Maybe that's how Elliot goes blind. He's having fight with Dean and whilst taking out Dean(becasue we all know he would) he gets two black eyes which get all swollen so that he can't see. And of course Liv comes to his rescue and thus the start of an E/O romance.

Like, not United States of America, I'm talkin' the cable network USA (i.e. the forums that we're on)...it can't stand for United States of America, because 1, that wouldn't make sense, and 2, all of these lovely folks from Aussie-land (lol) and Canada wouldn't be able to get it...would they? Just kinda wondering...

I found this forum looking for e/o fiction. I can't remember what I typed into google, but the link that came up was for the shipper's thread recommending a fanfic in the fanfiction thread. Serendipity....or whatever. Lol. Now, whenever I need to find it, I just type usanetwork forum svu into google and I come straight here.

Have you found what it means yet?

I found it in a desperate attempt to watch the Season 8 episodes around the same time as America. It said that this forum had videos, but turned out they weren't the ones I was looking for. Anyway I just type in Law and Order SVU into google and its like the fifth website down. Anyone can access it. I still think it means United States of America.

I'm not a shipper, but I don't enjoy reading about El and Liv. They are the best cop duo ever.

While MH and CM have terrific chemistry (as is), their partnership is one of a kind. I don't want them to go there ever, but sometimes, I do go, "hhhmmmm"...

I just saw that you started out by saying you are not a shipper but yet you are posting in a shipper thread. I just don't want fights to break out. Welcome! And it ain't so. You're free to post in any thread, even this one. The whole purpose of having a separate EO shipper thread is to avoid too many arguments with those who don't like the pairing. Like Mary82 said, while you may not necessarily like the pairing, you're still free to post. It's just that there are others who are so strongly opposed to the idea that they can be harsh in criticizing, and letting their opinions known. It's just better to avoid conflict. Friendly debates, however, are welcome.

Yes, the arguing doesn't really make sense sometimes, especially if the topic of argument has been around for as long as the show has been. We all want to hear differing opinions on various subject matters. The separate thread is not so much for limiting ourselves to those with the same opinions, but simply for avoiding potential conflict. Like you said, you want to hear from everyone as long they're respectful, key word being respectful. Bottomline is, some are just not.

You may think that way and that is completly cool. But the history with shipper/non-shipper arguments is legandary on this board. LOL! Thats why I had the title be Elliot And Olivia shipper thread instead of just SHIPPERS!!! Like the other thread. It was closed down because of all of the fights and negativity between shippers and non-shippers. But you are more than welcome to post. I am just forewarning you that if it is against shippers they will come back with a vengance.

Lol, I just hope the non-shippers no that we don't hate them or anything. I love talking to them and hearing what they have to say, (i'm trying this new open minded thing lol, bear with me) but the arguments were getting bad. But we still respect eachother and are promising veiwers to SVU lol.

So anyway, about E/O...I hope this next episode has some E/O in it. I mean at least some eye contact. Come on, we've waited a long time. Too long!

You can post where you want, but you have to realise that you're going to come up against very passionate e/o shippers that will not agree with you. The reason we set this thread up was so that we could avoid people like you (and e/k shippers) who totally disagree with us and to avoid arguments that were occurring in other threads.

What does everyone think the divorce meant? Is it just to tease the shippers to get them to watch, because it really got my hopes ups, and now they are down. Why drag out a divorce for 3 seasons, have Fault, Fat, Web, if it didn't mean ANYTHING? Are you kidding me? It had to of meant something. Or still means something....

Honestly I just think it gave the writers the ability to keep some more distance between Elliot and Olivia. I honestly believe that it allowed the writers to keep the two to remain partners until the very end...then the real fun begins.

That was certainly and error because although I am not a shipper, I do enjoy reading about El and Liv because they are the best cop duo. I don't want them together, but the chemistry is undeniable.

It was all just one big tease!!! Rope in the shippers and then crush them by having El go back home. Yep, I'm convinced that's what it was.
