You know you are obsessed with SVU when you have a countdown to SVU in your school planner and you friend knows how many day left so if you are upset about something during school your friend will just have to say how many days left until SVU starts and you will become happy again. My friend in my 7th hour class knows that I don't like my 6th hoour so every day for the last week he has been saying to me something like "5 days" or "3 days" when I come into the class. It always cheers me up. Today he forgot to tell me during school so he calls me and the first thing he said was, "1 day". It was kinda funny.

when you walk fifteen minutes out of your way to follow a lady you swear is a twin sister of Mariska Hargitay only to find out she looks nothing like her and that she considers you a stalker.....that happened to a friend! I swear!

Or when you're again at the same Supermarket and in the line of a cashier whose name is Olivia and who looks like Mariska Hargitay if she was a Latina.

When you watch a documentary film about weapons and the speaker is the German synchro-voice of Munch... like me at the moment. It's really a bit weird. Hm, weapons and Munch - it's rather "Homicide", but who cares?

when you set the alarm on your cell phone to tell you 15 min before SVU starts so you can watch just in case it comes on early (even though it never does)

When you answer your cell phone or your teacher saying our last name as if you were a detective.

My friends get so annoyed because I countdown days.

that happened today. i couldnt watch the season premiere on tuesday, so i made sure i was able to wwatch it on saturday and then my mom goes over to me and goes come, come with me to czestochowa (aka fancy big church in pennsylvania that has this night vigil thing on every last saturday of the month, it starts at 9 pm and ends at like 2 in the morning) so i cried. and whined alll day long.

You know you are obsessed with SVU when you try to get ready for bed during commercials of SVU but you are rushing through everything so that yo can be ready within the approximate five minutes they have commercials on so that yuo do not miss even a second of SVU.

Also you know you are obsessed with SVU when you are at a church picnic (half of the people know about my obsession) and you right LAW & ORDER SVU with sidewalk chalk on the parking lot. I even wrote it in the font taht they do on tv. Supposedly people think that I am really good at writing it but I just have what it looks like memorized so I don't even have to think about it.

Okay, so I was in my math class today, and we were talking about angles...I think (lol) and the one angle was <CM, the other one was <MH! I seriously said that, and all my classmates turned and looked at me like I was crazy! LOL.

Today in my world civilizations class we were taking notes on Ancient China and there was this one river that used to be called the Huang river. I immediatly thought of SVU and I almost started laughing, but I ended up with just a smile on my face for a little bit. I don't think anyone saw me because if they did they would have been pretty confused since the way my teacher ws teaching there was no reason to be smiling.

I remember when we did that in world history, I started laughing then everybody was looking at me, how random.

You know you are obsessed with SVU when you are watching an episode and they are in the lab (this is first season) and then all of a sudden you see a poster in the lab that is in your Health classroom at schoola nd you strat freaking out. Now I have a completely different view of the poster just becasue it was in SVU. Even if there are like a million different copies of that poster all over the place but still I think it was awesome that the same poster was in SVU.

I do that in gym all the time. It's a good thing I have friends in that class that understand me, lol. I got a neckalce because it looked similar to Olivia's.


And I think about SVU in school a lot. The same thing happened to me with the Hunag river too.

- You steal an almost 2 year old copy of Redbook Magazine from the walk-in because there's an article about Mariska in it.

Thats crazy, you know you're obsessed with SVU when you walk to school playing the tm=heme song and see if anybody looks at you weirdly.

You know you are obsessed with SVU when people who know you at all try to sing the SVU theme song around you and if they don't do it right you correct them. This girl in one of my classes saw me when I was wearing my SVU t-shirt and she tried to sing it but I was like, "No, you're doing it wrong. It goes like this..." Then I sang it for her and she tried againg and got it right. My mom on the other hand will try to sing it and she mixes it with tunes to other songs accidentally. One time I had to get out my phone (because I have the SVU theme song as my ringtone) and showed her what it actually sounded like. The next day she tried again and still got it wrong. I don't know if she will ever get it.

This happened a while ago but you know you're obsessed with SVU when you could spot Mariska everytime the camera panned wide at the Emmys. (She was on the aisle.)

You know you're obsessed with SVU when you swear you see a child that looks exactly like August. LOL! I work at the Disney Store so kids come and go all the time but last night was a trip! I swear that I had seen a child that looked like the spiting image of Auggy! I said hello to the father and he looked at me like I was crazy.
He said, "Are you okay?"
I laughed, "Yeah. Your son just looks like someone I kinda know."
"Like who?"
"Well I watch Law and Order: SVU..."
"Oh my God! Mariska Hargitay's son right?"
"Yeah!"
"I have got to see this kid. Everyone stops and tells me that!"
