It's a thread on the WWE Divas, WCW Women, NWA Women, and the ECW Vixens.
Feel free to post some of the current and former NWA, WWE, WCW and ECW Women.

Hi Bubba here, thanks. I love the Nitro Girls when they was in the WCW.

I miss Molly Holly (she was great in the ring)
Fabulous Moolah (one of the greatest of all time, she's super tough and held that women's title for a lot o years, i saw a documentary about early women's wrestling and she was amazing in the ring, you don't see to many female wresters today do what see did)
Gail Kim is really entertaining
I'm real excited about TNA's women's division, it's alot better than WWE's.
(tryin to get my hands on some Japenese women's wrestling, those girls really put on show)

I was also a real big fan of Woman (Nancy Benoit), she managed Ric Flair for awhile, she was married to Kevin Sullivan, and was a ok wrestler (R.I.P) she did alot in the business
Big fan of Elizabeth too (R.I.P) who managed Ric Flair with Woman, and of course Macho Man, and Hulkster
Sensational Sherri was awesome - i saw her backstage (at my first WWF show) when i was 15 and she looked great. (R.I.P)
3 Great performers who are greatly missed.

Hey guys, just so you know:
Gail Kim is a 3x Women's World Champion.
In the Indies, she held the SSW Women's Title, the WWE Women's Championship and now, she is the 1st ever TNA Women's World Champion.
How about that?

I never liked Stephanie McMahon in the ring but when her and Trips held the Men's and Woman's titles i thought that was cool (for a little while).
i enjoyed when Lita and Edge held both titles. ( always liked Lita (Amy Dumas) i first saw her back in the old ECW days, plus she's real hot.

Hey guys, there have been some many great fueds involving the SD! Divas, but none of them stands on top of this one:
The Biggest Feud in SD! History, IMO is none other than 2 Women from Rival Companies coming together and giving a match that no one else can imagine:
WCW Alumni Torrie Wilson and the original ECW Vixen Dawn Marie
Torrie Wilson and Dawn Marie started feuding on SD! and gave the fans something to talk about.
Torrie was drafted to SD! during the Brand Extension Era, but Dawn Marie who came from the ECW singed with Vinnie Mac and soon, a rivalry was born.
Torrie was feuding with Good Friend Stacy Keibler, but with Stacy on RAW, Torrie needed competition and so, she had Dawn Marie to feud with.
Torrie and Dawn both appeared @ the 2002 Vengeance PPV LIVE @ The World in Time Square, but suddenly, the 2 have started a massive feud on SD! as well as on PPV, their 1st match they had on PPV was @ No Mercy and Torrie won the match, but then, Torrie and Dawn were surrounded by controversy, when Dawn was forced to do an HLA scene with Torrie in the Hotel Room, but then, that led to another feud @ the 2003 Royal Rumble.
On Christmas Day 2003, Torrie Wilson along with Dawn Marie and Sable all appeared on Holiday Tribute to the Troops 2003 and they took part of Santa's Little Helpers Match in which Torrie would end up being the winner, but then, Dawn and Sable got mad and then Torrie with those combat boots cleaned house on Sable and Dawn.
In 2004, Torrie and Dawn would soon end up in the ring again, this time @ Judgment Day, in which Dawn had a wardrobe malfunction.
In the summer of 2004, Torrie and Dawn along with Sable helped Eddie Guerrero auction off Kurt Angle's stuff for charity.
and in 2004, they appeared on Holiday to the Troops 2004 alongside Jackie Gayda Haas.
In 2005, Torrie and Dawn met once again in the Spring when they put on another great match, allowing Torrie to get the win with the Swinging Neckbreaker.
However, in 2005 Dawn Marie was fired b/c of her pregnancy, which lead for her to sue the WWE and she was also offered a TNA Contract by Dixie Carter.
and as for Torrie, she spent almost 2 years on RAW before coming back to SD!.
Today, Torrie and Dawn still remain Good Friends to this day in real life, and Dawn also attended Torrie's Wedding to Billy Kidman @ the time and Dawn along with Victoria became the Bridesmaid for their close friend Jackie Gayda.
and that's your look @ the biggest rivalry on SD!
Torrie Wilson and Dawn Marie

I really liked Dawn Marie, she was the manager of The Impact Players (Lance Storm and Justin Credible) in ECW (old days), she was real funny and a good performer in the ring (and yes, she's hot)
boe830
Oct 18 2007, 08:59 AM
I also really liked Tammy Lynn Sytch (Sunny) she was the girlfriend (not sure if they ever married) of Chris Candido (R.I.P) they were in wrestling a long time from Smoky Mountain Wrestling to WWE/WWF to ECW to WCW. Candido and Sytch were high school sweethearts and were always together in their wrestling careers until his death. (not sure what she's up to these days)

Hey boe830, here's soemthing else that you didn't know:
Dawn Marie has NEVER wrestled for the WWE Women's Title on RAW and she only made 1 RAW appearance and that was on the 2004 Draft Lottery which became the highest rated episode of 2004, and she has been the Heart & Soul of SD!
and also, boe830, listen to this:
Dawn Marie was fired 2 years ago from the WWE and after she had her baby, she filed a complaint against the WWE claiming wrongful termination.
and also, during the fall of 2005, Dixie Carter the President of TNA offered Dawn a TNA Contract and Dawn has shown interest in coming to TNA.
I hope that she wins her case and I hope that she comes to TNA and Vince needs to realize what kind of mess he got himself into.

