Her name is Erica Gimple i think she sings in a couple abulms but she doesn't have her own i would have to look more into it.

Erica Gimpel sang the Song "What If" in that episode and "Christmas All Year Long" in the episode "A Merry Little Christmas". Both songs were written for the episodes by Steve Bramson & Pamela Philips-Oland. She got her start in the 80's TV show "Fame" and has appeared in many TV shows and made for TV movies. Neat i saw the IMBD information i remember now that she sang "What If" starting to remember " A Merry Little Christmas" song thanks for the info.
