nod to that. keep an eye out at target cuz sometimes they sell boxsets for $20
Though probably not the most budget-wise choice, I've also seen them on the shelves at Borders Books and Barnes & Noble in Sacramento, (In addition to the first 3 full seasons, the First Episode of the First Season is available as a single. Since it is also on the First Season Box Set, you might want to be alert, if someone tries to sell you something that sounds too much cheaper than the apparent market price.
In addition, if this interests you, I noticed yesterday (Oct 13), that Amazon.com is now advertising all Season 5, 6, and 7 Episodes (after first airing, of course) for download. As far as I know, Seasons 5, 6, and 7 are not available on DVD or VHS Tape; and, I can't figure out what happened to Season 4; but, I took advantage of the Season 6 Marathon to Tape every episode I could; they are a little out of sequence; but all there.
I would hope, if they aren't going to release Seasons 4 and 5 on DVD soon; USA will run Season Specific Marathons on a couple of weekends, to allow "the obsessed" to make those episodes part of their collections. (Note, for most working people, Thursday daytime Marathons don't work well for recording; as one can't get tapes that will record 10-12 hours on a single tape. Also, if I tape while watching, I pause through the commercials, which shortens the time of each episode and allows more episodes to fit on each tape.)
