Wanderlust season one- i think its in this thread where a member on here Scar talks about how there is a lot of E/O and i guess we must of missed this one! haha

Paternity's hug made me cry.

Good or bad cry? It was heartbreaking, but you could just see the emotions running through their faces. No words necessary. Reminded me of Grissom and Sara from CSI. Like a whole conversation took place in that hug and nobody made a sound. *faints*

lol yes the Elliot dream that olivia had. She was at the hospital sleeping of course and she kept saying "elliot...Elliot...."
then the girl next to her says "who's Elliot?" and she wakes up and then they have a convo about something else...then she goes "i didnt say anything else did i?" and the girl goes no and Olivia just nods her head, then the girl goes "so spill who is he?" Olivia goes "nobody" and the girl says doesn't sound like nobody and then she mimicks Olivia lby saying"elliot...oh elliot!" lol it was AWESOME!!!!!
and um they never actually said that they loved each other or anything, that's what pisses us shippers off that the writers or Mr. WOLF here hasn't done that yet, but we wait...and wait...and then wait some more til we get something. The most we got was from the Eppy Fault...but yess!

Welcome to the EO love train!

Wanderlust and Burned are my all time favorites, but imsvu pretty much summed up the famous EO eppies. I think some of the best EO is in season 1 because the chemistry is new, and they're young, and it's touchy flirty. But I don't think that you'll appreciate it until after you've seen all of the really hot and heavy EO episodes in Seasons 7-9. They really hooked and reeled us in after the episode Fault, but it got dramatically serious. So to go back and see them new and fresh is nice.

Season 8 was a huge tease, but there are historical EO moments in this season that are a must see. They led us on with HUGE hints of an EO hook up and then Elliot kisses Dani Beck- BARF- and Kathy gets pregnant Double BARF! Booo! Big tease! I can't remember all the names of the eppies, but good moments to look for are --Olivia saying "Elliot" in her sleep, Elliot and Olivia silently drinking coffee in the diner-that one is called "Choreographed"(TENSE AHHH Yummy), Elliot and Olivia talking about giving each other a kidney in the elevator, "Burned" EO porch tea, EO in "Philadelphia", Court house scene Elliot tells Olivia that Kathy's pregnant "Screwed".

As far as season 9 goes- It's been a really disappointing season for EO. There were two good moments and they were moments that cemented the relationship into a more brother and sister relationship, more than a romance, and I think that's why people have been a tad upset. But the moments were still good. For instance.---
Feelings have never been addressed. It's always remained ambiguous. Which is why Paternity is so awesome and disheartening at the same time. It's like they FINALLY hug, but Kathy and Elliot are stronger than ever. So it's like they are acknowledging that they love each other, but the love is at an arms length. Although- it's nice to know that someone so new to EO found that moment to be romantically wonderful, so maybe I'm thinkign about it too much and there's still hope.

At any rate, The EO way of saying "I love you" is through words like "It's okay. You're okay. I'd give you a kidney. You were never gun shy before. Yeah, well things change." AHHHH- okay if you've never seen any of the episodes that those quotes will mean nothing to you. Go watch some SVU woman!

Those are most definitely the best EO moments. Such good memories.*sigh*. The eppy where Liv is saying Elliot in her sleep is "Infiltrated", it's a good eppy. I love Burned though, I have pictures of that eppy plastered all over the inside of my folder.LOL

I see what you mean about Paternity, but I don't know, maybe it's just me wanting to see something more, and there was definately more love flowing from Olivia than Elliot in that hug, but it just screamed comfort and safety. Everything love SHOULD be. It was so much more than "I'm glad you're okay." This was the first big E/O scene I've seen, so hopefully I won't be dissapointed with everything else I see.

They would give each other a kidney? *dies*

I may be wrong, but was there a case where they go undercover as husband and wife?

I've watched it like 4 times in the past three days. I just love the part where Elliot is hanging over her at the computer. I swear it's like sex. It's like they are entwined BUT they aren't touching. And then the Benson finger twirling and both heads turn... GAH!!! It's amazing.

Hey peeps, if I can figure out how to get that scene onto my computer can you guys tell me how to make it into a moving signature? Or does anybody have that on their computer and could you put it on Youtube so that I can have it on my computer AND then I can make it into a moving signature. I LOVE that part! AHH! Okay, I'm either nuts, or Season 9 has truly sent me over the EO edge.

I thought I was going crazy, because I always thought i was the only one who noticed the MH finger-twitching. If you look at any episode where MH uses her hands, or has them at her side, she's always moving her fingers. Like she's itching to touch Elliot. Hot. You can see it mostly when they're walking down corridors and stuff. And is it just me, or do you guys watch closely to see if they brush hands when walking next to each other?

