Does Tom know about the polonium? When Tom and Jordan were leaving that house he told Jordan he needs to make up with Shawn to get rid of the mark. We know that Diana injected the polonium in Tom to do this and Shawn healed the damage from that and bullet wounds. He may have assumed Shawn unmarked him. Didn't Amy say Shawn couldn't remove the mark? And even if he knew how would they even gets some more for Jordan? Marco got it secretly from his friend but now Seattle is under quarantine that would be impossible. And if he had some left it would be worthless.

Diana told Tom when she was injecting him. In addition, I'm sure after Shawn cured him, Diana and Megan went over everything in detail. That's only common sense-if you were dying of cancer, and you suddenly were completely cured, wouldn't you want to know all the details? That's the first question people ask when something wonderful happens-how was this done? Sure, they didn't show it for time constraints, but I think it's safe to assume that Tom knew all about how he was cured. He's a seasoned NTAC agent-he's not going to try and rescue Jordan without full information of what happened and how to correct it. We don't know if the polonium was still good or not when Jordan got free, but there's no reason Marco can't get more. In fact, Seattle's quarantine is meaningless to Marco now-did you forget he can teleport?

I felt more that Marco's ability was more of a remote viewing type ability. He could transport himself within his mind to see a particular situation, environment, etc. I don't feel he can teleport himself physically to someplace else. Just my thoughts...

Okay, but that last scene was pretty clear. Marco was looking at pictures of Promise City and then he was there. Everybody is in agreement that Marco's ability is teleportation.

No I didn't, the polonium used on Tom was close to expire then and it would be irresponsible of Marco to break quarantine until they were 100% certain that promicin virus was dead. I'm sure any communications are being monitored.

I don't think at this point that Marco could possibly infect a non-promicin positive person. And I don't see how you can possibly monitor teleportation. In any case, there's no reason for anybody to keep any information from Tom. It's plain logic that he would be fully informed before going to rescue Jordan, and also plain logic that he wouldn't turn Jordan loose if he didn't know all about what the cure would entail. If there was any doubt about Jordan getting the cure in time (such as the polonium expiring) it's not very reasonable that Tom would let him go. It all goes back to Kyle-a Marked Jordan would be a threat to Kyle.
