Does anyone else get the feeling that Gus likes Jules? i don't know, mabey it's just me but he seems to get that anoyed look on his face when shawn flirts with her. Although mabey he just wants shawn to focus on the case. i can't tell, what do you guys think?

There's no way. Its true that Gus gets annoyed, probably because he's watched Shawn flirt a bazillion times and is sick of his fake "kindness" toward Jules.
