On another note, I am sitting here typing and listening to Access Hollywood and they are talking about the first pregnant man. I am like, when did this happen? Apparently he is 6 months pregnant and was born a woman and became a man but kept his female reproductive organs. He is married (to a woman) and now they are having a baby. His insurance has not covered any of the expenses yet. I am in total awe over this whole story. I guess it has been on a few of the talk shows but I am not home during the day to see them. Wow, I guess is the only word I have.

I was thinking about getting a small collage of things that define me or that i have always kept close to my heart no matter what.

I hate it when people get stupid random tattoos. They make me a little angry.

i agree i hate meaningless tats ..i have 2 tattoos for my grandfathers who have died 1 for my cousin who mean the world to me 1 for my band who i have seen the world with and 2 on my ankles that represent the struggle i went through to find what love means ( hearts that say hate above them becos the truth is that sometimes you really hate the pain love brings with it) and i am getting ready to start on a tat for my granny who i recently lost ..i will say one thing if you get a tat which represent something or someone you will feel (if you are like me ) that the thing or person is always with you, helping you, it is a reminder are the tragic and horrible things and the beautiful thing that are in life ..

Thats what i was thinking, i mean there are only a few things in my life than can make me happy no matter what, and have always been able to, so i figure having it on me would keep me happy.

Never had one probably never will, guess I listen to comedians, who say, they look nice when your young, but when your 80 they stretch and look all wrinkled and lose their color, and look totally different. But to each his own. If I did get one, which I wouldn't I would get one that didn't show, If your gunna make it in the corporate world some day, you would want to make a good impression, and I know tatoos don't change what you are inside, but first looks do make an impression, and people do judge you if you have tatoos up and down your arms and on your face, just how the world is, hopefully one day that will change.

When I came into the bar today the fruits were chomping at the bits to go onto the blenders.. the atmosphere is back to its old, fun loving, weird and wacky self and the drinks are flowing freely again.

You know you're going along with life, and things may not be great, but you've figured out how to work around most of the troubles... Then something goes radically sideways and you're left wondering, "what am I going to do now?" I have 3 roommates. 2 of them are now married (to each other) and wanted their own place when our lease was up this year. So myself and rommie #3 were going to go get a smaller place together.

Well he just called me and said that I needed to make other arrangements because he needs to go into the hospital for a while, so he's not going to be working.

Now I'm going to be all alone, and I don't know what to do since I can't afford to live on my own, and I don't want to move in with strangers, especially with my cats...

I don't expect answers, I just really needed to put this somewhere I knew someone would read it.

I'm sorry, Janx. I would LOVE to come to live in Florida with ya, but I'm old and a loner and I have two doggs and a cat.

Well it wasn't his fault, but the situation has taken another turn. He doesn't need to go into the hospital after all, so things aren't as bad as I thought they were.

Sorry to seem like a drama queen, but his doctor called him right before I got home from work to tell him about the change in the plan. We just spent the last 1/2 hr talking everything over with the whole house. He still was going to have to find a new job closer to home, so that still is kinda crappy, but workable.

Check regulations before you make any decisions. I know someone who was rejected from a certain law enforcement agency because she had a tatoo on the small of her back. Something to do with being easily identifiable if she were in certain situations - not sure of all the details but she was very upset that she hadn't know this regulation before she got the tatoo.



The futon's still available - I have an old dog, 1 cat and a smelly son person so we won't notice a few more.