AHH! You are not crazy.. It's brilliant! The MH finger Twitch. MMMM! I can't get enough of it. AND I tried to count the number of times they almost hold hands in Wanderlust, because it's a lot, but I got distracted by the amazing amount of Sweet EO there is and then lost track.

Now you guys are gonna see that eppy and I will have built it up so much that you're gonna be like "What the hell, Scar is nuts! It's not that good." The case is crap. Ignore the case. Ignore the woman from Tool Time, becasue she's weird...and bad. The EO is magical!

It's not an EO eppy. I think Scar's trying to tell you that they were leading towards EO and then BAM! Dani "the man" Beck and El share a completely uncomfortable kiss.

Anyway, speaking of hotter things, who wants another EO moment I just saw today? Everyone? COOL!

Identity (Season 6) was on today, and if you watch closely, at the end when they arrest the twins because one of them killed the dude (I'm trying to retell this eppy without spoiling it completely) Elliot and Olivia are in the room that looks into the interrogation/interview ones. Casey's there as well, and Elliot says "we'll never understand how close they are" and then BANG, he takes a step towards Olivia. Just like that. BANG! Lol. It's done really well, and I never picked it up before, and it may just be coincidence, but I like to think otherwise. And will continue to think otherwise. And what Elliot said is subject to change because I need to get what he said verbatim....cause it might be wrong..so I'll edit it, if it's wrong. But I got all warm and fuzzy.

And the EO "I-can't-believe-that-idiot-thinks-we're-that-stupid" looks were in full force!

AHHH- I just saw Identity too! My husband always says "Is that the one with the scary boy girl? Damn I swear, that's the only one that's ever on." Then he stomps his feet and makes fun of it the whole time. Which is probably why I missed the EO. I'm gonna rewind ye' old DVR and watch that part again.

As for what I meant earlier. Mrslee, basically summed it up. I just meant that the whole season---until Kathy came back into the picture, the writer's were implicating that EO could actually happen. They were going through similar issues to that of a couple who had dated.

Even when Elliot kissed Dani- they still implied EO by adding Olivia pining for him in her sleep and Elliot jumping everytime her name was mentioned. Now had those to small- yet- pivitel moments hadn't happened and Elliot still kissed Dani, I would have surely given up on EO at that point.

But then she comes back and there's sexual tension and there's a hint of jealousy (whether you want to argue it's because Olivia was jealous of the partnership between D and El or if it was the romance she was jealous of) YOu have to admit, she was jealous.

If you want me to point out any episodes of potential hook up during season 8 "Burned" would be it-- BUT honestly, the episode that never aired. You know, the "Special" episode. Yeah, that episode had EO in it and would have taken place after "Burned"---that was the episode with EO kissing in it. ??? Kidding- that was a joke- there was no secret eppy. Unfortunately that episode only exsists in my mind.

But uh- am I being clear or has my tired brain gone completely A.D.D on you guys?

Ok, I watched the scene again, and Elliot says "That's not gonna happen, they're way too close." and then he practically bashes MH with his chest as he steps up behind her. Hot.

Also, I've been doing a lot of thinking, and for some reason I have EO on the mind a lot this week. When I should be doing other stuff...LIKE UNI WORK! Anyway, in Season 6, Dr. Hendricks was present for the most EO episodes (weak etc); somehow, she seemed to bring a lot of feelings between the two to the surface. Im wondering if her return in Philadelphia last season was a purposeful choice by the writers as some sort of shout out to EO. I mean, the writers could have made up a fake doctor and had their un-biased opinion, but they had Hendricks (who had witnessed a lot of EO tension) do it instead.

What do you think?

Now, I'll go back to the one-shot I'm writing. Woohoo! EO!.....

I love Mary Stewart Masterson. She kicks so much butt. And I absolutely think having Dr. Hendricks was a specific choice- for exactly that reason Mrslee. She saw their closeness way back then. Olivia practically shot fire at her the second she walked in the room. I also think it's interesting, that Elliot wanted to date her and she turned him down. They never really say why, but my theory was that she knew he was meant for Olivia, and she didn't want to get involved with that triangle.

Another reason I think they chose to bring her in, was because she kind of helped Elliot out of his anger management issues. She could make a good judgement on how well he could control himself, even under the "Too Close" pressure.

