They are indeed Oliver People's Victory. But the specified image just shows them with a different shade in the actual lens. The lenses that Michael's glasses have are the Rosewood Gradient, polarized. I've been looking for a decent retailer locally, but none of them seem to carry Oliver People's, and I'm not sure on net shops. Any advice or suggested shops? When I looked them up I found them to be up to $400, so anything less than that is condered a big help.

It was in epi 7, Broken Rules:
Bly: Nice job ditching the police there today. I knew you'd do it, of course, but you always manage those things with such style. Maybe it's the sun glasses. Where did you get them?
Michael: Oh, an Algerian special ops guy I tangled with a while back. He didn't need them anymore.

I don't remember where I found the pictures, but I have them here on my HD. It clearly says that the shade is called Rosewood Gradient since I made sure to write down all the exact data as it was.
As for looking up where you could buy the glasses locally, Oliver Peoples's website has a store locator that shows you through state/country which places are authorized to sell their merchandise. I just went to the one in Puerto Rico to get a pair for myself and they sent the order.
http://www.oliverpeoples.com/store/os/storelocator.aspx <- this is the address of the store locator inside their actual shop.
Will put the pics up agian when I get a good pic host.

I recognize that they aren't the exact same glasses but American Optics produces square aviator sunglasses. You have to dig a little to find a vendor that sells the amber colored lens - Cosmetan is the glass lens and High Contrast Amber is the polycarbonate lens - with the gold frame and the wire spatula earpiece. They are an affordable option - under $100...most for $50-$70 (depending on vendor and options chosen). I like his glasses and his watch - but $1000+ for them is out of the question - like Michael said - drinks (or accessories in this case) are cheap and easily paid for out of an operational slush fund but it's another matter when you are scrounging for money in your mom's purse (or in my case getting married, relocating, and taking a big pay reduction).

I was at a nearby mall today, and saw that an Oliver Peoples store had opened there very recently, so I popped in and tried a pair on. They feel great, but they are $400. I know what I'm saving up for...
By the way, for what it's worth, they had 4 different pairs in the drawer they showed me (none out on display). Only one of them (that I can remember) had a gold frame, and that pair had green lenses, so I'm thinking you'll have to special order them to get the correct combo.

What you need to do is look on their list of authorized retailers, and go to them. If they don't have them specifically, you can ask them to order a set just for you.

My review so far:
The glasses feel VERY comfortable. Surprisingly light too. They're easy on the eyesight, and the soft change in color is very pleasant. Not your everyday sunglasses. I heard 'nice shades' a lot today.
To whomever asked: I asked for the rosewood color. I was very, VERY specific to my retailer. I asked for gold frames and the rosewood polarized lens, and that's exactly what they wrote down.
Cost me $374.00 USD.
EDIT:
Yes, I shelled out over $300 for some sunglasses. I work hard, so every now and then, if something merits it, I'll spoil myself. I like these sunglasses a lot, so it's a worthy investment.
No, I didn't have a sudden urge to go kick some spy ass. However, I did put them on/off a repeated amount of times to achieve that "Sunglasses of Justice" feeling.

Hey, I think if you want to spend over $300 for sunglasses and can afford it, why not. I can't but I have a hard time finding sunglasses that fit my face. I have a small face and most don't stay on my nose. I just go for the basic Blue Blockers at Walgreens. I was on set one day when they were filming scenes from the season finale in Pompano and I heard one of the other actors talking to him about the sunglasses. I wish I could remember what he said about them, but I was too enthralled by standing so close to him that I completely blanked. It was quite a lengthy conversation, though. And I did get a picture of him as he finished the scene where he was in the truck with his brother.

The way the glasses I own colorize in the sun/in general look nothing alike as to when Michael wears them and such. The shading is clearly different. Take the picture you posted as an example. When my sunglasses get hit by light in that angle, a somewhat pink-ish color comes out (look at the picture I posted in the last page). It's not completely pink since it gets darker on the top part. I also compared how mine look to several shots from 'Pilot' and 'Unpaid Debts' and I can confirm they aren't the rosewood ones.
