Due to the tragic car accident last weekend in Florida that left Nick Hogan's passenger John Craziano in critical condition, the stage is set for a major lawsuit against Hulk Hogan.

Because Nick Hogan, real name Nick Bollea, is only 17 years old and still considered a minor, Nick's legal guardian (Hulk) would be the defendant in any lawsuits filed.

Hulk Hogan has been seen on "Hogan Knows Best" encouraging Nick's street racing. If it's found that Hulk has used the "Hogan" name to get Nick out of traffic tickets Hulk would inheret even more liability. In the recent issue of RIDES Magazine, Nick speaks about getting out of speeding tickets after being pulled over two seperate times by different officers in one drive because he is a "Hogan". The third time he got pulled over on that day he got a ticket for going 123 MPH in a 50 MPH zone.

Serves em' right. If he can get away with crap like that and then it ends up he hurts someone they should be sued. Maybe it'll be a wake up call to the whole hogan family that you can't do crap like that. And if hulk encouraged nick to be a street racer he should get his ass sued.

Why not blame Hulk? Is Nick not his responsibility? It's Hulk's responsibility to look out for him and make sure he doesn't get in trouble, and he didn't do it.

well personally i think its both of their fault if hulk would have never been encouraging him to keep on racing he wouldnt have done it but its also nicks fault because he should have known better to not be going those speeds on a highway or road but even if hulk told him not to his rebellion would have kicked in
