Elliot walked towards the kichen to get something to drink when he heard the phone ring. He stopped half way and went towards the phone. When he got to it and answered it he was surprised to her Olivia's voice. It had been two days since he heard from her and he was sure that she just wanted to give him some space, but it was still nice to hear from her anyway. He stood in the the hallway and listened to her talk.

" Hey El."

" Hey"

" How are you feelin'?"

" Like a million bucks. You?"

" Perfect." She laughed as she said it.

" I was just wondering if you wanted to go out to eat with me later today. You know get out of the house."

" Sure, I would love to."

" Okay then, see you around seven?"

" See you then."

Elliot hung up the phone and went back to go getting his water. He walked back towards his room when he heard Kathy.

" Elliot, can I see you for a moment?"

" Coming."

Elliot walked into Kathlin's room where Kathy had called him to.

" Hey, what does this look like to you?" Kathy asked in a serious tone.

Elliot took the object out of her hand and stared at it. It was a moment that passed when he said,

" Looks like a pack of Birth control pills."

Kathy shook her head and waited for it to sink in on her husband.

" Wait, these are brith control pills."

" Yes."

" Are you sure there just not a pack of gum?"

" Yep."

" Why does Kathin' have Brith Control Pills in her jacket pocket?"

" Why do you think Elliot?"

It was then that Elliot was speachless and said nothing. He looked at the brith control pills for a minute and walked back down stairs. When he got there he wasn't ready for what he was about to see.

Elliot stopped dead in his tracks when he saw Kathlin in the door way of the front door in a lip lock with a tall blond guy. Elliot jumped the last two stairs and ran to the door. He stopped when he got close enought to see the boys face. Elliot cleared his thoart and waited for them to turn around. When they didn't he did it again but louder and Kathlin pulled away quickly. When she saw that it was her father that did it, she started to push the blond headed boy out the door saying that she would call him later. When Elliot stopped her and pulled the boy back into the room.When he was in all the way he called Kathy into the room as well. When they where all in the room together, Elliot told them to seat down and said,

" Kathlin, who's your little friend here?"

" Oh dad, he's nobody, he's Josh dad." Kathlin said knowing that lying to him was useless.

" Oh, Josh it's nice to meet you. I'm Elliot, Kathlin's father and this is Kathy Kathlin's Mother" Elliot said pointing to Kathy.

Josh gave a faint smile and shook there hands. He then looked over towards kathlin and back towards Elliot. It was then when he looked at his watch and said,

" Wow, look at the time. I goes I should get going. I'll see you later Kath. Nice meeting you Mr. and Mrs. Stabler. Um, Bye.

Elliot waved good bye to him and waited for him to go out the door. Once he was gone for good he looked at Kathlin and said,

"Kathlin tell me where you got this." Elliot said in a demanding tone as he showed her the pills.

" Um, nowhere special just around."

" Just around isn't good enough, now tell me the truth."

" Okay Okay, I got them from Moms purse I was going to use them for when I was ya know ready."

Elliot looked at Kathy who looked as if she just had seen a ghost and said,

" Kathlin got to your room."

Kathlin did as she was told and left. When she was out of site Elliot turned towards Kathy again and said,

" What in the hell where you doing with brith control pills in your purse!?!"

Kathy looked towards the ground and said,

" Elliot keep it down your upsetting the baby" She said as she held her stomach.

" The baby's upset!?! Kathy is the baby even mine!?!" Elliot said looking as if he was on the verge of tears.

She went silent for a moment and said,

" Of course the baby is yours. Why wouldn't it be!?!" It was her turn to yell.

" Why would you have brith control pills in youy purse?" Elliot said in her face at this point.

Kathy looked towards the floor again and said,

" Because."

" Because what?"

" Because I was seeing someone else!!"

Elliot took some steps back. The look on his face made it seem as if he was going to hit her any moment but didn't. He sighed and said nothing. He grabbed his keys and his coat and walked out of the house.

Letting You In
Elliot drove to Olivia's apartment and buzzed the buzzer. As he waited for her to buzz him up he thought about what Kathy had said to him and it just mad him more mad then he already was to begin with. When Olivia finally buzzed him up to her apartment him went inside and sat down.

" El. what's wrong? Why you here so early?" Olivia asked in a worry tone.

" It's the baby." Elliot said not looking at her.

Olivia took a few steps closer to him and said,

" What's wrong with the baby El?"

Elliot looked up and his sea blue eye meant with her choclate brown ones and said,

" It might not be mine."

Olivia was at a stand still, she couldn't move, she didn't know what to say. When she finally said,

" What do you mean it might not be yours?"

" Just like I said, it might not be mine. Kathy was seeing someone else when we where... apart."

Olivia hugged him and said,

" Elliot I'm sure that everthing is going to be okay just give it some time."

