I wish I could speak other languages. I haven't noticed, I might need to review.

THey are both extremely bright and self-controlled.

I refuse to believe that brady is his dad...so I see no resemblance.

Living in de nile JC? smile.gif Hey, ITA- I think they wants us to think Brady is his biology, but I am a naysayer to that. BUT I'm just listing what they have in common nonetheless.

they are both good observers , they enjoy profiling people (brady , possible victims , bobby possible criminals ) , they both talk German , they are charismatic , there is a strange tension between them , there are hints to brady's paternity... about the notebook ...how did brady know when had been bobby's birthday to send him that ''gift''?

One of the many reasons I don't think Brady is Bobby's father is that Vincent D'Onofrio doesn't look anything like Roy Scheider (g).

And that height has to come from somewhere.

Grandpa Brady, or his mother's Dad? My brother is tall and both parents are short. My grandparents had the height.

yeah but tony goldwyn doesn't look like he could really be his brother and in reality is actually younger than VDO not three years older like frank to bobby.

I could see them going either way on the series. Personally i'm in the brady camp...it's such a horrible thing to do to the character i know...but that does happen in families: when the husbands away the wife...well you know the rest. Granted the third party (God willing) usually isn't a serial rapist and killer, but it does happen. I think it would be particularly true for the time period as well, because divorce was so taboo and people were left in loveless marriages. There was a situation in a family i know where the husband was sent on a tour and asked a friend to "take care" of his wife and kid and came home to another baby one the way.

The subtle hints we've gotten it seems Frances and her husband's relationship was a volitale one and apparently she just has really crappy taste in men. How Goren ended up as well adjusted as he did is anyone's guess. I also just think it would be such a let down to build up this possibilty and then it turns out that Brady isn't his father. It seems kind of point less to bring it up in the first place. I do think it was evident in the body language between brady and bobby that brady was pretty convinced that he's bobby's father and i agree with most of sfeclitza's observations about their interaction/similarities.

Time will tell.

If Bobby is his biological son, he still doesn't look like him, doesn't talk like him and doesn't think like him. He is his mother's son and for that he should be grateful.
