Now, that we reached the half way point of the season; it is time to pick a favorite so far. This is going to be tough; but I have three. Number three is: Bounty Hunters! Dang! There is so much I like about this episode. Number two: Down the Strench Comes Murder. My favorite line from this episode is: "Tell me you are wearing that shirt because they have to spot you from space." Number one: 65 Millions Years Off because of the "Holes" reference. I still laugh that scene and Gus is clueless when Dulé starred in that movie. laugh.gif Now, it is your turn. What is your favorite so far this season?

Hi Bubba here, my favorite would be American Duos. laugh.gif

For me, it's a toss-up between "Zero to Murder..." and "Rob-a-Bye Baby".

I gotta say "Bounty Hunters" got me. But "Zero to Murder in Sixty Seconds" is up there along with "And Down the Stretch Comes Murder." I love all of them though. I'm so saddd, I don't wanna wait til January.

Man, I don't even know lol I love different things about all the episodes. It's hard to pick one out, because I can't remember exactly which one I loved the best.
I did like 'Bounty Hunters' a lot for the lines and the awesome scene at the end. Just sweet biggrin.gif
And then I have to say that I love all the rest the same lol.

I have to say the nanny episode, because of the Elton John reference. Did anyone get it? Mr. and Mr. Levon Tostig were looking for a nanny for their child...The only thing that would have made the reference better is if the police woman posing as the mother were hispnic and their child they were trying to get a nanny for were named Jesus.....

It's hard to pick a favorite, because there are great scenes and lines in all of 'em, but I'll pick "Meat is Murder...But Murder is Also Murder" or "American Duos." smile.gif

I would have to say Rock a Bye baby because it is kind of close to my heart since I do so much babysitting. Very close so close it is pretty much a tie is Bounty Hunters. And I am still mad that I missed the last few minutes of the episode.

You missed the last few minutes of Bounty Hunters?! Whoa. It has pretty important last few minutes.
bigkitty_4
I agree. Missing the last five minutes of Bounty Hunters is heart wrenching. I am sorry you missed it. Dang! There are some people on here who have rewatch the last five minutes more than once. Can you afford Itunes? I believe the show is still available on there until December when it switches to what NBC/Universal related Hola, I think that is it named. But be prepared. Itunes cost $1.99 to download; where I am hearing, it will cost $4.99 to download. NBC and Itunes had a falling out and none of the new shows in fall on NBC is on Itunes. Anything before fall, I believe is still available on Itunes until December when the contract runs out.

Mine would have to be Rob-A-Bye Baby. The humor spread across so many levels in that one. I liked some of the more subtle humor in that episode, like cutting to Shawn and Gus both sitting in a park full of children in their sunglasses (I could tell where that scene was going as soon as I saw it, and started laughing). The over-the-top stuff was also really good, like sleep-deprived Chief Vick complaining about the lack of coffee, followed by Shawn and Gus trying to sneak away only to be caught...the way she projected her frustration on Lassiter, who then projected that onto Jules...the montage of nanny applicants that got rejected...Shawn asking Jules to marry him in public followed by an applause from the crowd...wow, there were so many parts of that episode that were just right.

After such a great episode like that one, I was a little disappointed with the season finale (but I think now that I've given that one a second chance, I've come to appreciate it on its own). I'm hoping for a lot more episodes like Rob-A-Bye Baby, 'cause that one was spot-on for all 43 minutes.