Elliot stood up and walked off and couple of steps and yelled,

" I'm tired of giving it time Liv! I don't want anything to do with her anymore. I don't want anything to do with anything! I just... I just don't know what I want anymore in my own life Liv."

Oliva walked up and hugged him again, but this time a little tighter not wanting to let go. They stayed like that for a minute when Elliot pulled away and said,

" I know I want you in it though. You are my rock Olivia and if you left I don't think I would be saine anymore."

Olivia was speachless she didn't know what to say. She just stared at him. When she found herself being pulled towards Elliot she didn't think about anything anymore but the feel on his lips on hers. They shared a passionate kiss and wasn't about to stop it there when Elliot's phone rang.

" S-Stabler."

" Elliot?"

" Kathy, way are you calling?" finding himself getting mad again from earlier.

" Can you please come home? I want to talk to you."

" I really have nothing to say to you right now that doesn't invovle upsetting the baby."

" Elliot Please... I'm begging you."

Elliot finally gave in a hung up the phone without a good bye or okay. He looked at Olivia who seemed to be okay with it and told him to go. Elliot smiled at her for being so understanding and Kissed her. When he pulled away he whispered in her ear,

" See you tonight, and wear something...sexy."

Olivia smiled and watched as he walked away and into the day sky.

Home & the Case
Elliot drove to his house thinking of what just happened between him and his partner. He wondered after all these years that he just had realised that she meant more to him then his own wife. He then looked at his hand and though ' She's not my wife anymore. I don't even remember the last time I wore my wedding ring. I don't remember the last time I told her I loved her and meant more to her and not just because of the baby.' He slowly came back to Earth when he saw that there was someone at his house. He got out of t he car and walked into the house. When he was in he saw Kathy sitting with a man about his height, black hair, and green eyes. Elliot walked in freont of the man and said,

" Hey, I'm Elliot Stabler and you are?"

The man got up and said,

" Sorry man, I'm Jake, Jake Ryan."

" Oh Jake, Why are you at my house again?"

It was then that Kathy stood up and said,

" Elliot, Jake is the guy I was seeing when we were apart." She then put her hand on Jake's arm, who turned and smiled at he lovely.

Elliot sat down and looked at the two for a moment then he looked at Jack and said,

" So I guess you know that she's pregnant then?"

Jake laughed and said,

" I do now, she had just told me when you pulled up."

Elliot stook his head as a response and then looked at Kathy. She looked worried and said,

" Kathy what's wrong you look like something is bothering you?"

Kathy smiled and said,

" Nothing it's just that Jack thinks that the baby is his and I don't think that it is."

" What makes you say that?" Elliot said no standing up.

Jack then looked at Elliot and said,

" The baby's mine because we had sex a week before yall got back together." He said in a matter of fact tone.

Elliot found himself getting mad and then got ready to say something when his phone rang.

" Stabler."

" El, it me."

" Liv, what's up?" Looking at Kathy who seemed to be annoyed by her call.

" We have a case. She was beatin' and naked. Daughter called it in, She 6 years old Elliot."

Elliot noticed the sad and mad tone in her voice and then said,

" Where?"

" Her house on 23rd and 24th street.

Elliot took a deep breath and said,

" I'll be there."

After that he told her good bye and hung up the phone. He then put his attention back on Kathy and Jack. He smiled and said,

" Sorry but I have a case, we can finish this later okay?"

Kathy shook her had slowly and watched him walk out the door.

The Victim
Elliot had just pulled up to the sence of the crime when When he spotted Olivia talking to a officer about the case. He walked up to her and touched her shoulder. Olivia turned to him and said,

" Hey, the victims name is Terry Bennett. She was 35 years old. She has a daughter named Minni who is 6. She's the one who called it in."

" What about the Husband?" Elliot asked as they walked into the house.

" He's nowhere to be found."

Elliot looked around the house when he spotted the little girl. He walked over to her and started to make converstation.

" Hi, I'm Elliot What's yours?"

the little girl looked up at him and said,

" Minni."

Hi Minni, can you tell me what happened to your mommy?"

Minni then started to cry and said,

" Daddy hurt Mommy."

Elliot hugged her and said,

" It's okay, can you tell me how your daddy hurt your mommy?"

Minni shook her head slowly and said,

" He yelled at her, he told her that he didn't love her. He said that she was trash and worthless. He made mommy cry."

" Was that all he did? Did you hear him say anything else or touch your mommy in a bad way?"

Minni shook her head again and said,

" He pushed mommy against the wall and hit her in the stomach. Mommy kept screaming no please stop your going to hurt the baby."

Elliot looked at the little girl with shocked eyes and said,

" Your mommy was pregnant?"

