Okay, I had this sort of hare brained idea I thought I might post.

I love to write fan fiction but I am currently at an impasse, idea-wise. I thought, "maybe there are other writers who are like me who just need a little kick to get them going."

So, the point of this thread is for people to post a request for a story or a challenge that writer's can pick up and go from there. Any story I start from a challenge/request, I will cite the poster as the original inspiration.

Keep in mind, the stories have to be board appropriate so don't request things that you know couldn't be posted without the writer getting in trouble. (You know what I mean.)

Any takers?

I want to see a Ross/Rodger's shippy story, where Alex is Rodgers' foil.

I was on the Ship/No Ship thread, and they mentioned Goren/Barek. That would be interesting and unique, since I've only read one story with that pairing. I also second the Roger/Ross combo, and add that Eames in any story just makes it better.

uhm... a BELIEVABLE Ross/Eames. I am a 100% B/A-shipper and I'll never read a non-shippy fanfic or a Goren/femaleOC or Alex/OC but I'd really be interested if somebody could make a Ross/Eames-ship believeable.

Hey, I see this thread has been dormant for a really long time! I'll also post this request on the shippers thread. I don't know that I've read any fanfic based on the Betrayed ep. Many shippers seem to think that B/A reconciled during the ep, as evidenced by Alex initially walking out of Ross' office w/out holding the door for Bobby, but then they are later viewing the tape sitting very closely together on a desk, Eames touching Bobby's chest, etc. So, how about let's have someone write about how they reconciled, offscreen, during the course of that ep. It can be smut or non-smut. Both are good!

If anybody would like to write this, please feel free. You know the episode were Goren goes undercover in Tates? How about if the roles were reversed? How about if Eames went undercover, Goren goes in undercover to get her out, maybe he is undercover as a guard or as a fellow inmate. he finds her not doing good, mentally, she is withdrawn, the undercover stint has done tole on her mentally and physically, Goren tries to help her and to get her out, Because of the mental toll, she doesn't realize who he is at first, and is skiddish around him, she is a little freakes out by his size he tries to help her to remember who he is. Or she could come out of the undercover stint try and get back into regular life, but she is having trouble she tries to hide it but Goren sees this and tries to help her. She forgets how to do every day simple things, like brush her hair, she jumps at the littlest thing. She sleeps with all the lights on. She has nightmares.


I like angst like were they help eachother mentally, physically or emotionally.

(But I'm busy. )

How about a Bobby/Other character story? What if there is a teenage girl who is abused by her dad, Bobby is called to the scene, but he can't find the girl. she is hiding, in another room, like under the bed or in a closet, bobby tries to get her to come out. The girl doesn't have anyother family to take her in, so Bobby takes her in at his place, tries to be a Father figure to her. She has trust issues, she doesn't like to be touched or hugged. she tries to escape at nite. slowly he gets her to trust him. Could somebody please write this?

How about a Goren and Eames fan fic? Where Eames is hurt on the job, she has a wound on her chest, Goren takes her to his place to help her get better. I think it would be neat scene, were he picks her up, and carries her to the bed and tends to her wound by putting medicine on it, I just think that it would be a neat fan fic. Maybe Eames isn't used to depending on her Partner so much, and she has to learn that it is okay too. It brings them closer as friends or it could be a romance or a hurt/comfort story.

How about if Eames runs a bar and goren is a bouncer, he comes in to her to see if she will give him a job!! There not cops in this one. This could be a frienship/angst story.

OR

How about if Eames and Goren aren't cops but in a different setting, say like a version of Jane Eyre, where Eames could be Jane Eyre and Goren could be Mr Rochester, or they could be like the Jane Eyre Characters, I can totally picture Eames as a Jane Eyre type character putting out Goren's bed when its on fire, than he takes her little hands in his and he puts a blanket around her. It would be sooo neat!! I like romance stories, especially period ones, Especially Jane Eyre inspired stories!! It would be soooo cool!!

How about if Eames gives Goren a shoulder massage or Goren gives Eames a massage., It could be a romance/friendship story or just a friendship story. or it could be a comfort/angst/hurt story too.

I would like to read a story were there is a case file, Eames and Goren go undercover to bust a human trafficking ring, that is trafficking women. Eames goes undercover as one of the girls to try and save the girls and try and get some more dirt on the guys who are in charge of it. or Goren could go in undercover as one of the guys to try and save the girls and bust the ring. or Goren doesn't hear from his Partner for a long awhile, can't reach her, so he goes undercover to go in to see if there is something wrong. He has to earn the girls trust.

How about if Eames and Goren are in a different setting, like Goren is a Doctor, he lives in a mansion, this could take place in the victorian or modern times, Eames is a scullery maid or just a maid. She works for him, she is used to being invisible and meek, Goren begins to take an interest in her, wants to know about her, like to talk to her, for instance, maybe he could like have just her bring in his food to talk to her, she isn't used to this, he discovers bruises on her arms and neck, he wants to tend to her bruises to help her, this makes her uncomfortable, slowly they become friends and he starts asking her opnionions about things.

I've read a lot of stories were Goren is depressed and he hasn't been to work in a few days, Eames finds him in a dark apartment the place a mess, he is depressed?

What if Eames was depressed instead of Goren? He grows concerned, worried that she hasn't been to work, she won't answer his calls, so he goes to her apartment and is shocked by what he finds, he tries to get her back onto her feet, like cleaning up her apartment, at first she doesn't take too kindly to his intrusion, she tells him off, kicks him out, he tries to talk to her, gets her food tries to get her to eat, tries to brush her hair. Maybe he could help her take a bath as a help comfort thing, I don't mean in a dirty way. I think it would be a neat story to read.

I would like to read a story were it takes place during the civil war, Eames is a Nurse and Goren is a Soldier that has been injured, he is brought into the hospital, she helps him heal, it could be a frienship/romance/angst story. I think it would be a neat scene, were she has her hair up in a bun and he asks her to let her hair down and he touches it, I think it would be a neat romantic scene.

Anybody feel like writing a B/A fic about how they made up before the "desk scene" in Betrayed? You know, how they were on the outs after Purgatory and then they were sitting so closely together on that desk? Everyone seems to think they did some "making up" . I've seen very few Betrayed fanfics and none of them particularly juicy.

I would like to read a story that takes place in Germany during WW2, were Eames could help hide the Jewish people from the Nazi's maybe Goren could be one of the people she hides and a friendship/romance could happen between them, or how about if Goren is hiding Eames from the Nazi's or Goren could be a Nazi soldier and discover she is hiding people and sympathize with her and help her. I've always been interested in WW2.
