Comment on the Game not Jerry Seinfield and Whats his name. Very poor form

I know. That two-minute interview really killed the pace and drama of the 2 1/2 hour match that ended in a 3rd set tiebreak.

Typical of the coverage from these morons.

Earlier today, during the first game being broadcast, I was stopped in my tracks when 'Yak-Yak' Tracy 'berated' fans for talking during the while points were being played.

I can't remember her actual word) but they were not very complimentary.

Yet, when Jerry and Larry are being interviewed for at least 6 points during tonight's match, Yak-Yak and her fellow Yakkers (John and Ted) said nothing.

Guess it gave those three a chance to rest their tiresome voices.

What a double standard and lack of class.

Again, I cannot believe how petty some of these posts are.

I would also suggest that the term "class" is being used so much around here that it is nearly meaningless at this point.

Yes, please! And quit interviewing players in the tunnel before the match. It doesn't add anything. And the athletes can't enjoy it--it forces them to break their focus at a crucial moment, especially if they don't speak English as a first language. Can you imagine someone interviewing Olympic figure skaters just before they step out on the ice?

I don't go much for the tunnel interviews either.the questions are nonsense. The non English speaking players do very well I think.I was impressed by quite a few of them.I really like Chakvetadze. As far as interviewing in the stands--it's been going on for years & happens plenty in other sports such as basketball & having a "guest" in the booth during a golf tournament. There were comments about the Seinfeld interview & the Trump interview(what is with that hair of his?) but only kudos for the interview w/Monica Seles.I think it all depends on whether or not the interviewee is on the list of favorites--or not.