Minni shook her head and started to cry again. Elliot hugged her once more and said,

" It's going to be okay Minni alright? I want you to go with the detective, he's my friend and he's going to go get you cleaned up and something to eat okay?"

" Okay, bye Elliot."

Elliot smiled at the girl and made his way over to Olivia. He told her what Minni had told him and they started to search around the house for any clues to tell where the father was.

Elliot and Olivia went through the house for about an hour before they called it quits. When they got back to the station to give the heads up to the captain they were meant with a man.

" Can I help you?" Elliot asked the man.

" Um, yes the woman you found today was her name Terry Bennett?"

" Yes it was, did you know her?" Olivia asked tell him to take a seat as she and Elliot did the same.

" Terry was m-my girl-girlfirend. I can't believe she's dead." The man said sobbing.

" Olivia sighed and said,

" I'm sorry, but Terry was married how can she be your girlfriend?"

The man got back under control and said,

" She was going to leave her husband because he beats her. She told me that she was going to meet me at Shane's tonight to talk about when she was going to do it. That's when I heard that she was dead."

Elliot stood up and said,

" What's your name?"

" Mike, Mike Logan"

" Well Mike where going to do everything we can to find her killer. Just give us sometime. In the meantime if you think of anything that could helps us out don't be afaird to call." Olivia said handing him her card.

Mike shook his head and left the 1-6. When he left the captain came out of his office and said,

" Who was that?"

Elliot cleared his throat and said,

" Terry Bennett's mistress."

Cragan shook his head as a response and said,

" Go home, We'll start freash in the morning."

The shook there heads and started to walk out the door. as they headed to the elevator Elliot looked at Olivia and said,

" Still on for tonight?"

Olivia smiled and said,

" 7:00 sharp, so don't be late."

Elliot laughed and said,

" Am I ever?"

Olivia gave him a look and they got in the car. The drive was silent when Olivia said,

" So how are things with Kathy?"

Elliot left out deep breath as if that was the last thing he wanted to talk about and said,

" As good as it will ever be."

Olivia shook her head and then said,

" Where are you taking me for dinner?"

Elliot smiled and said,

" Just wait and see."

Olivia gave him a pout look and said,

" That's not fair, how an I going to know if I just right?"

Elliot smiled again and said,

" Believe me anything you wear is going to be fine."

" Okay, I'm going to wear something that you'll never forget then."

Elliot pulled over to her apartment and said,

" That's what I'm counting on."

Olivia got out the car and told him that she would see him later. He told her the same and drove off. When he got home he saw that Kathy was asleep on the couch. He walked up next to her and told her to wake up. She stirred and looked up at him and said,

" Hey."

Elliot sighed and said,

" Why didn't you go to sleep in bed. The couch is not good for the baby."

Kathy sat up or at less tried to and said,

" I was waiting for you to come home so we could talk about earlier."

Elliot took off his coat and undid his tie and said,

" What do you want to talk about?"

Kathy cleared her throat and said,

" The baby what else."

Elliot sat down and what almost seemed out off the blue from its suddeness he said,

" I want a DNA test."

Kathy looked at him with wide eyes and was caught speachless.

Kathy looked at Elliot as if he had something crawling out of his ears. He looked up at her and said,

" What?"

Kathy cleared her thoart and said,

" Elliot this is so sudden, um, why now? You know the baby is yours."

" What better then to take the test to know for sure." Elliot said with a smile.

Kathy walked up to him and said,

" Elliot, I don't know are you sure you want to do this?"

Elliot shook his head yes and started to walk up the stairs and said,

" We will finish this later. Now I have a date."

Kathy looked at him with a shocked face but said,

" Okay, Who with?"

Elliot changed his shirt and said,

" Olivia"

Kathy shook her head in disoppointment. As she watched Elliot walk out the door and drive off.

Elliot knocked on Olivia's door wondering what he would see on the other side. When Olivia opened the door, Elliot was speachless. She was wearing a short black dress with 2 inch heals and not a lot of anything else. It was then she noticed that he had been staring at her and not said a word so she broke the silence.

" See something you like Stabler?"

Elliot nodded his head slowly and said,

" Yes, yes I do."

Olivia laughed and said,

" You look really nice."

Elliot smiled and said,

" So do you my dear. Shall we go?"

" Yes we may."

They drove to the most beauitful restraunt that Elliot could think of. There was candle like, miusc, and wonderful food. The order and started talking while they waited.

" This is really nice Elliot. You didn't have to go all out for me." Olivia said looking Elliot in the eyes.

" But I wanted to. And because you deserved it more then anyone."

Olivia blushed and looked away from him as he said,

" You know in all my years of being partners with you and after everything we have been though, I never thought that I would be sitting with you at dinner. Telling you how beauitful you look and much I want to be with you."

