Hi everyone,

It was a long drive but so worth it. We were lucky that the weather stayed nice and the driving was good. For the first time in a long time we didn't have a long wait at the boarder only 30 minutes.

We got there around 5:20 by the time we checked in and got changed and down stairs it was about 5:50. They were just setting up the merchandise table and some of us were already starting to gather around the door. We met up with SueAnn and hung out with her until it was time to go. I did spend some money of course lol! I now have a very big stocking covering my door and a regular one on my wall lol!

The meet and greet was running a little late but it was ok because there wasn't a big line.

While we waited for Chris we were able to talk with Jessica Andrews and Shannon Brown. We also could have a pic with them if we wanted, of course I did.

I gave Chris his bear and stuff and he loved it all. Then there were hugs, don't worry Lisa, Manda, Kelly, Renee, Sharon, Hazel and all the rest I gave the hugs for you too.

Now, on to the show. The girls each sang for about 20 minutes. I never heard of Shannon before that night, she was good. Shannon was up first then Jessica, and then Chris. Chris sang for about 45 minutes.

He opened with Beer or Gasoline and everyone was screaming and got right into it. The place was pretty packed and it was great to hear people sing along with Chris.

Chris got a present from SueAnn's mom while he was on stage so he said he needed to give her something and he did. He gave her is bandana. Then he said he needed one lol!

He said it was time to speed things up a bit and some people in the crowd shouted out songs but most of them were slow and Chris said no we are going to speed it up a bit and then 2 people said Lay It On Me and he said ok if that's what you want then here's my Christmas gift to you.

After Chris finished singing the girls came back out and joined him on stage playing in the snow, they shook hands and signed a few autographs. Chris was having a lot of fun playing in the snow he filled his hat up with it and then dumped it lol! Then he picked up a handful of the snow and dumped it on the crowd.

A great time was had by all!

Thank you Chris once again for a great show! You always know how to entertain. Can't wait to see you next time!

SueAnn it was nice to finally meet you. I had a great time hanging out with you and I can't wait to do it again my friend.

I am so glad you and Amanda didn't have much trouble getting across the border. It sounds like the show was fantastic.

I understand the the Chris Young band played for all the performers, not just Chirs. How cool!

I live about two hours from Sault Ste. Marie and unfortunately I was unable to go to the show.

However, my best friend was able to go with some of her family members and she said the show was incredible!! She also mentioned someone giving Chris a gift but she couldn't see what it was. So I guess SueAnn's mom was the one she was talking about.

I am glad you had such a good time at the show.

I'd better check Chris tour schedule. I didn't realize he was playing in Canada. It was a long way from here, but his mom mentioned several times that he would like to play in Canada, so I hope that is the first of many visits.

Thanks. I couldn't figure out how that geography was working, but then someone said they had no trouble crossing the border. But now I see that was going across the border in the other direction.So I'll keep hoping he does make it to Canada.
