I know season 1 is (I downloaded an episode to test the quality -- not good IMHO) and I think season 5 & 6 are on there. I have also seen them available on Amazon, too.

In Itunes, go into "power search" and search for it there. If it doesn't work, PM me and I will see what I can find (I have itunes at home--and I am at work so I can't log on to there at the moment).

When you have the reply box open, up above is a box for font--I think the default is Verdana--then one for size, then one for text color. Just click on the arrow on the box and it will give you a choice of what to use. Did I understand your question? Cause if its more complicated than that, someone else will have to help you--I know way too little!

A while back I spilled my guts on the Frank's Fate thread about my son being a meth addict. So I just wanted to let you know that he has been clean for 6 days, left his wife (she is still using), and moved in with his older brother and sister-in-law. My daughter-in-law says he has been sleeping A LOT since he's been there. He did the same thing after we had an intervention last year. But I saw him last night and he looks good. I know its too soon to celebrate (last time he was clean for 6 months), but at the same time I think every day he doesn't use is worth celebrating. I'm praying that he gets back into meetings soon and stays with it.

Hoping and praying for your son and you. Great that he's trying.

Waiting to hear from the vet, Tiger ,my #5 cat, who is 10 yrs old he got into a fight last night, we have a doggie door so he goes in and out, he has a 1 inch deep laceration on his upper right leg, so brought him to the vet this am, last night tried twice to wrap it up with that clingy guaze, had his whole leg wrapped up, but he got it off both times, and he keeps licking it like all cats do, So I hope they stitch it up.

He was sitting on our back porch, and I heard the cat sounds of fighting, so did shaggy our dog, who is so jealous if tiger even comes near me, he always fights with tiger if tiger gets within 3 feet of me.
But just like brother's, he went out and broke up the fight and chased the other cat away. I was so proud of him. Here are their pictures again.

I knew Brad Renfro's mom. We cheered together in junior high. What I here Angel went down with the bad stuff, drugs. My husband told me this morning, I had no idea that was her son. My prayers go out to her and her family. God forbid losing a child. Also, my Aunt Phoebee died Thursday, my mom's sister. Alzheimer's is so devastating to us all!

I love that number 5! I hope he heals quickly. And be sure to give Shaggy an extra doggie treat for being such a good brother. Amazing, isn't it, how these guys just burrow their way into our hearts?

As for CI not being available on iTunes anymore, that's because instead of the $1.99/episode Apple was charging for them, NBC wanted users to pay $4.99/episode. Apple said no, which is why you can't find any NBC shows on iTunes anymore. It's a moot point for me, because the only shows I can get off iTunes are Canadian ones anyway.
On a totally unrelated note, I found important ID today after I'd already replaced it. I'm trying to decide if that's one of Murphy's Laws, or just due to my temporary lack of organization when I was very busy in December. Ce la vie, I suppose.

Guess what....we had no rain at all today.. unfortunately the balance in the universe was redressed by my having a flat tyre on my bicycle and having to walk to the bus stop to get the bus home!!! ::bigh sigh:::

*edited to add* Thanks for the update on Itunes. I didn't realise that they had taken it down. The quality of the video wasn't that great IMHO. I tried watching on my computer and it was awful.

I made a quick check of Amazon a few minutes ago, it looks like they have downloads of
Seasons 1, 5, 6, and 7 for $1.89 per episode. I won't confirm or comment on quality; as, I don't download; I use the boxed DVDs I bought in Spring, 2007 (long before the strike) and/or tape from broadcast on VHS.

(Incidentally, if you are supporting the strike, you won't buy DVDs or downloads until the Strike is settled.)

Heath Ledger (Brokeback Mountain) only 28 was found dead today. So sad.

I can definitely comment on quality as I have used it and plan on using it more in the future after the strike is over. The quality is excellent for my taste anyway. I downloaded ITWSH just because everyone kept talking about it and the stations here wouldn't show it and I was dying to know what all the hype was about. I am a happy camper now. I plan on getting all the G/E episodes from S5, 6 and 7 once the strike is over.

Are you serious? My daughter will be heartbroken. She loves him so much. Isn't he supposed to be in the new Batman movie this summer?

Once you get into whatever your watching, you don't really notice how small the screen...until you look away and you eyes hurt.

BELL EXPRESSVU (a satellite provider in CANADA) offers a receiver with a built-in 300 GIGABYTE HARD DRIVE that stores 300 hours of STANDARD TV or 35 hours of HDTV. We had a GREY MARKET DIRECTV system until APRIL 2004 (when the unhacked P4 and P5 cards came out). Like DIRE STRAITS sang:

so you can see the episodes you can't catch on broadcast TV--like in 'In the Wee Small Hours', I haven't seen it, and they aren't showing it in reruns----probably to torture me senseless. . .

We get LOCI daily on 4 different channels and in most cases all episodes are different. The SAT GUIDE gives the EPISODE NUMBER and the original AIR DATE for each episode and the receiver WILL NOT allow you to record the same episode twice. This means I've seen every episode at least 3 times (but as long as KATHRYN is in them I never tire of watching her). DIRECTV and DISHNET should do the same.

My full time job is in Parish Outreach. Every day I see people who are addicted to drugs & alcohol. It is so tough to get & stay clean. Actually starting the process of not using is half the battle. I pray he stays strong & focused. He has his family in his corner, that's a tremendous help.

I hope his wife draws strength from his decision & gets help too.

Some of us don't have reliable TV access, let alone cable or recording ability. So ya, I'm planning on buying the DVD's...eventualy. I figure being able to watch when I want and all I want of LOCI is worth the cost.
Also, you might have noticed CTV isn't all that reliable in airing LOCI.

I have thought the same thing! It seems like SVU is on every other hour, but LOCI is just a couple of times a day (and some of that is the middle of the night).

The first season of the mothership only had a preview of the game and a rather dry interview with Dick Wolf. The second season at least had everybody from the first three seasons in an interview and a really interesting piece on making the pilot. I'm thinking CIs probably pretty similar.

I just told my daughter about Heath Ledger's death. She's 21 & loved him, especially his role as Mel Gibson's son in "The Patriot."

Thank you to everyone for all your kind words and your prayers. I am praying for his wife, too. But I confess that mostly I'm praying he stays away from her unless and until they are both clean. Tonight I'm taking him information on a job at the County Dump--weighing loads, inspecting materials, collecting fees. He has always been a person who has to be BUSY. So hopefully he will get a full-time job soon.

I hadn't read the page previous to this one so this is the first I'm hearing about this. He was so young! He was only six years older than me. Six!

I wanna come live in Canada. We have channels here that show LOCI but one is our FOX affiliate and it shows LOCI once a day during the week but it is the same episode that USA shows at 3 in the morning. So my FOX station is useless and USA has cut back on episodes and NBC is once a week which leaves Bravo. I feel so deprived and I have DirecTV too.

I just finished shovelling the 8" of snow we got today. I shovelled it on top of the pile generated by the 6" of snow I shovelled on SUNDAY morning. And the probs call for 12" more by THURS morning. The record for one day is about 36". Do you get much snow where you live?