Olivia looked at him with a intense look on her face and said,

" Elliot, I've been wanting to hear you say that for a long time and now that you have I have nothing to say back but I feel the same way."

Elliot smiled and stood up. He walked around to her side of the tabled and said,

" May I have this dance?"

Olivia smiled and said,

" Yes you may."

She took his hand and they danced closely to the slow song that they where playing. Olivia rested her head on Elliot's shoulder and closed her eyes. Elliot took that time to take in her sent and it was intoxicing. She knew what he was doing and smiled to herself as he did it. Elliot then pulled her away from him and said,

" I don't want this to end."

Olivia shook her head and said,

" Neither do I but, you have a family Elliot."

Elliot groaded and said,

" Please don't bring this up now Olivia. Anytime but now."

Olivia backed up all the way and said,

" I'm sorry but this was a mistake."

She then got her things and left. Elliot went after her but when he got outside he didn't see her. He was amazed that she could run that fast in 2 inch heels and got in his car and drove to her apartment. He waited outside the apartment building until he saw her pull up in a cab. She looked down at him and made way to walk up to her place without saying anything to him, when he pulled her to him by the waist and gave a mind blowing kiss. He pulled away form her slowly to savor her taste when she whimpered from the loss off his lips and said,

" That was wonderful."

" Yes it was. I would like to do it again."

Elliot then leaned in a second time when his phone went off. He pulled it out and pushed the ignore botton and kissed her again. That was when Olivia's went off and she answered it.

" Hello?"

" Olivia, captain, I need you and Elliot to get down to Meloni's Bar. Looks like we found the dad there."

" Okay"

" Alright, and Olivia, get Elliot."

" Yes sir."

Olivia hung up the phone and turned to Elliot. He looked at her as if he had already knew and they got into his car and drove off.

As Elliot and Olivia walked into Meloni's bar Elliot was the first to spot the man sitting at the bar. he went over ti him and sat down. He looked at Olivia who shook her head slightly and he said,

" Bartender, let me have two beers please."

" Sure man." The bartender said.

Elliot looked over at the man and said,

" You look down, what's wrong?"

The man sighed and said,

" Got in a fight with my wife. She just doesn't know when to quit. I know she's cheating on me and I told her that if she kept it up it was going to be the end for her. She just didn't believe me until I made it happen."

Elliot shook his head and said,

" I know what you mean. Woman just don't know that once there married to a good strong man how good they have it. They just got to up and go fool around with them two-bite men."

The man laughed and said,

" I'm James, James Bennett."

Elliot stood up and showed him his sheilld her pulled the guy up and put his hands behind his back and said,

" I'm the police, and your under arrest for the murder of Terry Bennett. You have the right to remian Silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to an attorney if you can not afford one, one will be appointed to you by the court of law. Do you understand this rights?"

The man sook his head and was put in the back of the car. Elliot looked at Olivia who sighed as her phone rang she answered it.

" Benson."

" Olivia?"

" Who is this?"

" Dean."

" What do you want?"

" I was wondering if you could come by my office, I have something I want to ask you."

" Okay, see you when I get off."

" Alright, bye."

" Bye."

The Offender & The Knight pt. 1
Olivia had told Elliot that Dean had called her phone and that she was going to meet him at his office. Elliot told her okay and that he would see her at her apaprtment later. As she drove to Dean's she thought about what he might want with her and what was it that he had to tell her that was so important. Olivia knocked on the door of his office and waited for him to answer.

" Olivia." Dean said as he opened the door.

" You where expecting someone else?"

" No"

" So what was it that you wanted to tell me?" Olivia said as she sat down on the couch.

Dean walked over towards his desk and said,

" Come Here."

Olivia did as she was told and walked towards him. She waited while he got some papers together and handed them to her.

" What's this?"

" Read it."

She read and looked at Dean. He sighed and she said,

" Where did you get this?"

" That's not important what's important is that you find her missing daugher."

" How did you get this case?"

" It's been a cold case in the FBI for a while now. We didn't know it was connected to yours until your boss called."

" Oh"

" Olivia can I ask you a question?"

" Sure." Olivia said sitting back down.

" Are you dating someone?"

Olivia kind of taken back by the question sat up stright and said,

" Yes, yes I am."

"Oh, well...."

" Is there something you want to ask me?"

" I want to go out with you." Dean said sitting next to her on the couch.

The fact that he was right there next to her made her feel uneasy. So she moved away alittle. dean noticed and laughed. He stood up and said,

" Can I get you something to drink?"

" No, that's okay I think I'm going to leave but thanks for the info."

