hi y'all. just thought we can discuss what we'd like to see in svu: season 10. here's my list
1) olivia and her brother to hang out, have fun and bond. maybe, liv can also get close to her nieces/nephews. a family for liv.

2) maybe we find out liv's dad wasn't really a rapist, and liv's mom just made it up, which in turn makes liv a little more open to loving and being loved by a man.

3) find out about liv's ethnicity via her bro/dad.

4) the guy that kathy "dated" during the separation starts calling her again----causing fights between el and kathy.

5) if el and liv are only gonna be friends (although i most def want more---i believe in eo!), then dang it, let them be the very best of friends----hug more, laugh more, tease eachother and joke around more, have them finish eachother's sentences and confide in eachother easily and trust eachother with their emotional/personal stuff (it seems like they've been hesitant to do that lately). i wanna see them hang out at bars or even have lunch together and just talk and have fun.

6) i'd also like to see the rest of the gang a little more friendly with eachother--- joke around more and hang out. maybe they can have like an svu ball, where everyones all dressed up and looking hot and having a blast together.

7) possibly have kathy and el's marriage go down the rocks again (that's just the eo shipper in me talking

8) have porter, or some other handsome, charming fellow, come sweep liv off her feet. plus, definetly liv should have a lil' makeout session with him.

9) el should get a little jealous/overprotective regarding liv and her new relationship.

10) i love olivia, but she should like get kidnapped (just like in maddy's fanfic "gone", it is totally awesome, can't wait for an update...........so if anyone here knows her please tell her..., thanks)
or held hostage or hurt really bad and then elliot and the gang can get all worried and realize just how much she means to him/them----------and of course they get her back

1) I want Porter to be a reacurring character.

2) Less Kathy...

3) More Munch!

4) Liv to date Porter.

5) Simon and Liv's relationship.

This is kind of hard to say because we don't know where everyone's going to end up and what happens by the end of this season. But I do like the idea of Olivia bonding with Simon. Maybe she can attend his wedding or something. (Simon did say he wanted to marry his girlfriend. )

Yeah it's too early to tell at this time- I would have a better perspective when season 9's finale airs (if ever) and then I'll be able to spill my own predictions.

oh, i thought season 9 was over.

1. i want to see more of olivia's family

2. elliot and olivia just sit down and talk about their friendship from the past ten years

3. olivia start dating

4. the captain retire

5. old detectives from season one guest staring

6. everyone personal life

7. the season premiere and finale go out with a bang

8. everyone secrets and past catch up with them

9. all good episodes none stop

10. jsut have a good season

I'd like to see more of Peter. I'm missing seeing his sexiness this year. Hopefully he'll turn up in some later eps of season 9. Then I wouldn't have to wait until season 10! Hahahaha.

Oh and for season 10 honestly, maybe a little more than a "hug," if you know what I'm sayin'. The ship in me hasn't sailed yet!

All I Know Is That It Better Not End Like It Did On The Sopanos. For those of you who know what im talking about, if you don't well im talking about how at the end of it, the screen went blank and it was over. left the fans in awe! so if the finale is something worth while, like ummm oh something like olivia and elliot confessing their true feelingd about each other, and before we get to hear elliot say he loves her--BAM! it's over! so siree bob! it better not happen like that! leaving us fans on the edge of our seats/couch/bed or whatever your sitting on. although i dont know why we would be on our bottoms when i know for a fact that we might be jumping up and down waiting for elliot and olivia to come right out with it and say they love each other! ahahahahaha sorry i thought it was funny, i made MYSELF laugh! lol

if it end up like the sapranos i will be mad.

Ah season 10, we haven't even started season 9 here in Australia . I would love to see more of the characters pasts revealed, like do they have brothers and sisters, what their childhoods were like ect. Definetley more Munch and in general I would just love seson 9 to start over here!. Do any of the other Aussies know when they are planning to start airing it?.

Ummm as far as I know season 9 should start showing next year, but they have to finish off the reruns for the last couple of episodes for season 7 first. Laura calls channel 10 all the time to find out, but I don't think they're really sure either.

Well I have a slight Aussie accent, it was a lot stronger when I was little though. When I get hyped up though I get a full on Aussie accent, it's quite funny really.