It would be killer if Dawn shows up in TNA, i hope it happens.

Well let me ask you this:
DO you think that Vince McMahon is going to regret firing the REAL Talented Women who are PRO WRESTLERS?
and also, I hope that Dawn Marie wins her case against the WWE, Vince was STUPID to fire her b/c of her pregnancy.

I don't think he cares about wrestling, PERIOD!

and also, did you know that Torrie Wilson and Kimberly Page still remain close/private friends?
Now that's cool!

Hey boe830, here's something:
Gail Kim is still Close Friends with Victoria and she said that she feels bad for Victoria, Jillian, Mickie James, Melina and Beth Phoenix being in the WWE as well as Torrie Wilson.
and she also said that the WWE isn't interested in a Women's Division.
What do you make of that?
and how would you feel if Candice Michelle wins the Women's Gold next week?
and plus, I would LOVE for Stacy to go to TNA and become a manager, I mean So Cal Val said that their should be more managers instead of trying to make them into wrestlers.
and plus, Victoria and Stacy are still close friends with Gail Kim.

So are Jillian Hall, Torrie Wilson and Cherry.
I mean Jillian Hall is stuck with that stupid singing storyline, Torrie Wilson wants to be taken seriously and she admits that she is tired of being in all of those beauty contests and also, Cherry is getting nowhere.
and also, I would LOVE for Stacy to comeback to TNA as a manager and Lilian as a Ring Announcer or an interviewer.

Yes i totally disagreed with them letting her beat Jillian so fast this past monday, i mean how dare Candice interupt her singing!?!?!?! But Candice isn't my favorite, but she has majorly improved, so quit dissing her so much, just because she did playboy shouldn't make you go against her. You want Torrie to be taken seriously, but how can she when as long as she has been in wrestling and hasn't learned any new moves yet or improved at all. Candice has been in it almost 3 years and is way passed Torrie's level, and look how long it took Torrie to learn a clothesline! Torrie is WWE's eye candy and she is used for the advertising, i mean how many times has she done playboy???????? So stop dissing Candice, because she has learned alot of new amazing moves. I mean she does the unprettier tnalockdownfan! And you can't tell me thats not interesting. Yes i admit your facts and knowledge helps when you post about news in wrestling, but just because you do doesn't mean what you say goes. Torrie is not better than Candice and thats a fact. How long has Torrie been in wrestling???? I know atleast since 2000. And Candice debuted almost 3 years ago. And Candice already has a better move set. WWE doesn't tell Torrie every move she can and can't use. Even if she tried a round-off kick she would fail and fall flat on her face. You always complain that Kelly, Layla, Brooke, Ashley, and Maria are all eye candy. Well you can think Torrie for that! She is the queen of eye candy and thats all she is for. Atleast if Candice went to TNA she would have a chance against someone like Awesome Kong instead of Torrie. Well you know i hope Torrie does go to TNA and gets squashed by Kong. And if she is in TNA she won't have to be crammed down the rest of the WWE fans throats! Candice is way past Torrie in wrestling ability and there isn't one thing you can say to make me change my thoughts on that.

and also, wwe.com did an interview with Kristal when she was discussing her thoughts on Bob Barker retiring from television and also, I wonder how she feels about Drew Carey hosting the show.
So guys, what do you think about all of this and also, do you think that she'll go back doing Game Shows?

