I thought they were Fellows though, not Interns? Wouldn't they have been interns first in their specialty and then moved onto the fellowship level? I am confused, or is USA just taking dramatic/creative license cause it sounds catchy?

Once again ...
Six episodes
IS NOT A MARATHON !!!!
Six episodes is barely a sprint. Is there some big reason they couldn't just run them throughout the night? If not, at the very least, they should quit calling them MARATHONS. This false advertising is getting old.

technically it is a matathon, just because it doesnt go all day doesnt mean it isnt a marathon. they could call three episodes a marathon, because that isnt the normal running order. call it what you will, but i cant wait for it.

No.
Technically is ISN'T a Marathon.
And the very fact that people like you are starting to call it a Marathon is exactly the problem.
No one EVER called a block of a couple episodes a "Marathon" until the dingbats at USA Network's advertising department started misapplying the term. I can only conclude you are a kidling, too young to remember real Marathons and lacking any frame of reference other than what USA Network tells you.
Don't be to anxious to swallow the BS.
As "House" himself says: "Words have meaning."