Olivia stood up and walked towards the door. As she got ready to open it she felt him pull her arm back and force her to looked at him. She got ready to yell at him when he pressed his lips hard against hers. She fought back only to have her hands pined above her head. She kneed him in the stomach and turned to open to the door, when he pulled her by her hair and threw her across the room. She let out a loud scream and tried to get up. He sat on her and forced her hands above her head again. She tried to fought back again when he hit her and said,

" Shut up!"

Olivia spit in face and said,

" Screw you!!"

" Love to."

Was is only reply when he pulled out a knife and held it to her neck. She whimpered and her eyes widen at the site of the sharp blade. Dean laughed and said,

" I want you, and I have for a while. Since you want give it to me I just have to take it by force. If you say a word, fight, or yell you will die."

Olivia couldn't say anything. She just wished Elliot was there to save her. She then turned her head from him and saw that her cell phone was laying on the floor. She then kicked him off of her and dove for the phone. Once to got it she ran for the door again. when she got the door open she stopped right in her tracks as she felt a sharp pain in her back. She looked down. To see the blood pouring out of her back where she had been stabbed. She fell onto the floor as everything turned black.

Olivia tried to reach for the phone as she saw out the cornor of her eye that Dean was walking towards her. she finally reached the phone and hit speed dail #1. She could hear it ringing when Dean hit her in the mouth and said,

" I told you that I would kill you and you just didn't believe me did you? So now I'm going to have some fun with you."

He then pulled her back into the office and locked the door. He looked at her helpless body and it did nothing but turn him on even more. He bent down and kissed her on the lips slowly making his way down to her neck.

oOo Meanwhile with Elliot oOo

Elliot was driving home when he heard his phone ring. He looked at the caller ID and saw that it was Olivia. He answered it and said,

" Hey Liv."

He didn't get an answer so her said her name again,

" Liv honey, you there?"

It was then that he heard her whimper is name. Then he heard a mans voice say,

" That partner of yours isn't here to help you now. Your all mine for the taking Olivia Benson."

Elliot yelled her name again louder so that even Dean heard him and Dean picked up the phone and said,

" Sorry Stabler but Liv can't come to the phone right now so leave a message at the dail tone."

Then the phone hung up. Elliot did an illegal U turn at a red light and speed off towards Dean's Office.

Elliot brust through the door of Dean Porter's to find Olivia on the floor have dressed and moaning. He ran up to her and put his hand under her neck. He rocked her and said,

" Olivia, Liv, it's going to be okay alright? Just stay with me okay? Keep your eyes on me. Come on talk to me."

Olivia tilted her head up to see Elliot looking down at her with worried eyes. She gave him a faint smile and said,

" I knew you would come for me."

Elliot kissed her forehead and said,

" Where's Porter Olivia?"

She tried to sit up but when she did it just made her dizzy. She layed her head back down on Elliot's lap and said,

" He ran when he heard your car pull up. he went out the window."

Elliot wanted to yell but was more worried about Olivia with her stab wound. He picked up his phone and said,

" This is Detective Stabler badge number 6313, we have a officer down on 23rd and 24th street. I repeat we have a 10-13 on 23rd and 24th street."

He rocked Olivia back and forth and rubbed her hair. Elliot was sorry and mad, but not only at what Dean had did to Olivia, but the fact that he didn't come in time to save her. He was more mad at himself then at Porter because he wasn't there. Olivia moaned again and said,

" Elliot don't beat yourself up about this. It isn't your fault. You didn't know that this was going to happen. You had no way of knowing."

Elliot groaned and said,

" But I did, I never liked Porter and I always was worried about you when he came around. I let you go away with him for a second and look what happenes to you. Look what happenes to the woman I love."

Olivia was taken back by what he had just said. She smiled at him again and said,

" I love you too Elliot and please don't beat yourself up about this anymore. Promise me."

Elliot smiled and said,

" I promise, but I will find Porter and when I do, I will kill him."

Olivia slightly shook her head and closed her eyes. She felt Elliot kiss her forehead again and he continued to rock her until the bus came.

Elliot leaned against the wall as he waited for the doctor to come out and tell him how Liv was. He couldn't wait to get his hands on Porter. The only thing that was keeping his rage inside was the fact that Olivia was just down the hall. He smiled at the thought of seeing her smile again and couldn't wait to be the one that put it there. He sighed when he saw the doctor come out of her room.

" Is she okay Doc?"

" She's going to be fine. Just let her get plenty rest, lie on her stomach and drink lots of fluids."

Elliot shook his head okay and then said,

" Can I see her now?"

the doctor shook his head yes and watched as Elliot ran down the hall. When he walked in the room he saw her lying on her stomach dosing off. He walked up to her and kissed her cheek. She stirred and opened her eyes. Once she opened her eys and looked at him all she could do was smile. He smiled back at her and said,

" God I'm so happy your okay."

" So am I, how long have you been here waiting for me?"