Oct 20 2007, 07:50 PM
Hey guys, here's what I found from a friend of mine:
It's a Sable Interview, check it out:
It was March 31, 1996. The fans in attendance for World Wrestling Federation's WrestleMania XII at the Arrowhead Pond (Toyota Center) in Anaheim, Calif., were abuzz for the return of the Ultimate Warrior. His opponent, a young Hunter Hearst Helmsley.
Where the match itself was relatively forgotten, the woman on Helmsley's arm that night will forever be remembered. The blonde bombshell, Sable, became one of the major contributors to the Attitude era during the late 1990s.
''I see no reason why a beautiful, intelligent and strong woman should be displayed as mere eye candy,'' said Mero.
Before diva became WWE lingo for female talent, Sable, also known as Rena Mero, was the epitome of the word. Male fans stood in awe of her looks, while women admired her as a strong and independent figure.
Her popularity matched the star power of her male contemporaries, Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock.
Mero's ability in the ring with adversaries Luna Vachon and Jacqueline Moore was a big reason WWF felt comfortable enough to resurrect the women's championship since it was thrown in a garbage can by Madusa on an episode of World Championship Wrestling's Monday Nitro in 1995.
In spite of the success, Mero left the business in 1999, filing a $110-million lawsuit against WWF, citing sexual harassment and unsafe working conditions.
For Mero, 40, it seems the more things change, the more they stay the same.
``The new generation of WWE divas can barely wrestle at all. Sure there are a few exceptions. Divas like Beth Phoenix, Victoria and Mickie James walked into the company with good wrestling skills, but for the most part the company hires these models with no wrestling experience, just to serve as little more than pieces of meat.''
After Mero and WWE buried the hatchet, she returned to the company in 2003. That stint didn't last long, as she parted ways with the company in 2004, looking to spend more time with her family. A year later, diva Dawn Marie was released shortly after her pregnancy. She filed her own lawsuit against the company.
''I think that a woman becoming pregnant should be perfectly common to them by now,'' said Mero, who has a daughter. ``While it does affect our ability to wrestle and do other physical activities, it does not change the way the audience responds to us. A diva should be able to get some time off for pregnancy without fearing her career will be on the line.
``It should be treated as simple as an injured wrestler. They should have their period of time to recover and return as they left, if not better. As for women getting fat, I can understand the company's view on the subject. In wrestling, you need to be physically fit and appearance is very important. Someone who is not aware of this is clearly in the wrong business.''
Rena and husband/former wrestler Marc Mero (Johnny B. Badd) divorced. She is currently married to former champ Brock Lesnar.
''It just seems that everyone knows me by this name [Rena Mero], so I thought fans would relate better by it,'' she said. ``In my personal life, I go by Rena Lesnar.''
Slowing down, a change for the former Playboy cover girl, but Mero still travels occasionally with Lesnar, who also left WWE, to support him when he wrestles in Japan and through his growing mixed martial arts career.
Mero does keep her eye on the changing world of pro wrestling. Former WWE women's champ Candice Michelle is one of her favorites.
''She has really grown a lot as a wrestler,'' said Mero, who is friends with Michelle. ``She's no longer just another pretty face. She's like an early version of Trish Stratus, and I am very proud of her.''
Michelle was a product of the oft-criticized WWE Diva Search, an annual competition where the contestants battle for a contract with the company.
''Divas should not be chosen based solely on their looks, and I don't believe that a volleyball match or a hula-hoop contest determines any real talent,'' said Mero. ``Former Diva Search winner Ashley has managed to rise above it, but the most recent winner, Layla, is still devoid of any real wrestling skills or even acting skills. Her character is merely an extension of Kelly Kelly.
``WWE should eliminate the Diva Search and concentrate on finding real Divas such as Trish, Jacqueline, Ivory, Lita and a few select others.''
Rena spent some time working for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. The company is building on the image Mero and other early divas left. TNA recently crowned its first women's champion, Gail Kim, a diva and a wrestler, putting more emphasis on wrestling.
''I think that TNA might become the future of wrestling,'' said Mero.
Lesnar has been in reported talks on several occasions with TNA head Dixie Carter and Kurt Angle about working for the promotion when he isn't preparing for a mixed martial arts fight.
``I've heard about how WWE has lost ratings in the past years. TNA has a lot of up-and-coming new talent, as well as some former WWE wrestlers and divas, and it seems that their attitude toward women wrestlers is a positive one. I could definitely consider a possible future in TNA if I were to come back to wrestling.''
While a return to pro wrestling remains in question, she is content being a mother, wife and just plain Rena.
''Sable will always be a part of me, but it's not who I am,'' she said. ``I wish my fans would keep that in mind more. Even people who know my name still refer to me as Sable. I understand how many actors are typecast. I just never thought it would happen to me.''
Well guys, I want to know what are your thoughts on all of this.

Meanwhile in wwe-the good tech wrestlers-Melina-Miki James & Victoria-are getting NO push?? Would love to see these lovely & skilled ladies come to TNA & stick it to Mc Mahon & wwe!!

I'm not a Sable Fan or a Candice Michelle Fan, I just found it from a friend of mine and she's not a Sable Fan either, and besides, Sable isn't good and neither is Candice and that's my opinion, and whenever Candice is wrestling, I turn the TV off, but I am a Torrie Fan, but it's just that Torrie is tired of being eye candy.
and I don't think that Sable needs TNA and also, Candice said that she wants to pursue an acting career, and I don't think that she is TNA material and I won't give neither Sable or Candice their props, until they take wrestling seriously then I won't give them their props.
and I don't take neither of them seriously.
