This is just my opinion.No one has to agree--or disagree for that matter. A huge difference in attitude between the Williams box & Jelena & her mom who were very gracious & able to smile even thru a disappointing loss while the people on the winning side all looked as tho they had a root canal. Such a shame to go thru life w/a giant chip on your shoulder.There will always be a winner & there will always be a loser & losers can also be admired for the way they are able to handle a loss.Jelena & her mom showed a lot of class & I admire them. And what was w/Oricene & the sunglasses--someone needed to tell her the sun had gone down hours ago.

good point, Oricene is a mess courtside. Take off the shades and get in the game or go home. She looks bored or completely expecting them to win everytime out. That's not reality. Both her and Richard have been a distraction on those girls for years. Thank god the 15 minute clock of fame is running out on them. Time for some other completely dysfunctional parents of tennis players to get into the spotlight.

I disagree about Oracene. I see her clap when the opponent makes a great shot. She is a good tennis fan and a loyal tennis mother. One day she saw 1 daughter play in the day and stayed for her other in the night match & it was very late. All that outside sun - makes one tired.

Richard is Richard - but they are no longer married.

Just as Serena & Venus are different people so are their parents. They are not one unit.

PS - Glad to see Justine beat both Williams - although the Serena one was more satisfying (what a baby).