It was once again another huge innuendo for EO feelings. Olivia was never jealous of Kathy, but she had a very distinct dislike and even jealous tick towards Dr. Hendricks and then Dani. Some can say that's her mama bear instinct to keep Elliot with his family, but I also think it's her way of protecting what's hers'. To have the first woman who jostled your only relationship- then be the one person to keep that relationship together- AHHH- That's brilliant writing my friends. I can't even describe that kind of relationship, the eo/dr. Hendricks relationship, but it gave me chills.

I don't think Elliot ever really wanted to date her, did he? He definitely held her doctor credentials at a higher regard than any other psychiatrist/doctor. But I think that his relationship with her was innocent (to a certain extent) but Olivia's jealousy made it seem more than it actually was. I think Hendricks totally noticed that there was something way more than just partners between the two of them as soon as she interacted with them.

I love how the writers added her into the mix in season 6. I found her return in season 8 as odd, but now I realise that it was probably a purposeful choice and now I go squee.

Them getting their money together for the homeless lady. Really cute.

Them arresting Hector Ramirez (Olivia: Watch his teeth. Lol!)

Them in the interview room at the end about being really close.

There are more...but they're more of the brushing against each other that we know at really, really love.

I was watching it too. It's always on, but I still love it. LOVE IT. I noticed the bit at the end when Elliot talks about them being too close and he steps next to Liv like the first time I saw it, and I was like Mum look did you see that, he was totally hinting at something, and then of course Mum said I was mad and I read to much into these things, but I KNOW it was a HOT EO moment. LOL

So I'm not crazy? I love that part. Cause it's such an obvious move by the writers and actors. There's no other reason for Elliot to move that close to Olivia after saying that. None. Except to prove a point. AND he does.

Exactly. But I'd never noticed it before. This time round, I'm watching the season 6 episodes with an EO-fine-toothed-comb. And I'm finding an incredible amount of stuff. Can't wait for tomorrow's eppy!

BTW, according to the Monkette's Look of the Season magazine, "Infiltrated" is season 8 not 6, and "Fault" is season 7 not 6 as someone else pointed out.This post is a little scattered, but was it in "Identity" where Benson and Stabler step into an elevator then Hendricks jumps in unexpectedly? Talk about awkward moment. Especially with the look on her face that says "I should have just taken the stairs 'cause clearly three's a crowd, but I really want to tag along and play cops and robbers with the cool kids." I'm probably in the minority here but I have such a strong dislike for her character.

Seriously, though, remember "Stalked"? That was also chock-full of delights. Then in "Starved" there was also that scene where Stabler has this weird look on his face after Benson received an email from Romeo. Also, when Casey suggested that they should have waited for him to attack Olivia, he looked at Benson as if to say "that's not even an option."

I swear the energy and excitement in this thread is "Contagious."

That was very clever. And Stalked is one of the best EO eppys of season 1. Elliot practically makes out with Olivia before she heads into interrogate White because he pulls her so close.

And I noticed the awkwardness of the Elevator in Identity as well. What was funny though, was that in Weak, Elliot was all for Hendrick's involvement. But in Identity, he just seemed irritated by her presence. Any ideas as to why? I'd like to know the conversation he and Olivia had between the eppys.

There wasn't any E/O (unfortunately) in Unorthodox because it was a tandem eppy. Olivia was in it maybe a minute

What happened in Quary?

Season 9 premieres here in Australia on February 14th.

Quarry is the episode where Olivia gets mail and inside is a picture of a missing kid and a map to where he's buried. It's hard to explain the episode, but it's great.

EO moment: Last 3 minutes. EO gold.
Olivia: "Half my genes are drunk and the other half are violent and cruel."
Elliot: "And look how great you turned out"

Wow, so you guys are catching up with us, yay now you can see all the good and the bad. Ok, now I remember quarry.

Well, I'll at least know which episodes to have little or no expectations for. But the thing I'm worried about, is that the channel that airs SVU will air it in fits and spurts because there's only 14 episodes. It's bad enough when there are 22 episodes; they show four new episodes in a row and then without warning air a season 7/8 episode. So with 14 episodes, they'll probably show 2 and then a random season 7/8 episode. It's really irritating. That's why SVU went from number 1, to outside the top 10.

Thats some bull, how could it go down? Darn network whatever they call those people. Well on the plus side, I found another SVU shipper.

I'm watching Web right now and wondering why Olivia is at the crimes unit and not with the special victims one. Is Web after Fault? Or did something else happen? Elliot seems sad that she's there and not with him...

Yes, Web comes after Fault. At the end of Fault episode, Olivia asked her Captain for a new partner. I guess she was re-assigned at Crimes Unit temporarily.