Elliot sat down and said,

" For about an hour or two. No big deal."

Olivia laughed and said,

" I just can't believe that this all is happening. To me no less, I always thought that if something like this was going to happen it would be in the line of duty and yet look at me. I let Dean do this to me. I let him....."

Elliot wanted to hug her and rub her back but remembered what the doctor hand just told him moments early and stopped himself. Elliot sighed a sad sigh and said,

" Olivia, I'm sorry but I have to ask. Did Porter-"

Olivia cut him off mid sentence and said,

" No, he only touched me and kissed me, but he didn't, he didn't..."

Elliot put his head on top of Olivia's and said,

" It's going to be okay, I'm going to have my revenge and when I do. No one will ever even speak your name without fear comming out of there mouth."

Olivia laughed and said,

" I'm sleepy."

Elliot kissed her one last time and said,

" Go to sleep, I'll see you when you wake up."

Olivia shook her head and went to sleep. When Elliot was sure that she was asleep he left her room and drove towards Dean's apartment. When he got there the desk man told him what floor Dean was on and when he got there. When Elliot broke down the door to find Dean asleep he walked up towards him and grabbed him by the shirt. Dean yelled at Elliot to stop and told him that he was going to get his badge taken away but that didn't stop Elliot from pounding Dean's lights in. When Elliot had realized that he had been hitting Dean to hard to where Elliot knuckles where bleeding hard, he stopped and walked towards the door. When he got towards the door he looked at Dean one last time and said,

" Not only was that for Olivia, but was also for me. You can take my badge if you want it because no matter what I will always have Olivia and that's all I need, but believe that if I ever catch you trying to do that to her again or to any other woman. Your ass is mine and I want only kill you. I will knock you 3 more feet under the ground got It?"

Dean moaned and said nothing. Elliot laughed and said,

" See you when I see you Porter."

With that Elliot walked out of Dean's apartment and made his way back to Olivia before she woke up.

I know that this has been E/O for a couple of chapters now but the case will come up soon

Intergation or Confestion
Elliot had just got back to the hospital when Olivia had started to stir in her sleep. She opened her eyes to be meant by Elliot's ocean blue ones. She smiled at him and said,

" Hey"

" Hey yourself" Elliot said back in a low but soothing tone.

Olivia sighed and said,

" You left me didn't you?"

Elliot looked at her with wide eyes and said,

" What makes you say that?"

Olivia laughed and said,

" I'm not an idoit Elliot. You left while I was alseep to go beat up Dean."

Elliot's voice got a little louder then he meant it to and said,

" How did you know that?"

Olivia pushed herself up on all fours and crawled towards him. When she got close enough to his mouth she smiled, kissed him, and said,

" I'm a cop remember? Doesn't take much to figure you out."

Elliot smiled and said,

" Your saying I'm easy?"

Olivia laughed again and said,

" To me your like an open book. I say that because you don't try to hide things from me anymore and your not afraid to say what you feel now. I'm glad that you don't block me out anymore, I'm happy that you love me in a way that I only have dreamt about until now."

Elliot kissed her and this time deeper then the kiss that they had just shared. He put power in his kiss. A force that went deeper then love went into his kiss. All of his feeling that he had been holding back from her since the first time they meant. He listened to her moan in his mouth and all he wanted to do was plessure her more when he heard a nurse clear her throat. He pulled away from her slowly and turned to see her nurse standing in the doorway of her hospital room looking down at the floor smiling. Elliot smirked and let a out a heart felt laugh and said,

" I guess I should go home huh?"

The nurse shook her head and walked out of the room. Elliot turned back towards Olivia and said,

" I'll see you tomorrow after work?"

Elliot shook his head yes gave her one last peck on the lips and walked towards the door when he got there he looked at her, smiled, and said,

" I love you Olivia."

Olivia sighed a tired sigh and said,

" I love you too."

Elliot walked out of the door and headed towards his house. As he drove home he dried the fact of having to face Kathy but knew that it would all be okay as time passed own. He didn't know why but after he kissed Olivia he felt that it was no use in boddling things up inside him anymore. He sighed and turned into his drive way. When he walked into the house he was not ready for what he was looking at. He stood there in sheer shook when he saw not only his wife, but his wife with her ex- boyfriend/might be the baby's daddy kissing on one another. Tounge and all! He cleared his thoart and watched as Kathy turned towards him. She licked her lips and said,

" Elliot... Hey."

Elliot closed and locked the door behind him. He put his stuff down on the couch nearest to him and said,

" Hey, nice to see you again, Jake wasn't it?"

Jack shook his head slowly and waited to be hit in the face. Elliot smiled at the sight of Jack's exspresstion and said,

" I'm not going to hit you Jack, I'm really happy to see you here though."

