to have some fun, but I’ll leave the phone on so you can hear our party too.

Elliot: Captain we have to do something, no telling what he will do to her.



Warehouse..

The phone is still on.



Liv: Umm this shirt is a bit too little.

Perp: I think they look fine.

Liv: So what are we going to do?

Perp: You’ll like it I promise.

Elliot and Cragen hear a long pause followed by Olivia’s frightening scream. “NOOOO.”

Then they heard a big “thud.”

Chapter4



Precinct..



Elliot: Captain, we need to do something NOW. Before he hurts her.

Phone Tech: You need to find a phone?

Elliot: Yes and as fast as you can!

Phone Tech: Ok, what’s the number?

Elliot: It’s 685-4350.

Phone Tech: Ok. Here we go, says the signal is very close to here.

Elliot: WHERE?

Phone Tech: A couple blocks down the road, but I don’t see how this warehouse has not been working for almost a year.

Cragen: Now, Elliot get Fin and Munch and go.

Elliot: Fin. Munch. Come On.

Fin: What’s up?

Elliot: Liv is.

Munch: What?

Elliot: We have to go and get her a perp has her somewhere in a warehouse couple blocks away.

Fin and Munch: Let’s get going then.



Warehouse..

Liv: Please don’t!

Perp: But I told you we would be having a party, you should have been ready.

Liv: But. . . .

Perp: No buts, let the fun begin.



Squad car..

Elliot: We still have her on the phone, Munch what’s going on?

Munch: Quiet!

Elliot: Fin look for an abandoned warehouse.

Fin: Look, over there Elliot old warehouse that has customers.

Elliot: Be ready he has already hurt her no telling what he is doing now.



Warehouse..

He pushes her down on the bed and wraps her hands up so they won’t move. He slowly falls atop her.

Liv: What. No. PLEASE.

Perp: Don’t worry!

He begins to unbutton the shirt he had gotten her.

Perp: One at a time.

He is down to the last button of her shirt when he rips it off.

Liv: Oww.!

He then tries to work he pants off when she kicks him of her. She was still tied up so she can’t move. He justs gets back on her and caresses her neck.

Liv: Please don’t

Perp: I will do what I want.



Squad car..

Munch: Elliot, we got a problem.

Elliot: What?

Munch: She’s tied up to the bed.



Warehouse..

He has gotten her down to her undergarments. Now the fun will start! He crept his hands toward her back, he unhooks her bra but doesn’t have it off. Olivia has tears rolling off her face and all he can do is laugh.



Squad car..



Fin: Turn here Elliot.

Elliot: Okay we need to be careful he may try something like Gitano.

Chapter 5.



Warehouse:



Liv: Please just stop!

Tears are falling down her face as she is crying



Squad car..



Munch: She. She’s crying now.

Elliot: Come on, this way

They were there and getting ready to go in the warehouse when they heard her screaming and crying.

Elliot: Hurry Up!



Warehouse: He was kissing her body and was getting very intimate with her when they herd the door bust.



Elliot: Liv! Are you okay he yelled to her.

Liv: El. .El. help.

Elliot: Were coming, don’t worry.

Perp: Come any closer, well you know what I’ll do Elliot, don’t you?

Elliot: who are you?

Perp: You know.



Elliot was trying to make conversation until the other cops came.



Perp: I know they are coming. But me and Olivia just started our party.

Olivia was crying so had her face was blood red. Elliot walked closer but he took out a knife.

Elliot: DON’T!

Perp: Step back or you’ll see her death.



Elliot didn’t step back. Liv whispered to him,” I Love You don’t worry about it El.” He was so amazed he knew he had to rescue her.

Chapter 6



Elliot knew what he had to do but was still in awe he couldn’t move. Just then he took the knife to her neck, to the same exact spot Gitano had.



Perp: Step back or watch her die.



Elliot instead of moving back he moved at Liv’s body. The perp swung his knife only to cut Elliot’s arm. He was right there at him, he took out his gun and pointed it at him.



Elliot: Drop the knife.

Perp: And if I don’t?

Elliot: I will shoot you.



Just then Olivia had undone one of the ropes from her wrist. She reached up and took the knife from him and pressed it to his neck until Fin came and cuffed him.



They left Olivia to get dressed and she was a little traumatized at what had happen. Munch and Fin took hi to the car to wait on Elliot and Olivia.



Back inside the warehouse while she was changing she felt dizzy and fell onto the bed. Elliot heard this and ran to see what happened. He saw her on the bed and took her up into his arms.



Elliot: Liv are you okay?

Liv: Yea I’m fine I just got dizzy.

Elliot: I’m glad you’re ok.

Liv: Yea I didn’t know he would go that far.

Elliot: He hadn’t raped you yet?

Liv: No, but he was about to until you all came.

Liv: Thank you so much. She said as she shed a single tear.

Elliot: Don’t worry about it. Under his breath he said,” I couldn’t let the woman I love die.”

A small smile crept across her face. He reached down and gave her a passionate kiss. They sat in each other’s arms until Fin came in and told them it was time to get going.



Back at the precinct Fin and Munch were questioning him. They had him booked and just as he walked out he saw Olivia. H e jerked out of their hands over to her where he put his hands on her neck to choke her. They couldn’t get him off of her, she passed out. Elliot then realized and jumped in to help. He got him up to eye level and said,” If I ever see you talking to her or just even looking at her I will personally kick your ass.” Cragen rushed over just as Olivia regained her consciousness.