JenniDinoRobot, you made me laugh, most people can't stand Australian accents, we say "G'Digh mite, haas it gaan?" and they usually screw their faces up as if they're in pain (or should I sigh piine). I'm from North Queensland around the area Steve Irwin (may he Rest in peace) was from so I have an accent thats so heavy even other Australians 'pigh me owt abawt it.'

This is a great sight for Aussies who are hanging out waiting for svu to start back up, it gives me a chance to vent some of my svu obsessiveness.

Oh a Queenslander. Yay! Yeah I'm not that big a fan of the Aussie accent either, but to each is his own. Mine's not very strong so I don't mind, its mixed with English which I love.

I used to hate the Australian accent and I'd be embarassed to speak to people who were from other countries. But I totally embrace it now. I adore it. I've always found my accent gets more Steve Irwiny when I'm speaking to a foreigner. But I do say Toilet like 'Tooolet' and I say "haas it gaan" in everyday life. Lol.

Anyway, back on topic. In season 10 apart from the obvious (EO) I want the ending to be satisfying. I'm sick of being a fan of a show (a dedicated fan) only to have it end...meh. Like it was worth nothing.

What I would like to see in season 10:

Fresh plots!

Intelligent, witty writing.

More squadroom rapport and banter.

Liv getting a life and some of her old spunk back.

Cragen re-marries.

Elliot and Kathy continue to be happy and enjoy the new kid.

At the end of the season, Elliot retires and the whole Stabler gang moves upstate.

Liv and Simon having a great, super close familial relationship.

Also at the end of the season, Liv leaves the squad to become a criminology professor at NYU.

Call me crazy, I am beginning to become a bit of an Olivia/Casey shipper! It would make things interesting, to say the least . . .

Connie, Chris, Dick, Neal have all said that Dani was an one-time deal...however I have learned that you can never say never so I wouldn't be surprised at all if Dani does return but at this time, no. Connie has some projects line up, including a new show where she plays a cop.

I'm waiting for Jefferies or Cassidy to make an appearance.

I agree with everything you said except the Olivia/Casey shipper part....I would like to add that if Cragen retires, Fin gets his job....that would be cool too....

Everyone has thier own opinions about things. She may feel the same way about Olivia and Dean. That doesn't make you wrong nor her. But I do not think Olivia would swing that way. There have been, in my opinion, no indications that Olivia is Bisexual. But...it is TV so anything can happen.

I don't recall knocking anyone for what they would like to see (if I don't care for the idea at all, and I don't, that is my business), so again, what are you talking about?

I would like to see

1. More strickly SVU cases, less straying onto unrelated topics
2. more humor and bantor between all detectives
3. MUNCH!!!!!! If they are not going to do that (don't think I'm crazy) Munch getting killed in the line of duty and a big departmental funeral. I think a main character should die, either Munch, Cragen or Fin.
4. more episodes involving children, I love to see them interact with them.
5. gripping courtroom scenes that are gripping because of the cases and not just Casey yelling, less yelling more crying
6. At lease 1 episode with the return of Alex cabot
7. I think the best ending of the series (should it end) would be Olivia marring Porter and Elliot giving her away.
8. If the series doesn't end but CM and MH both leave, I think they should both be transferred for something they did and are covering for each other. Either way I think their ending should emphisis their friendship.

No offense taken. It didn't occur to me for a moment that your reaction to my Olivia/Casey shipping was in any way a knock. No worries, m'lady.

If not Elliot, then Cragen could give her away...that would be nice...

I'd like to see Cragen give her away, but ideally, both men on either side would be amazing!

When I got married, I hated the idea of my dad giving me away like I was a possession that he was passing on to my husband. When the minister asked "who gives this woman?" I said, "I give myself."

But all that aside, I love that idea (either Elliot or Cragen giving her away), but it would also be cool if she and Simon got really close and he could give her away. She has been so long without any blood relatives, it would be sweet to have her brother play that part in her wedding.

Simon was introduced, explored and then dropped from the SVUniverse. If nothing else of merit happens in season 10, I would at least like to see him and Olivia grow closer.

I don't like Simon the Creep, but it makes no sense that he just fell off the face of the earth. Just like it makes no sense that Dean is nowhere to be found (sorry, had to toss that in)...