Jack then gave him an confused look and said,

" Why?"

Elliot smiled at him again and said,

" I need your blood."

Jack looked at Kathy and and then back and Elliot. He then stood up and said,

" My blood?"

Elliot shook his head and said,

" Please lift up your sleave and allow me to stick a needle in your arm."

Jack got a little scared at what Elliot had just said and the way it had came out of his mouth. He looked at Kathy again then back at Elliot once more. He gave Elliot a sideways smile and said,

" Bring it on."

Elliot laughed and pulled out a bag that held everything he would need and said,

" Cool, lets go have some fun."

2 weeks ago Elliot did the samples for the DNA test and turned them into Warner. As he walked into the station he was surprised at what he saw. It was Olivia sitting at Elliot's desk eating a peace of candy. Elliot walked up towards his desk and spawn the chair arond to where he was facing her. Olivia smiled and Elliot hugged her tightly. When he heard her whimper from him hugging her to tight he let up and pulled away. Olivia smiled and said,

" Hey there."

" Hey, why are you hear so soon? You are suposed to be at the hospital."

Olivia pushed herself up the best way she could out of the chair and said,

" The doctor said that all I have to do is take it easy and I'll be fine."

"Your on desk duty"

Olivia shook her head yes and then kissed him on the cheek. When she pulled away from him. Elliot smiled at her and said,

" What was that for?"

" That was for being there for me when I really needed you. And also for beating up Dean."

Elliot laughed and said,

" Your welcome."

Olivia walked over to her seat and said,

" Where are we on the case?"

Elliot sad down, sighed, and said,

" No where, the dad isn't letting up on anything."

" What about the little girl?"

Elliot sighed again and said,

" Tramatized."

It was Olivia's turn to sigh and say,

" Wow."

Elliot was about to say something when Warner walked into the Bullpen and said,

" Elliot I have the test results."

Elliot walked up to her and siad,

" What is it?"

Warner smiled and said,

" Why don't you open it and see."

Elliot opened the evolope and was shocked at what he saw.

Elliot opened up the peace of paper hoping that it was some type of good news. When he read the paper his heart stopped. He let out a breath and turned towards Olivia. She looked at him with worry in her eyes and said,

" Elliot, what's wrong? What does the paper say?"

Elliot smiled and said,

" It says that the baby is mine."

Olivia gave him a big smiled and hugged him tightly. She kissed him cheek and said,

" I'm so happy for you. Now more worring Elliot."

Elliot shook his head and said,

" No more."

After he said those words the captain came out of his office and said,

" The killer of the mother and her unborn child? He's struck again."

With that everything got silent and no one said anything for about 2 seconds. When Olivia looked at Elliot and siad,

" We need to find this man. It couldn't have been the father because he was in rickers all night. So who do you think could have done it that is in relation to Bennett?"

Elliot shook his head and said,

" We have a serial baby killer on our hands Liv, the question is not who did it, but when will he strike again?"

Seiral Killer
Elliot and Lake walked up to the door of the victim's house. Lake knocked on the door and waited for the answer. When Lake heard the sound of glass being broken he moved out of the way for Elliot to kick it down. As the ran inside with there guns drawn Elliot saw the man running out of the window. Elliot went after the man and down the fie escape. Elliot was close behind the man when he saw a long black peace of metal coming towards his stomach. Elliot yelled when it hit him and hit the ground. Lake came running behind him not long after and saw him laying there. Lake looked down and said,

" You Okay?"

Elliot shook his head yeah and said,

" Go"

Lake took off after the man when he heard a woman scearm. Lake then backed up and walked closely against the wall. As he turned the cornor, he saw the man standing with a little girl and a gun to her head. Lake turned towards the man and said,

" Put the gun down, you don't want to do this."

The man shook his head and siad,

" I'm not going to jail. You let me go and I let the girl go. Otherwise we both are going to die."

Lake took in a deep breath and said,

" Your better then this don't do it."

The man pushed the gun closer to t he little girls head and said,

" Let me go."

Elliot the came running up with back up and said,

" Martin you have nowhere to go just drop the gun and let the girl go."

Martin shook his head and said,

" All I want is for you to let me go."

Elliot shook his head and siad,

" I can't let you do that. I have to take you in for what you have done."

Martin sighed and dropped the gun. Elliot walked up to him and hand cuffed him. Lake went behind him and got the girl. Elliot looked at Lake who sighed and said nothing. Elliot put the man in the back off the car and they drove to the precinct.

As Elliot and Chester walked through the 1-6 doors they where meant by Olivia. Elliot sighed and went straight for his desk as Chester walked Martin to intergation room #1. Elliot sunk down in his chair and Olivia sat on the cornor of his desk. Elliot looked up at her and waited for her to say something. Olivia smiled at him and said,

" Tired?"