Liv: I’m fine Captain, don’t worry.



They took him to Rikers where he was sentenced twenty-five to life. Punishment was harder since Olivia was a cop.



Cragen: Elliot you take her home, stay with her, call and tell us how she’s doing.

Elliot: Ok Captain.

Elliot: Come on Liv

Chapter 7



The car ride to Elliot’s apartment



Elliot: Do you want to go home and get some stuff?

Liv: Yea, that would be good.

Elliot: Pretty horrific day, huh?

Liv: Yea, I knew the job could get bad, but this…this…was just I don’t know. She said with tears rolling down her face.



Elliot pulled over on the side of the road to try and comfort her.



Elliot: I know it’s hard, you’ll get through it, I know you will.

Liv: Thanks Elliot, now I know why the victims won’t come to police. I feel so ashamed.

Elliot: It wasn’t your fault. You did nothing wrong. [Something Liv would always say to the victims.]

Liv: I know. She said with a light chuckle.

Elliot: Are you ready now?

Liv: Yeah go on I’m fine.



They drove to Olivia’s apartment.



Liv: Elliot you have to come with me, I don’t know if I can handle it or not.

Elliot: Okay, I will go in first.

Liv: I just need some clothes for tonight so I’ll just be a sec.

Elliot: Take your time.



Elliot noticed she had been in there a while so he went in to check on her. He found her lying in the bathroom floor crying.



Elliot: Liv, Honey what’s wrong?

Liv: I umm. . I don’t know, never mind let’s just get out of here.

Elliot: You get everything you need?

Liv: Yes, come on I want out of here.

Elliot: Alright then let’s get a move on.



The drive to Elliot’s was quiet.





He didn’t try to make conversation because he knew she was hurt. He kept thinking back to the kiss they shared earlier that day. Was it just a “No Problem kiss” or was it real. He pondered on it until they reached his apartment. Hey Liv were here. She had her head leaned up against the window and didn’t hear him. He reached over to shake her a bit because he thought she was asleep, she screamed the same way in the warehouse. Liv calm down it’s just me, were here, come on so we can get you to bed you need your rest.

They walked to his apartment he opened the door and led her in with his hands in hers until he found the light switch.



Elliot: Do you need anything?

Liv: I loss of memory for at least the last 2 days, she smiled.



He loved it when she smiled. She looked so beautiful he thought. She noticed his smile.



Liv: What are you so happy about?

Chapter 8





Without thinking replied, You.

Liv: What?



Elliot noticed his mistake. He began to stutter. Uhh. . I . . sorry.



Liv: About what?

Elliot: Didn’t you just hear what I said?

Liv: Yes, I thought it was very nice.

Elliot: Really? With a puzzled look on his face.

Liv: Yes its fine don’t worry.



He went to the kitchen to get a bite to eat and asked Liv if she wanted any.



Liv: Sure, what did you have in mind?

Elliot: Well you are my guest so your pick.

Liv: How about pizza?

Elliot: Ok, from where?

Liv: I chose what to eat, you pick from where.

Elliot: You are so complicated. He heard her giggle.

Elliot: So are you ok staying here tonight.

Liv: Yes, Now I have someone who can protect me.

Elliot: Well Mr.Gerrard down the hall, he’s pretty strong for eighty-seven.

Liv: I meant you.

Elliot: I know you did.



He chased her around the apartment until she fell over something onto the couch. He fell over the same thing right on top of her.



I’ll leave you on a cliff. .

Chapter 9



Their hormones were running now, all either of them could think about was holding the other in their arms. Elliot got off of her knowing what had happened, they both laughed.



Elliot: Liv, I need to tell you something.

Liv: Okay Elliot spill.

Elliot: Umm. . Well I don’t know how to put it.

Liv: Just tell me.

Elliot: Well. I have feelings for you.

Liv: Well I do for you to; I mean you’re my best friend.

Elliot: No Liv not like that.

Liv: Then what other is there?

Elliot: ROMANTIC. . .



He rushed over to where she was now sitting on his couch and gave her a kiss. She tried to pull away at first but then just gave into it. They both wanted to so neither had regrets.



Elliot: Liv, You are an amazing woman.

Liv: Thanks.

Elliot: I Love You Liv with all my heart. I’m the longest relationship you’ve ever had with a man and I love you.

Liv: I love you too Elliot, I never thought this day would come.

Elliot: Why?

Liv: Because I thought you and Kathy were really starting to work things out.

Elliot: I only went back to Kathy to see if my feelings for YOU were real.

Liv: Well.

Elliot: They were. I know it sounds cheesy but I couldn’t last one day without seeing your beautiful face.

Liv: Aww Elliot. You have seemed to make the worst day ever into one I will never forget.



She leaned in to kiss him another time.

I want to spend forever in your arms she said.



Elliot: That sounds perfect to me. :]



They sat there in each other’s arm for what seemed like forever until the phone rang. They just broke off a kiss when he answered the phone



Elliot: Uggh. Stabler.

Cragen: How is she?

Elliot: Fine now, I have everything under control.



Cragen knew what had happened as he got off the phone before he hung up he said.



Cragen: Don’t do something stupid now. Bye Olivia he yelled.

Liv: Bye Don.

Liv: What did he want?

Elliot: Checking up on his little girl of course.

Liv: Ha! Ha!

Elliot: He said not to do anything stupid.

Liv: Do you think he knew we were. . .

Elliot: Yepp. He replied before he kissed her again.
