I'm a shipper by nature but I do not want to see anything played out on screen between these two. Inuendo is nice however and makes me very happy! I do not want to see them with anyone else either. That would ruin it for me. I like the crime drama and the personal inuendo. To me that is a perfect mix.

I also don't want to see them with anyone else, it would make me puke. Everything you said tigervet I agree with. I wouldn't watch this show if it were about relationships, I want to see them solve crimes like always.

Maybe a little flirtation? A personal remark once in a while would be nice, even negative... "I like your hair better down." or " Don't wear plaids and prints." There is chemistry between E & O, in that Other L&O, even if it isn't quite romance. I've never felt as though Bobby and Eames have ever really looked at each other. I just watched many of the shipper vids sent in by fans. They don't really seem to be friends outside work. Or maybe I'm missing something.

If you have to ship then have Logan and Eames hook up (that could be interesting).

But generally I vote for no shipping. Goren and Eames are so not each others types.

I am a big BA shipper, and while I don't want to see anything explicit on screen, something more than how they're now wouldn't kill me (I haven't watched Smile yet).
So I wanna know but I don't wanna see much, and then I don't really wanna know, 'cos I have a very active imagination...

With Moose and Squirrel on The X-Files, there was what we called "UST" - unresolved sexual tension - that really fed the shippers. (I was a Friendshipper...)

On LOCI, I feel no such "UST" between Goren and Eames, but I like the way they interact amd work together (usually), and I wouldn't wanna see them partnered - in the NYPD sense of the word <wg> - with anyone else.

I voted "to ship" but I don't think it might happen any time soon, to me it seems that G&E love each other very much I just think that they are trying to not go there... like others have stated Goren needs Eames more than she needs him... but I don't think that the sexual tension is there (like in SVU , where it is clear) although I can see that they both need each other... I think most people can see the "I need a hug (maybe a kiss) from you" type of thing... let’s hope that if they ever did hook-up all they show is the kiss... lol If you think VDO then its hott if you think Bobby then it's awkward ...

I voted "No ship" because I believe if and when characters are hooked up romantically it's the death knell for the show. In Goren and Eames' case, I don't see anything there to even suggest they would hook up together.

I voted No Ship but after seeing your response,Vault. I think it would be very interesting if Logan and Eames became attracted to eachother as in "I AM your friend, Bobby but I loooove Mikey.

I loved her comment "Nice desk" to Mikey in Sound Bodies(?).

Would it change her loyalty to Bobby? how would Ross react?

I vote "no ship" I don't like to see that in any show...to me it is like jumping the shark...it kills the show...and it will kill SVU if it happens there

I don't sense tension in this show, and I don't in svu either. I voted on the fence because I think that it would kill the show, but they would be cute.

I voted No Ship. The vibe just isn't there. They're just not right for each other in that kind of relationship.

*sigh* You realize there is more than just friends and lovers right? There's all the messy stuff inbetween which doesn't have a label. The myriad different kinds of love you can feel which have nothing to do with romance at all, but are equally strong. The bonds that are forged like family even when there's no relation. Trust, understanding, loyalty, and caring can make better & relationships than just plain romance.

I think that their relationship is complicated. I think that they have tender feelings toward one another. In my opinion I think that i t could go either way. I question, however, how well they could function as a couple, though.

i have to admit i am a shipper with these two, but i wouldn't want it to become the focal point of the show...small inuendos or comments is more than fine with me, but date nights and skin bearing should be confined to fan fiction.

Idea for this Ship, so in JAG there were hints and what not through out the whole 10 years it ran, that the two characters Harm and Mac had feelings for eachother. [They were partners as well]. They actually kiss i think 3 times.... through out the time span on 10 years and nothing becomes of it til the last episode ever aired in the last 5 minutes where they end up getting together....[[i probably explained that bad]]

So how about when LOCI finally ends....the Shippers get 5 minutes of series finale...whenever that is!


I think i'm just craving a kiss out of the two...maybe we can stick them under mistletoe in one episode so it's just for tradition!

No shipping! Goren treats Eames as the younger sister he never had, a friend and someone to confide to. Why mess that up with romance?

I dunno, my older brother doesn't treat me like that, and my brother and I are best friends. To me there is something else going on there.

i just don't get the brother/sister angle...i know vdo has mentioned that he thinks of KE as a sister, but that doesn't mean that goren thinks of eames as a sister. I think they would have a more personal friendship if that was the case, which we haven't really seen, like we did between Benson and Stabler the first few season of SVU (them i see more as a bro/sis partnership). If anything i think you could argue that, though they care about each other, there is a certain distance i think they have placed between each other, which we caught a glimpse of last season. If they felt as comfortable as brother and sister there wouldn't be a need for that.

Good call, my brother and i seem more comfortable around eachother than they do...WAY more comfortable. If it was a brother/sister relationship they would confide more in eachother, Benson and Stabler are closer to Brother/sister type than B&A.

They are coworkers, who have worked a long time together, If they were females or both males, people wouldn't be trying to put them together. You don't see people trying to put Munch and Fin together.

that last line was hilarious, but just because i wouldn't mind a ship between Goren and Eames doesn't mean i think every male/female duo should be romantically linked--i don't--in fact with most others i'd be inclined to agree, but there's just too good a chemistry between these two that is very natural and not at all contrived like it is on so many other shows.

I'm a fence sitter on this one. I think they would be cute together but then they couldn't be as effective as a team. I think I'll just keep reading BA fanfics and hope the show stays as is.

They are partners and best friends why do people always want to see the leads together...SVU fans are worse than CI fans when it comes to shipping, but in the end if they do get together the show will have jumped the shark and it will be the beginning of the end of the show...

Munch likes ***women***, ladies and gentlemen...he's just not good at being married to them (he has 4 ex-wives, two of which show up on Homicide and he's cheated on women with other women). There is simply too much character background showing Munch as a heterosexual (albeit frustrated) male. We don't even have to address Fin having an ex-wife and a child...you can stop with Munch)

I stand by my original statement that, once the shipping lanes are opened and characters get romantically involved, the show goes the way of the Titanic. I hope LOCI leaves Goren and Eames alone. There can and should be situations where male and female characters work together and are friends without messing it up with an office romance. I for one would rather Goren and Eames patch up their differences and work at mending their partnership/friendship without complicating their situation with a disastrous romance.

I just can't suspend disbelief enough to see Eames all gushing over Goren. Nor the other way around. They seem(ed?) like close friends (until that freakin' "tainted" comment), nothing more. I don't see anything sexual happening between them. And I'm not closed to that, if the characters have that chemistry (Stabler and Benson do, imho), but I'd rather see their detective lives, not their bedroom lives.

I was a Mulder/Scully "friendshipper" for years, and when they finally kissed, I thought I was gonna throw up. Course I was into Doggett by that time. ;-P
