L.m.f.a.o.

i wasn't expecting that, it made me spit out my water.
JaquiMichel
Wasn't this epi the original L/F season premiere? It was a pretty tense preview. Falacci looks like she's working everyone's last nerve.
TennesseCIFAn
I think Logan doesn't know how to act when he's NOT the one in trouble. Did you see the preview on the USA site, Logan's trying to find a place to hide! (or is that relief that Ross isn't yelling at him?)
gorens_veal
Falacci is cringe inducing in the previews.

My first thought about this upcoming episode, as Eames once said, "Can they print a hand gesture?"
Jryan
I just wonder if he get suspended or something, since he is throwing his gun on the bed or something. Then punching the wall. We saw Goren's apartment, now Logan's Bedroom or was it a sofa? Need to go back and watch, also was the Judge,Arnie? from Semi Professional? I just watched it once, need to go back and watch carefully, these are just a quick view impression.

Logan looks like he's trying to defuse the Ross/Falacci situation by heading for the door so both he and his partner can leave before they are banished to Staten Island.

Ok rewatched, It is Arnie! Logan does throw his gun on a bed, But who is the FBI jacket for? So who's Bed and who's Wall is he punching? Guess we will have to tune in to see.

That would be a good reason he is punching the wall. laugh.gif

I watched the preview again, and I feel sorry for Logan. Poor guy.

On the one hand he's probably relieved that he isn't the one getting his butt handed to him, but on the other hand I can see where he could sympathize with Falacci.

I think that he does well in the role of the diplomat. I'm goint to have to watch some of the logan epis with the hour two hours of netflix I have left.
musicwench
Seeing the preview for this I now know why Ross and Goren are getting along better. Compared to Falacci, Goren is a walk in the park for poor Ross. LOL
cluck73
Yeah, I think she makes Goren look like a kitty cat. Ross doesn't like it when anyone endangers his authoritative power.
jcsavestheday
It looks like Mike punches a hole in the wall of a hotel room (from what I can gather from the preview).

Hi Bubba here, bumped back to the first page.

The preview SOOOO reminded me when Bubba & I went at it last time. smile.gif

Second, I coined the internet use of calling Det. Firecrotch that.

Hopefully this redeems her.

Well the bedspread had flowers? So probably wasn't his, just the FBI jacket has me baffled. Unless someone killed themselves in that room. And he is mad. Oh I hate speculating, but I can't help it.

it goes back to what i said about hoping for the best:

Maybe it is the weak actors, or even the ON STRIKE writers that is causing this serious lack in greatness that we know it is. ("and every week we tune in to see if maybe this time, they'll have me at the edge of my seat, or really have me thinking about the human condition")

Gee. we must all be preoccupied with the strike. By this time last week there were 6 pages about Depths--several of those about the worst smelling place to live! But this episode looks like it will be GOOD! I love Falaaci at her most annoying!

I've noticed that the Logan episodes tent to not get a lot of pre-episode hype. However, I'm actually pretty stoked for this one. I think that it will be something for Chris to sink his teeth into. (also waiting for Falacci to get her butt handed to her on a silver plate, maybe then she'll straighten up)

I'm wondering why he punched the hole in that wall. That should be good. Logan flying off the handle always makes for good television.
omerta3
I don't think that is Logan punching the wall. If you look closely that man has different hair and body type. I might be wrong though.

perhaps that's one way to explain the FBI jacket...

I do think that it's logan, however. I'll have to double check. (sometimes he has brown hair. I don't know why. He needs to keep it black. that's just my opinion).

I think that you're on to someting. That explains the nature of the illusory FBI thing. Way to go omerta.

"Arnie" (Bruce MacVittie) is also the guy who shoved VDO in HLOTS: The Subway, isn't he...

And he was in Claire Dolan. And on Oz.

No wonder he looks so freakin' familiar. ;-)

Maybe we need a thread for guest stars that have been in CI multiple times. One woman (I don't know her name) was one of the women infected with an exotic virus by creepy Roger Stern in "Zoonotic", the woman who killed three of her kids in "Magnificat" (one of my all-time favorites), and the sister-in-law who "gets things done" (like killing her husband and brother-in-law!) in "Bedfellows" (one of my all-time least favorites).

She is also married to the guy in Phantom. Carrie Preston and Micheal Emerson.

Please, no!!! I did not like Barek. Couldn't hear her; mumbled all the time.

Isn't that the truth. Don't care much for Ross's character either. Or maybe it's the hair. He would have made a good 70's dude.

I haven't really watched any of the previews on tonight's eppy. I have had to tape them becuase they aren't on until 10:00 and that's my beddy bye time. I usually watch them on Saturday night.

Falacci or whatever her name is, is beginning to grow on me. The first eppy made her look pretty bossy, but I like the little smirk on her face. Need to re-watch the first ones.

Oh, BTW, whoever calls her Firecrotch...I love it!!!

I don't even pay attention to the continuity of the previews anymore. IMO, they are just snipets pieced together to hook us in and then the show is a little bit of a letdown when the actual scenes occur and have nothing to do with what is assumed in the preview.

I still get a little thrill when it is a G/E preview though.

Was this supposed to be the first episode with L/F, if it is Ross' getting angry is meaningless.

Not a fan of the soul patch, but dang, Steve Guttenberg with the open shirt! I'm shocked. Shocked, I tell ya.
jcsavestheday
What just happened...oooh chris took his tie off. YAY.
jcsavestheday
They really need to stop crying wolf with the previews...almost makes me wonder if this season is goign to suck...Amends was te only one htat met the preview hype so far.
Bubba_Bridges
Hi Bubba here, I was glad to see Steve Guttenberg again. I liked him in Short circuit and Police Academy.
LOCInumber1fan
This episode was "okay." I really liked Falacci being put in her place by the captain...
Not the best Logan episode, just okay...

Next week's preview looks confusing... They are using that same guy from "The Unblinking Eye" in Season 4.....

Totally agree. It is a bad sign when all the preview clips take place in the first scene.

Tru dat.
lucymiller
this was one of the best episodes with Logan and Falacci together, although some of their conversations sounded forced and out of place, like the husband and kids comment... anyways did any one else notice that Logan is wearing a ring on his ring finger and he's not married and Falacci who is suppose to be married isn't wearing one...
bugtussle47
this was good.. not great.. but I was entertained.. I think this episode may have orinally been scheduled for the first to air... with the way Logan addressed Falacci.. asked her what kind of name that was.. and so on.. also.. before the season started ..scenes from this episode were used in thier promotions.. so it was probably at least filmed first.

I thought the same thing.
lucymiller
I thought the same thing, i even told my husband "isn't that something you would ask/say when you first meet someone" but then he said "then how did he know she was married w/kids if that was their first day together"... oh well i totally agree with good but not great assessment.

I think it was origionally supposed to be showed first. Look at Logan's and Falacci's and Ross's profiles on the site. It mentions the first meeting between Logan and Falacci's first meeting, she was the hothead of the two, and it mentions also that Falacci's first interview with Ross was confrontational as well. This didn't happen in "Lonelyville," which aired first, so I think "Courtship" was origionally supposed to air first.
