What does this label of Special Uncut version of National Treasure mean?

Does it just mean the same version that is on DVD without it being edited for TV, or does it include additional footage?
TheLadyKT
Usually it means that they've added some material that was not shown in the theaters; something originally lost on the cutting floor.

Actually, "UNCUT" means nothing has been cut from the version shown in the theater. A "Director's Cut" is the movie with footage ADDED over than seen in the theater.