Elliot laughed and said,

" You think?"

Olivia's smile got a little wider and she got off the edge of his desk and leaned into his left ear and said,

" I can help you with that."

Elliot felt his heart skip a beat and he said,

" Really now?"

Olivia laughed and said,

" Yeah"

Elliot got up out of his chair and said,

" And how are you going to do that?"

Olivia walked towards her locker and said,

" Just wait and see Detective."

Elliot looked around the precinct to see if anyone was around and when he saw no one he smiled and leaned into her. Olivia got ready to say something when Elliot kissed her and said,

" I'll be looking forward to it."

Olivia got her keys out of her locker, winked at him, and walked to her car. Elliot got ready to do the same when his cell phone rang. He answered and said,

" Stabler."

" Elliot."

" Kathy, what's wrong?"

" The baby?"

Elliot got a shocked look on his face and said,

" What about the baby?"

Elliot was getting worried about what was wrong with the baby and why Kathy was taking so long to tell him. Elliot grabbed his coat and keys and ran out the door with the phone still to his ear. Elliot heard Kathy suck in a breath and then what she said killed him.

" The baby, might be...hurt."

Elliot stopped walking and almost dropped the phone. He leaned against the brick wall of the precinct and said,

" Where, where are you?"

Kathy sobbed again and said,

" Home."

Elliot hunged up the phone without another word and jumpped in the car speeding to the house. When he got there he busted through the door and found Kathy laying on the floor. As he ran to her, he saw that she was bleeding on the side of her face and said,

" What Happened?"

Kathy grabbed Elliot's hand for suport to get up and said,

" I fell, I was walking down the stairs towards the couch and I fell."

Elliot helped her towards the couch and said,

" How long where you down there?"

Kathy took in another breath and said,

" I don't know, it felt like forever, but what feels like forever could have been 30 minutes or so."

Elliot shook his head and said,

" Wait here, I'm going to call the doctor you just rest okay, take some deep breaths and try to relex."

Kathy shook her head and did as she was told. As Elliot made his way to the phone he stopped and stood in place as to what he saw on the floor. A jacket and not just any jacket but Jack's Jacket and it had blood on it. With that Elliot picked it up and made his way back to Kathy. He held it up and said,

" How long was Jake here?"

Kathy looked at Elliot as if she had just been caught in a lie and said,

" What?"

Elliot cleared his thoart and in a more demanding tone said,

" How long was Jake here and why isn't he here now?"

Kathy shook her head and said,

" I have know idea."

It was right then and there that he knew she wasn't telling the truth.

At that point Elliot was on fire. Not only could he not believe that Kathy had just laid to him, but the fact that she was being abuse by this pieace of scum just made his flesh crawl. Elliot dropped the jacket and went to go get the doctor on the phone. Kathy sunk down in the couch the best she could and let out a long and sad sigh. Elliot came back moments later and said,

" The doctor sad to bring you in for a check up just to make sure that you are okay."

Kathy shook heer head and reached up for Elliot to help her out of her seat. Elliot pulled her up gently and got his and her coat as they headed for the door. Once they where inside the car Elliot's phone went off. He looked at the caller ID and saw that it was Liv. Elliot sighed and answered the phone.

" El"

" Liv, not a good time."

" I'm sure but another woman has been killed, pregant just like the others."

Elliot sighed once again and said,

" I can't get to you at the moment, could you Lake or Fin to do it?"

Olivia was silent for a moment and then said,

" Sure, call you later."

" Kay, Bye."

" Bye."

Kathy looked over at him with an mad looked but said nothing. Elliot saw this and siad,

" Something wrong?"

Kathy shook her head and said,

" No El, nothings wrong."

Elliot shook his head slightly and drove towards the hospital. When they got there the doctor was already waiting for them. They walked towards the doctors office and started the cheak up. The doctor sighed and said,

" Okay, Mrs. Stabler what happened."

Kathy took in a deep breath and siad,

" I was walking towards theden to go sit on the couch when I lost my footing and fell down the stairs."

The dotor shook her head and siad,

" How long where you down?"

" About 30 minutes."

The doctor sighed and siad,

" Okay, I want you to lay on the table and lets see if the babys okay."

Kathy and Elliot shook their heads and headed for the other room. Once again Elliot's phone rang, he looked at it and then walked outside.

" Stabler"

" Elliot"

" Cap, what's wrong?"

" You need to get down here right away."

" What's wrong?"

" Someone sent you a letter."

" Who's it from?"

" Dean"

Kathy smiled and looked over to the screen showing there child. They could see the head and a little of the body. The doctor smiled and said

" Want to know the sex?"

Elliot and Kathy looked at eachother and at the same time said,

" Yes."

The doctor laughed and said,

" It's a...."
